本发明一种龙眼和气酒的制备方法,由下列重量组成的原料组成:龙眼肉35~40份,枸杞18~20份,当归4~6份,菊花4~5份,白酒400~500份;将龙眼肉、枸杞、当归以及菊花放入纱布袋内扎好口,置于酒坛中,注入白酒,加盖密封坛口,静置25~30天,即可饮用。本发明优点为:制作简单,可长期保存,无任何添加剂,适合身体虚弱、皮肤粗糙、老化等症的患者,饮用安全,补养血润肤,滋养肝肾,疗效显著。

背景技术
随着人类文明的进步,物质和精神世界的不断丰富,人们更加开始关注自身的健康与保养,药酒对人身的作用也被越来越多的人重视。饮用药酒,既可以防病治病,又可以养生保健、美容润肤,还可以作用病后调理用药
酒,素有"百药之长"之称,将强身健体的中药与酒"溶"于一体的药酒,不仅配制方便、药性稳定、安全有效,而且因为酒精是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂,中药的各种有效成分都易溶于其中,药借酒力、酒助药势而充分发挥其效力,提高疗效。
药酒在我国有着悠久的历史,在其发展过程中被后人不断改进配方,用于保健和疾病的治疗,深受人们的青睐。药物的配入是有针对性的选择性的。市面上销售的品牌繁杂多样,鱼目混珠,无法辨别真伪。有些商家,为谋利快速制备,加入一些化学添加成份,会产生副作用,令使用者无法放心饮用。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供一种龙眼和气酒的制备方法,由下列重量组成的活性成分原料组成:
龙眼肉35~40份,枸杞18~20份,当归4~6份,菊花4~5份,白酒400~500份;
将龙眼肉、枸杞、当归以及菊花放入纱布袋内扎好口,置于酒坛中,注入白酒,加盖密封坛口,静置25~30天,即可饮用。
白酒为70度以上的高粱白酒。
本发明优点为:制作简单,可长期保存,无任何添加剂,适合身体虚弱、皮肤粗糙、老化等症的患者,饮用安全,补养血润肤,滋养肝肾,疗效显著。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种龙眼和气酒的制备方法,步骤如下:
龙眼肉40克,枸杞20克,当归5克,菊花5克,60度以上的高粱白酒400~500份;
将龙眼肉、枸杞、当归以及菊花放入纱布袋内扎好口,置于酒坛中,注入白酒,加盖密封坛口,静置25~30天,即可饮用。
龙眼肉性温味甘,益心脾,补气血;具有良好有滋养补益,补气血、益智宁心、安神定志的功效,可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症。据药理研究证实,龙眼含葡萄糖、蔗糖和维生素A、B等多种营养素。其中含有较多的是蛋白质、脂肪和多种矿物质。这些营养素对人体都是十分必需的,特别对于劳心之人,耗伤心脾气血,更为有效。龙眼肉糖分含量很高,且含有能被人体直接吸收的萄萄糖,体弱贫血,年老体衰,久病体虚,经常吃些元肉很有补益;妇女产后,元肉也是重要的调补食品。元肉含丰富蛋白质,含铁量也较高,可在提高热能、补充营养的同时,又能促进血红蛋白再生以补血。实验研究发现,元肉除对全身有补益作用外,对脑细胞特别有益,能增强记忆,消除疲劳。元肉能降脂护心,延缓衰老。元肉可降血脂,增加冠状动脉血流量。对与衰老过程有密切关系的黄素蛋白——脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)有较强的抑制作用。
龙眼肉补中益气,养血安神,润肤美容。
枸杞补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,补肝肾,养精血。
当归补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。补血活血,调经止痛,用于血虚引起的面色萎黄。
每日早、晚各一次,每次饮10~15毫升,能起到美容健身的效果。

1.一种龙眼和气酒的制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量组成的原料组成:
龙眼肉35~40份,枸杞18~20份,当归4~6份,菊花4~5份,白酒400~500份;
将龙眼肉、枸杞、当归以及菊花放入纱布袋内扎好口,置于酒坛中,注入白酒,加盖密封坛口,静置25~30天,即可饮用。
