本发明涉及一种石斛药酒的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人类文明的进步，物质和精神世界的不断丰富，人们更加开始关注自身的健康与保养，药酒对人身的作用也被越来越多的人重视。饮用药酒，既可以防病治病，又可以养生保健、美容润肤，还可以作用病后调理用药
酒，素有"百药之长"之称，将强身健体的中药与酒"溶"于一体的药酒，不仅配制方便、药性稳定、安全有效，而且因为酒精是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂，中药的各种有效成分都易溶于其中，药借酒力、酒助药势而充分发挥其效力，提高疗效。
药酒在我国有着悠久的历史，在其发展过程中被后人不断改进配方，用于保健和疾病的治疗，深受人们的青睐。药物的配入是有针对性的选择性的。市面上销售的品牌繁杂多样，鱼目混珠，无法辨别真伪。有些商家，为谋利快速制备，加入一些化学添加成份，会产生副作用，令使用者无法放心饮用。
发明内容
针对以上不足，本发明提供一种石斛药酒的制备方法，由下列重量组成的活性成分原料组成：
山茱萸8～10份，怀牛膝4～6份，石斛15～20份，山药8～10份，熟地8～10份，白术4～6份，白酒400～500份；
将山茱萸、怀牛膝、石斛、山药、熟地以及白术装入纱布袋中，扎紧口，置于容器中；
向容器注入白酒，加盖密封，置于阴凉处，14天后即可饮用。
白酒可改为米酒或黄酒。
容器为陶瓷罐或深色玻璃瓶。
本发明优点为：制作简单，可长期保存，无任何添加剂，适合体倦乏力、食欲不振、头晕目眩、等症的患者，饮用安全，补气、滋阴、健脾。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种石斛药酒的制备方法，由下列重量组成的活性成分原料组成：
取山茱萸8克，怀牛膝4克，石斛15克，山药8克，熟地8克，白术4克，白酒500毫升；
将山茱萸、怀牛膝、石斛、山药、熟地以及白术装入纱布袋中，扎紧口，置于陶瓷罐或深色玻璃瓶容器中；
向容器注入白酒，加盖密封，置于阴凉处，14天后即可饮用。
不耐酒力者，白酒可改为米酒或黄酒配制。
每日早晚各一次，每次15～20毫升，空腹温饮。
山茱萸具有抗炎、抗菌、止血固经的作用，补益肝肾，涩精固脱。用于眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸痛，崩漏带下，大汗虚脱。内热消渴。用于肝肾不足，头晕目眩，耳鸣，腰酸。
怀牛膝苋科，系多年生草本植物。又称山苋菜、对节菜、积名牛茎。气味苦酸平，主治寒湿痿痹、四肢拘挛，膝痛不可屈伸，逐血气，伤热火烂，久服轻身耐老。
石斛味甘性微寒，归胃肾经，可以益胃生津：治疗胃阴虚证、热病伤津证、烦渴、口燥咽干。
山药性味甘、平、无毒。归经归脾、肺、肾经。功效山药，人类自古食用，是人类食用最早的植物之一。山药肉质细嫩，含有极丰富的营养保健物质。主健中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉、久服耳目聪明，山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”。近些年来的研究表明，山药具有诱导产生干扰素，增强人体免疫功能的作用。其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力，常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老，是人们所喜爱的保健佳品。以山药为主、辅以魔芋做成的仿生食品，具有营养丰富、滋补健身、养颜美容之功效，是不可多得的健康营养美食。
熟地补血养阴、填精益髓，治疗血虚诸症、肝肾阴虚诸症。
白术有镇静、血管扩张、抗血凝、抗胃溃疡、保肝利胆、利尿、强壮、提高免疫、抗氧化、抗菌等。白术健脾燥湿良，燥湿利水多用生。白术甘苦温无毒，固表止汗消五谷。胎动不安治痰湿，脾虚泄泻皆能服。
石斛、山药、熟地、怀牛膝、山茱萸滋阴补肾；白术、山药健脾益气。诸药制成酒剂，有补痛、养阴阳怪气、健脾的功效。

1.一种石斛药酒的制备方法，其特征在于由下列重量组成的活性成分原料组成：
山茱萸8～10份，怀牛膝4～6份，石斛15～20份，山药8～10份，熟地8～10份，白术4～6份，白酒400～500份；
将山茱萸、怀牛膝、石斛、山药、熟地以及白术装入纱布袋中，扎紧口，置于容器中；
向容器注入白酒，加盖密封，置于阴凉处，14天后即可饮用；
白酒可改为米酒或黄酒，容器为陶瓷罐或深色玻璃瓶。
