Abstract

本发明涉及一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,包括以下组分及其质量份数:聚醚型直链二元醇5份~20份、聚酯型直链二元醇45份~70份、二异氰酸酯15份~25份、抗水解剂0.1份~5份、催化剂0.01份~0.05份、抗氧剂0.01份~1.5份、扩链剂5份~10份。本发明通过调节聚酯聚醚直链二元醇的比例,制备出一种shore硬度低于80A、Taber磨耗均小于0.35mg的TPU,保持良好延展性的同时耐磨性能优异,尤其是经过耐水改良后,耐热水性能有明显提高,90℃热水保温10d后拉伸强度和伸长率仍然保留85%以上。

Description

一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,具体涉及一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的树脂组合物。
背景技术
TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,它硬度范围宽、耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好,在日用品、工业品、玩具、装饰材料等领域得到广泛应用。TPU主要有聚酯型和聚醚型之分,聚醚型延展性、回弹性好,缺点是强度不高,耐候性差;而聚酯型硬度高、强度高,具有更好的拉伸性能,缺点是制品延展性差,在湿热环境下易水解导致性能降低甚至丧失。
本发明的目的就是克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物。这种TPU不仅延展性好,耐磨性优异,而且在湿热环境下可以长时间保持拉伸强度和伸长率,可以广泛应用于衣物、鞋类、箱包皮革和线缆等领域。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,包括以下组分及其质量份数:
所述聚醚型、聚酯型直链二元醇分子量为300~4000g/mol。
所述聚醚型直链二元醇包括聚丙二醇,聚四氢呋喃二元醇中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述聚酯型直链二元醇包括聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、聚葵二酸丁二醇酯二元醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述二异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2,4-三甲基己二异氰酸酯、二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基环已基二异氰酸酯。
所述抗水解剂包括双酚A二缩水甘油醚、聚碳化二亚胺、乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷。
所述催化剂包括双十二烷硫基二丁基锡、氯化锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述抗氧剂是如下化合物的一种或几种的混合物:四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
所述扩链剂是分子量小于300g/mol的二元醇,是以下化合物的一种或几种的混合物:1,4-丁二醇、己二醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、新戊二醇、一缩二乙二醇。
所述TPU总R(异氰酸根与羟基之比)值为0.8~1.3。
聚醚型直链二元醇、聚酯型直链二元醇、抗水解剂、催化剂、抗氧剂、扩链剂按所述比例加入配有搅拌保持温度为90-110℃的A釜中混合均匀,二异氰酸酯加入温度为60-80℃的B釜中,待各釜温度稳定,原料混合均匀后,用精确计量灌注系统将A、B釜原料混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置双螺杆挤出机的温度为150~230℃,在螺杆的输送、剪切和混炼下,将物料均匀输送,然后经挤出、水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。
本发明通过调节聚酯聚醚混合比例,制备出一种shore硬度低于80A的TPU,保持良好延展性的同时耐磨性能优异,Taber磨耗均小于0.35mg,耐热水性能好,90℃热水保温10d后拉伸强度和伸长率仍然保留85%以上。
具体实施方式
以下事实方法给出本发明的一些具体实施方法,但本发明不限于以下实施方法。
实施例1
A釜包括分子量为1000的聚四氢呋喃二元醇15份、分子量为1000的聚碳酸酯二元醇65份、1,4-丁二醇6份、双酚A二缩水甘油醚0.5份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.05份、双十二烷硫基二丁基锡0.03份。
B釜包括配异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯23份。
将A、B釜原料经高速旋转混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置挤出温度190~230℃,将物料均匀反应、输送、塑化、最后经水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。具体性能见附表1。
实施例2
A釜包括分子量为2000的聚丙二醇15份、分子量为2000的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇70份、1,4-丁二醇5份、聚碳化二亚胺1份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01份、氯化锡0.02份
B釜包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯21份。
将A、B釜原料经高速旋转混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置挤出温度150~210℃,将物料均匀反应、输送、塑化、最后经水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。具体性能见附表1。
对比例3
A釜包括分子量为2000的聚丙二醇15份、1,4-丁二醇5份、聚碳化二亚胺1份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01份、氯化锡0.02份。
B釜包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯21份。
将A、B釜原料经高速旋转混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置挤出温度150~210℃,将物料均匀反应、输送、塑化、最后经水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。具体性能见附表1。
对比例4
A釜包括分子量为2000的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇70份、1,4-丁二醇5份、聚碳化二亚胺1份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01份、氯化锡0.02份。
B釜包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯21份。
将A、B釜原料经高速旋转混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置挤出温度150~210℃,将物料均匀反应、输送、塑化、最后经水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。具体性能见附表1。
对比例5
A釜包括分子量为2000的聚丙二醇15份、分子量为2000的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇70份、1,4-丁二醇2.25份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01份、氯化锡0.02份。
B釜包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯21份。
将A、B釜原料经高速旋转混合均匀后经计量装置送入双螺杆挤出机中,设置挤出温度150~210℃,将物料均匀反应、输送、塑化、最后经水下切粒即得到一种低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU树脂。具体性能见附表1。
表1实施例与对比例TPU性能测试
本发明实施例1、2所合成的TPU树脂,shore硬度小于75A,Taber磨耗低于3.7mg,90℃热水保温10d后拉伸强度和伸长率保留85%以上,具有优异的耐磨性能及耐水解性能。在其他条件一致的情况下,与实施例2相比,对比例3只含有单一的聚醚型直链二元醇,不含有聚酯型直链二元醇,shore硬度由70A降到51A,Taber磨耗由3.7mg升到8.6mg,耐磨性能大大下降;对比例4只含有单一的聚酯型直链二元醇,不含有聚醚型直链二元醇,shore硬度由70A变为91A,硬度提高,Taber磨耗由3.7mg变为3.2mg,耐磨性能有少许提升;对比例5不含抗水解剂,90℃保温10d拉伸强度和伸长率的保持率仅为20%和27%,抗水解性能大幅下降。

1.一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于包括以下组分及其质量份数:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述聚醚型直链二元醇包括聚丙二醇,聚四氢呋喃二元醇中的一种或两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述聚酯型直链二元醇包括聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、聚葵二酸丁二醇酯二元醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2,4-三甲基己二异氰酸酯、二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基环已基二异氰酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述抗水解剂包括双酚A二缩水甘油醚、聚碳化二亚胺、乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂包括四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述扩链剂是分子量小于300g/mol的二元醇,包括1,4-丁二醇、己二醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、新戊二醇、一缩二乙二醇中的一种或多种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述TPU的总R(异氰酸根与羟基之比)值为0.8~1.3。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备低硬度、耐磨、耐热水性TPU的树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述TPU的shore硬度低于80A,Taber磨耗小于0.35mg,90℃热水保温10d后拉伸强度和伸长率仍然保留85%以上。
