(2)将原料与适量水混合,和成均匀的泥坯;
(3)将泥坯压制成戒指形状,并于300-400℃烘干;
(4)烘干后0-5℃放置1-2小时;
(5)常温上釉后装窑烧制成型。
制得的骨灰戒指瓷质细腻,白度高,可寄托主人对宠物的思念之情,兼有使用和艺术的双重价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将骨灰35份、黏土20份、钠钾长石28份、石英25份过200目筛,将原料与适量水混合,和成均匀的泥坯;将泥坯压制成戒指形状,并于300-400℃烘干;烘干后0-5℃放置1-2小时,常温上釉后装窑烧制成型。

1.一种骨灰戒指的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将骨灰35-50份、黏土18-25份、钠钾长石25-30份、石英18-28份过200目筛备用;
(2)将原料与适量水混合,和成均匀的泥坯;
(3)将泥坯压制成戒指形状,并于300-400℃烘干;
(4)烘干后0-5℃放置1-2小时;
(5)常温上釉后装窑烧制成型。
