技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别是涉及乳液型涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,镭射图文包装纸的应用规模已渐渐扩大,尤其是在烟包、酒标等包装上面,其绚丽多彩的图案使得人们对它越来越喜爱。
镭射图文包装纸一般按以下步骤制作:(1)转移膜的制作:在塑料薄膜上涂布离型膜压材料,形成模压层,然后在模压层上模压镭射图文,形成模压有镭射图文的转移膜;也可通过改良塑料薄膜,实现无需涂布模压层,直接在塑料薄膜上模压出镭射图文信息,形成模压有镭射图文的转移膜;(2)镀铝:在上述模压层上镀上铝层,或者在上述塑料薄膜上模压有镭射图文的一面上镀上铝层;(3)贴合转移:将成卷的镀有铝层的转移膜放在放卷装置上,转移膜通过贴合装置与预先涂布有胶粘剂的纸张贴合,其铝层与胶粘剂粘接,接着使胶粘剂固化,然后由剥离装置将塑料薄膜剥离,剥离下来的塑料薄膜由收卷装置收卷,这样,铝层(或铝层和模压层)及其上面的镭射图文便转移到纸张上,从而实现了镭射图文的贴合转移,得到转移镀铝纸。
由上述制作过程可知,铝层与纸张之间的附着力直接影响镭射图文包装纸的质量。因此,开发一种能有效提高铝层与纸张之间附着力的涂料成为人们研究的热点。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能有效提高铝层与纸张之间附着力的乳液型涂料。
此外,本申请还提供一种上述乳液型涂料的制备方法。
一种乳液型涂料,主要由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:
在其中一个实施例中,所述丙烯酸类聚合单体选自丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯及甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述保护胶为聚乙烯醇,所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700,醇解度为88%。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磷酸酯类乳化剂为月桂醇醚磷酸酯、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或异构十三醇醚磷酸酯。
在其中一个实施例中,所述引发剂选自过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠及过硫酸铵中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述促进剂为C4~C8直链烷基的1,2位邻二醇。
在其中一个实施例中,所述促进剂选自1,2-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇及1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述促进剂为1,2-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇的组合,在所述促进剂中1,2-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇的质量比为1~2:1。
一种上述任一项所述的乳液型涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
提供上述乳液型涂料配方中的各原料;
将丙烯酸类聚合单体和磷酸酯类乳化剂混合,得到混合液;
将水升温至75℃~95℃,加入保护胶,搅拌至完全溶解,得到保护胶水溶液;
将混合液、引发剂和促进剂同时滴入保护胶水溶液中,在75℃~95℃保温反应1~2小时,降温,出料,得到所述乳液型涂料。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合液、引发剂或促进剂的滴加时间为1.5~2.5小时。
上述乳液型涂料,通过加入引发剂和促进剂,并在保护胶的协同作用下,使得磷酸酯类乳化剂可以更好地参与到丙烯酸类聚合单体的聚合中,从而在纸张和铝层之间形成致密的胶层,有效提高纸张和铝层之间的附着力。
此外,促进剂C4~C8直链烷基的1,2位邻二醇还具有防腐杀菌效果,使得涂有该乳液型涂料的纸张可以长时间存放不发霉。

S110、将10~40质量份的丙烯酸类聚合单体和0.1~5质量份的磷酸酯类乳化剂混合,得到混合液。
其中,丙烯酸类聚合单体选自丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯及甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中的至少一种。
具体地,该磷酸酯类乳化剂为月桂醇醚磷酸酯、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或异构十三醇醚磷酸酯。
磷酸酯类乳化剂对铝层或金属层有非常好的结合力。

可以理解,上述乳液型涂料的制备方法中,各原料的用量是根据乳液型涂料的配方而定的,当乳液型涂料配方中的原料用量发生变化,其制备方法中各原料的用量也作对应改变即可。
上述乳液型涂料的制备方法,工艺简单可行,制备出的乳液型涂料流平性好,在纸张和铝层之间可以形成致密的胶层,减少了因空隙或接触不佳导致的粘结力不足,有效提高纸张和铝层之间的附着力。
此外,涂有该乳液型涂料的纸张可以长时间存放不发霉,且纸张的柔韧性好,耐折度较高。

将5kg的丙烯酸、5kg的丙烯酸甲酯、5kg的丙烯酸丁酯、5kg的丙烯酸异辛酯、5kg的丙烯酸异冰片酯、5kg的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和0.1kg的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯混合,得到混合液。
将30kg的水升温至75℃,加入5kg的PVA1788,搅拌至完全溶解,得到保护胶水溶液。
将上述混合液、0.1kg的过硫酸钾和0.1kg的1,2-丁二醇同时滴入上述保护胶水溶液中,在75℃保温反应1小时,降温,出料,得到乳液型涂料。
将实施例1制备的乳液型涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层无脱落,且对折无裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面也未见霉斑。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1基本相同,不同的是对比例1采用的乳化剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
将对比例1制备的涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层全部脱落,且对折有裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面未见霉斑。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1基本相同,不同的是对比例2没有加保护胶。
将对比例2制备的涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层有部分脱落,对折有裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面未见霉斑。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1基本相同,不同的是对比例3没有加促进剂。
将对比例3制备的涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层有部分脱落,且对折有裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面有肉眼可见霉斑。
实施例2
将8kg的丙烯酸、8kg的丙烯酸甲酯、8kg的丙烯酸丁酯、8kg的丙烯酸异冰片酯、8kg的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和5kg的异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯混合,得到混合液。
将70kg的水升温至95℃,加入15kg的PVA1788,搅拌至完全溶解,得到保护胶水溶液。
将上述混合液、5kg的过硫酸钠、1kg的1,2-丁二醇和1kg的1,2-己二醇同时滴入上述保护胶水溶液中,在95℃保温反应2小时,降温,出料,得到乳液型涂料。
将实施例2制备的乳液型涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层无脱落,且对折无裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面也未见霉斑。
实施例3
将2kg的丙烯酸、2kg的丙烯酸甲酯、2kg的丙烯酸丁酯、2kg的丙烯酸羟乙酯、2kg的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和5kg的月桂醇醚磷酸酯混合,得到混合液。
将50kg的水升温至80℃,加入10kg的PVA1788,搅拌至完全溶解,得到保护胶水溶液。
将上述混合液、2kg的过硫酸铵、2kg的1,2-己二醇同时滴入上述保护胶水溶液中,在80℃保温反应1.5小时,降温,出料,得到乳液型涂料。
将实施例3制备的乳液型涂料涂覆于纸张表面,铝层与纸张贴合后,用3M胶带拉扯,铝层无脱落,且对折无裂纹。将上述纸张存放六个月后,纸张表面也未见霉斑。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种乳液型涂料,其特征在于,主要由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸类聚合单体选自丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯及甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述保护胶为聚乙烯醇,所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700,醇解度为88%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述磷酸酯类乳化剂为月桂醇醚磷酸酯、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或异构十三醇醚磷酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠及过硫酸铵中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为C4~C8直链烷基的1,2位邻二醇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述促进剂选自1,2-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇及1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的乳液型涂料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为1,2-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇的组合,在所述促进剂中1,2-丁二醇和1,2-己二醇的质量比为1~2:1。
9.一种权利要求1~8任一项所述的乳液型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
提供所述乳液型涂料配方中的各原料;
将丙烯酸类聚合单体和磷酸酯类乳化剂混合,得到混合液;
将水升温至75℃~95℃,加入保护胶,搅拌至完全溶解,得到保护胶水溶液;
将所述混合液、引发剂和促进剂同时滴入所述保护胶水溶液中,在75℃~95℃保温反应1~2小时,降温,出料,得到所述乳液型涂料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的乳液型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合液、引发剂或促进剂的滴加时间为1.5~2.5小时。
