Abstract
本申请公开了一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:初洗,将花边面料浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂;晾晒,将花边面料脱水,然后晾晒于太阳下晒干;紫外线处理,将花边面料放在紫外线灯下进行照射;再清洗,将花边面料进行漂洗;高温烘干,将花边面料进行烘干;抗菌防螨处理,将烘干后的花边面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为3‑9%,清水温度为50‑80℃,搅拌时间为20‑40min;后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的羽绒取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干完成后冷却。由此,使得处理后的花边面料具有抗菌抗螨效果,采用这种花边面料加工成的花边也具有抗菌抗螨效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及花边面料工艺,尤其涉及一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺。
背景技术
花边通常作为衣服、家纺等装饰物,起到美观的作用,而传统的花边面料较为普通,其不具有抗菌抗螨的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、初洗,将花边面料浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75-85℃,清洗时间为30-80min;
S2、晾晒,将经过步骤S1初洗过的花边面料脱水,然后晾晒于太阳下晒干;
S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过步骤S2晒干的花边面料放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为2-3h;
S4、再清洗,将经过步骤S3处理后的花边面料进行漂洗,漂洗次数为20-30次;
S5、高温烘干,将经过步骤S4漂洗后的花边面料进行烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为120-180℃;
S6、抗菌防螨处理,将经过步骤S5烘干后的花边面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为3-9%,清水温度为50-80℃,搅拌时间为20-40min;
S7、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的羽绒取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干完成后冷却。
由此,花边面料经过紫外杀菌除螨、高温烘干和抗菌抗螨处理等处理,使得处理后的花边面料具有抗菌抗螨效果,采用这种花边面料加工成的花边也具有抗菌抗螨效果。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为1%-3%,洗涤剂占水的比重为2%-4%。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,淀粉20-88份、硫酸铜11-66份、苯甲酸钠35-90份、醋酸5-22份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液18-55份、三乙醇胺21-54份、双氧水溶液20-65份、苯并三氮唑33-87份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-25份、咪唑啉15-54份、马来松香8-25份、樟脑5-15份、烷基苯磺酸钠20-35份、丙烯酸甲酯10-45份、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵30-80份、季戊四醇20-45份、浓度为2%的淀粉酶溶液10-30份、去离子水80-120份。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:

S1、初洗,将花边面料浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75-85℃,清洗时间为30-80min;其中,除臭剂占水的比重为1%-3%,洗涤剂占水的比重为2%-4%。
在本实施例中,水温控制为80℃,清洗时间为40min;除臭剂占水的比重为2%,洗涤剂占水的比重为3%。经过初洗后的花边面料,能够初步出去花边面料的污渍和异味。
S2、晾晒,将经过步骤S1初洗过的花边面料脱水,然后晾晒于太阳下晒干;由此,可以对花边面料进行初步的杀菌除螨。
S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过步骤S2晒干的花边面料放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为2-3h;在本实施例中,照射时间为2h,由此,可以通过紫外线对花边面料进行深度的杀菌除螨。
S4、再清洗,将经过步骤S3处理后的花边面料进行漂洗,漂洗次数为20-30次;在本实施例中,漂洗次数为25次,由此能够洗去花边面料经过晾晒和紫外线处理后产生的异味。
S5、高温烘干,将经过步骤S4漂洗后的花边面料进行烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为120-180℃;在本实施例中,烘干时间为15min,烘干温度为150℃,由此,对花边面料进行高温杀菌除螨。
S6、抗菌防螨处理,将经过步骤S5烘干后的花边面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为3-9%,清水温度为50-80℃,搅拌时间为20-40min;在本实施例中,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为5%,清水温度为6℃,搅拌时间为30min,由此,对花边面料进行抗菌防螨工艺处理,使得处理后的花边面料能够长时间具有抗菌防螨的效果。
S7、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的羽绒取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干完成后冷却。在本实施例中,烘干时间为15min,烘干温度为77℃。
其中,步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,淀粉20-88份、硫酸铜11-66份、苯甲酸钠35-90份、醋酸5-22份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液18-55份、三乙醇胺21-54份、双氧水溶液20-65份、苯并三氮唑33-87份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-25份、咪唑啉15-54份、马来松香8-25份、樟脑5-15份、烷基苯磺酸钠20-35份、丙烯酸甲酯10-45份、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵30-80份、季戊四醇20-45份、浓度为2%的淀粉酶溶液10-30份、去离子水80-120份。上述配方经过均匀混合即可制成抗菌防螨剂。
在本实施例中,抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,淀粉44份、硫酸铜23份、苯甲酸钠65份、醋酸11份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液25份、三乙醇胺36份、双氧水溶液42份、苯并三氮唑54份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、咪唑啉27份、马来松香15份、樟脑9份、烷基苯磺酸钠28份、丙烯酸甲酯31份、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵55份、季戊四醇36份、浓度为2%的淀粉酶溶液21份、去离子水100份。
以下是对经过本工艺处理后的花边面料进行驱螨测试,检测依据和方法为:GB/T24253-2009:
以下是对经过本清洗工艺处理后的羽绒进行抗(抑)菌试验,检测依据和方法为:GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法:
由此上述测试结果可知,经过本发明的处理工艺加工后的花边面料,具有较强的抗菌防螨效果。
综上所述,本发明经过紫外杀菌除螨、高温烘干和抗菌抗螨处理等处理,使得处理后的花边面料具有抗菌抗螨效果,采用这种花边面料加工成的花边也具有抗菌抗螨效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、初洗,将花边面料浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75-85℃,清洗时间为30-80min;
S2、晾晒,将经过所述步骤S1初洗过的花边面料脱水,然后晾晒于太阳下晒干;
S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过所述步骤S2晒干的花边面料放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为2-3h;
S4、再清洗,将经过所述步骤S3处理后的花边面料进行漂洗,漂洗次数为20-30次;
S5、高温烘干,将经过所述步骤S4漂洗后的花边面料进行烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为120-180℃;
S6、抗菌防螨处理,将经过所述步骤S5烘干后的花边面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,所述抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为3-9%,清水温度为50-80℃,搅拌时间为20-40min;
S7、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的羽绒取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-20min,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干完成后冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗螨花边面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为1%-3%,洗涤剂占水的比重为2%-4%。
