Abstract
本发明公开了一种自流平水性不干胶的制备方法,其制备方法包括丙烯酸酯乳液的制备和自流平水性不干胶的制备两个步骤,其中丙烯酸酯乳液的制备是在溶解有pH缓冲剂的乳化剂水溶液中加入一定量的混合单体和引发剂溶液,待形成种子乳液后,再将余下的混合单体和引发剂溶液控制在一定时间内滴加到种子乳液中,逐步形成丙烯酸酯乳液;自流平水性不干胶的制备是将淀粉溶于水中,然后加入到上述的丙烯酸酯乳液中,混合均匀后加入耐水剂、交联剂、抗菌剂和流平剂,搅拌直至样品均匀且呈粘性流动,静置即得自流平水性不干胶。本发明制得的水性不干胶不仅具有自流平性能、良好的持粘力,易于涂覆,不易剥落,而且容易清理、环保和生产成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及标签用不干胶领域,特别涉及一种自流平水性不干胶的制备方法。
背景技术
不干胶标签大多是以纸张、薄膜或特种材料为面料,背面涂布粘合剂,涂硅底纸为保护纸的一种复合材料,其具有不用刷胶、不用浆糊、不用蘸水、无污染、节省贴标时间等优点,在各行各业行业得到了广泛的应用。不干胶材料主要包括面纸层、胶黏剂层和底纸层。其中,胶黏剂层是不干胶标签非常重要的组成部分。不干胶材料常有起皱、翘边、脱落等现象,这都与胶黏剂层的性能质量有关。特别是在将胶黏剂涂覆于面纸层底面的过程,由于胶黏剂与面纸的表面能相差较大,容易导致胶黏剂在面纸层底面涂覆不均匀,有些地方厚,有些地方薄,需重复多次操作才能达到均匀涂覆的效果。
另外,不干胶标签行业已经连续多年保持高速增长,但是这些材料的不可降解、难回收给环境造成巨大压力。
再者,现今市场上使用的不干胶,在使用后容易粘附在物体表面而不易剥落,造成后期的清洗困难。所以有必要对现有的不干胶材料的胶黏剂层进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自流平性能、良好的持粘力,易于涂覆,不易剥落,而且容易清理、环保和生产成本低的自流平水性不干胶的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种自流平水性不干胶的制备方法,其制备方法包括丙烯酸酯乳液的制备和自流平水性不干胶的制备两个步骤:
(1)丙烯酸酯乳液的制备:将溶解有pH缓冲剂0.2-0.8份的乳化剂水溶液30-40份加入到带有回流冷凝管、温度计和搅拌器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌升温至60℃,然后加入质量1/10-1/8的混合单体和体积1/5-3/5的引发剂水溶液,待体系形成种子乳液后,继续保温反应30min,之后通过滴液漏斗同时滴加剩余的混合单体和引发剂水溶液,滴加时间控制在2.5-3h,升温至70℃,保温反应1.5h,降温至室温,即得丙烯酸酯乳液。
(2)自流平水性不干胶的制备:将10-20份淀粉溶于80-100份水中,然后加入到上述的丙烯酸酯乳液中,搅拌30min,混合均匀后加入耐水剂1-2份、交联剂0.5-2份、抗菌剂0.2-1.5份、流平剂1-3份,搅拌直至样品均匀且呈粘性流动,静置即得自流平水性不干胶。
优选地,本发明自流平水性不干胶的制备方法中,步骤(1)所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠。
优选地,本发明自流平水性不干胶的制备方法中,步骤(1)所述乳化剂为反应性乳化剂SE-10。

实施例1

以上各组分计量后,将溶解有pH缓冲剂0.2g碳酸氢钠的SE-10水溶液30g加入到带有回流冷凝管、温度计和搅拌器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌升温至60℃,然后加入4g的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸的混合物和4mL过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠混合物水溶液,待体系形成种子乳液后,继续保温反应30min,之后通过滴液漏斗同时滴加36g的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸的混合物和16mL过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠混合物水溶液,滴加时间控制在2.5-3h,升温至70℃,保温反应1.5h,降温至室温,即得丙烯酸酯乳液。将10g淀粉溶于80g水中,然后加入到上述的丙烯酸酯乳液中,搅拌30min,混合均匀后加入碳酸锆钾1g、硼酸0.5g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵0.2g、三硅氧烷表面活性剂1g,搅拌直至样品均匀且呈粘性流动,静置即得自流平水性不干胶。
上述制备的不干胶,在130g/m2的纸上涂胶,涂覆一次即可达到均匀涂胶的效果,在23℃/60%RH条件下24小时后测试,剥离强度为280N/m(根据GB2792-81标准测试)。

上述制备的不干胶,在140g/m2的纸上涂胶,涂覆一次即可达到均匀涂胶的效果,在23℃/60%RH条件下24小时后测试,剥离强度为295N/m(根据GB2792-81标准测试)。

上述制备的不干胶,在150g/m2的纸上涂胶,涂覆一次即可达到均匀涂胶的效果,在23℃/60%RH条件下24小时后测试,剥离强度为312N/m(根据GB2792-81标准测试)。
上述制备的不干胶在纸上涂胶后粘贴于不锈钢片材上,室温下放置60天后,将不锈钢片材放入水中,纸胶与不锈钢片材很快脱离,不锈钢片材上无残留的不干胶。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种自流平水性不干胶的制备方法,其制备方法包括丙烯酸酯乳液的制备和自流平水性不干胶的制备两个步骤:
(1)丙烯酸酯乳液的制备:将溶解有pH缓冲剂0.2-0.8份的乳化剂水溶液30-40份加入到带有回流冷凝管、温度计和搅拌器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌升温至60℃,然后加入质量1/10-1/8的混合单体和体积1/5-3/5的引发剂水溶液,待体系形成种子乳液后,继续保温反应30min,之后通过滴液漏斗同时滴加剩余的混合单体和引发剂水溶液,滴加时间控制在2.5-3h,升温至70℃,保温反应1.5h,降温至室温,即得丙烯酸酯乳液。
(2)自流平水性不干胶的制备:将10-20份淀粉溶于80-100份水中,然后加入到上述的丙烯酸酯乳液中,搅拌30min,混合均匀后加入耐水剂1-2份、交联剂0.5-2份、抗菌剂0.2-1.5份、流平剂1-3份,搅拌直至样品均匀且呈粘性流动,静置即得自流平水性不干胶。
