技术领域
本发明涉及一种不干胶材料的制备方法。
背景技术
不干胶材料在日常生活中随处可见,大多以自粘标签、及时贴、即时贴、压敏标签等形式出现,是以纸张、薄膜或特种材料为面料,背面涂有粘合剂,以涂硅底纸为保护纸的一种复合材料,并经印刷、模切等加工成为成品标签。应用时,只需要将底纸剥离,轻轻一按,即可贴到各种被贴物的表面,也可以使用贴标机在生产线上自动贴标。不干胶广泛应用在各种商品上,如药品标签、食品标签、酒标签、电池标签、外箱标签、日化产品标签等等。
随着社会的不断发展,一些客户对标签的要求越来越高,在多个生产工序要用到同一产品信息的时候,这类标签的结构一般是两层或多层标签,对底材的要求也很苛刻,离型力的好坏决定了标签的品质,本发明既制备一种制备工艺新颖,能够实现工业化的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:涂布纸的制备:
将纳米纤维料和短切纤维按照质量比为2-4∶3-8进行混合,混合后在高速疏解机中疏解2-6min,疏解的过程中添加0.5-1%的聚氧化乙烯,之后采用抄片器抄造定量为50g/m2的纤维原纸,烘干后置于恒温室24h以上进行烘干水分,将烘干水分的原纸进行热压处理,得到涂布纸;
步骤二,涂布纸表面涂覆
将涂布纸表面涂覆硅油溶液,涂覆量为1.1~1.2克/平方米,涂覆完毕后放置于烘箱内在温度150℃~180℃下烘箱内烘干得到表面涂覆硅油的涂布纸;
步骤三,胶黏剂的制备
步骤四,不干胶材料的制备
将步骤三制得的胶黏剂涂于面纸纸上,涂胶量为25克/平方米,涂胶温度为130℃~140℃,将步骤二所制备的经过表面涂覆的涂布纸通过橡胶棍和滚筒的压合,将涂布纸和涂好胶的面纸粘合在一起,即得到不干胶材料。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤一中纳米纤维料的制备包括以下步骤:首先纯净水、桉木浆和碳酸钙以质量比为10-15∶50-60∶3-8进行搅拌混合制得混合浆料,添加NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物,搅拌均匀制得混合液,其中NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物和混合浆料的质量比为5-10∶1-2∶80-120;搅拌均匀混合液后,开始滴加NaCl0,使得混合液的PH值控制在9-10,反应时间为1-3h,反应结束后添加去离子水进行充分洗涤后得到氧化浆料,将制得的氧化浆料采用纳米均质机在1000-3000bar压力下均质3-8次得到纳米纤维浆料,将纳米纤维浆料进行甩干脱水处理后得到纳米纤维料;所述的短切纤维选自聚酰亚胺短切纤维;所述的热压处理的温度为100-130℃,热压速度为1.2m/min,热压压力为80-200N/mm。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤二中所述硅油溶液由无溶剂硅酮,铂金络合物和含氢硅油按质量比100∶3-3.5∶4-5混合制得。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中的胶黏剂的制备包括以下步骤:
(a)聚氨酯预聚体
首先将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和第一溶液以NCO/OH的比值为0.7-1.5进行混合,在65℃条件下搅拌60-80min,升温到75℃,,保温反应30-60min得到无色透明的溶液,停止加热后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(b)改性聚氨酯乳液的制备
将所制得的聚氨酯预聚体和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇在90℃下恒温反应1h;降温至70℃后加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮反应3h,保持70℃温度,加入的丙烯酸羟乙酯反应1h,冷却至45℃后加人氢氧化钾溶液中和,控制产品的pH为7.0一8.1,然后在高速搅拌下缓慢加入1,4-丁二醇,30min后即可得到乳白色的液体,既为改性的聚氨酯乳液;
(c)含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备
含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备:首先在40℃将聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体进行混合搅拌30-60min,升温至50℃,加入第二溶液,充氮气的情况下于65℃搅拌45min,得到棕红色液体,在乙醇中进行沉淀,烘干后得到的产物即为含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物;
(d)胶黏剂的制备
将前述所制备的改性的聚氨酯乳液和含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯以质量比为3-7∶2-6∶1-3∶1-2混合,并在45℃下搅拌30min,升温至60℃下搅拌30-45min,充氮气的情况下加入咔唑类化合物,温度控制在60-75℃之间,保温反应30-60min,冷却至50℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌40min,之后升温至60-75℃之间反应2h,自然冷却至40℃,得到胶黏剂,所述改性的聚氨酯乳液、咔唑类化合物和偶氮二异丁腈的质量比为5-10∶1-2∶0.5-1。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中聚氨酯预聚体的制备中所述第一溶液为聚乙二醇、二甲亚砜和甲基异丁基酮以质量比5-7∶2-5∶1-4的混合溶液)
6、如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备中所述聚氨酯预聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸羟乙酯和1,4-丁二醇的质量比为:10-20∶1-3∶2-3∶1-2∶0.5-2∶1-2)
7、如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备中所述聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体和第二溶液的质量比为1-5∶2-4∶3-7∶1-3。
8、如权利要求7所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述第二溶液由2,2-偶氮二羟甲基丙腈、二甲基甲酰胺和磷酸二氢钠以质量比为3-4∶1-2∶0.2-0.5组成。

(1)步骤一中涂布纸的制备:现有技术中常常才能混合制得纤维后进行打浆-热压制备涂布纸,本发明中采用了分步法进行制备涂布纸,首先制备混合浆料,进行简单混合,后期加入NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物(该氧化物的加入使得后期制得的纳米纤维材料不会出现团聚现象),并通过PH值得控制,制备得到纳米纤维浆,通过与聚酰亚胺短切纤维混合热压得到涂布纸;经过大量研究发现,由于纳米纤维具有较大的比较面积,能够增强纸张强度,并且使得纸张的致密度增强,缝隙越少(相较于不采用纳米纤维的减少60%),后期涂布的硅油不会渗入,取消了纸张的淋膜处理步骤,研究还发现随着纳米纤维的含量增长至一定阶段后,纸张的强度和缝隙率却没有产生级数级变化变得比较平稳,当纳米纤维料含量为35%时候所得到的纸张的强度、孔隙率、透气性和经济性能达到最佳;对于所述的“热压速度为1.2m/min”,该热压速度相较于现有的热压速度快速了很多,根据研究发现纤维中含有纳米纤维且按照本发明的纤维配比,快速的热压所能达到的纸张性能,例如致密度等并未下降,且节约了大量时间;由于采用了纳米纤维材料,因此可以得到定量为50g/m2的纤维原纸,原纸的致密度高,纳米纤维料的长度为30-100nm。
(2)步骤二中的硅油采用采用无溶剂硅油溶液,不存在汽油、甲苯等溶剂,杜绝了生产过程中出现自燃自爆等现象,环保无污染,符合国家和市场的需求;
(3)步骤三中聚氨酯预聚体的制备过程中:(a)本发明中添加了二甲亚砜和甲基异丁基酮,这两种物质的加入能够有效的促进聚氨酯预聚体的形成(通过研究加入上述两种物质比仅仅通过有效控制NCo/OH比值得到的预聚体所需要的时间短10-15%,),经过研究发现当NCo/OH为0.95时,能够增强聚合物链段的运动和扩散能力,使得分子链得以充分增长,且不需要添加亲水扩链剂,有效提高不干胶的剥离强度和耐水性能,添加了二甲亚砜和甲基异丁基酮所得到的不干胶的剥离强度能够相较于未添加的增强了15%;
(4)步骤三中聚氨酯预聚体的制备过程中:(c)中制备了含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物,并且在制备的过程中加入了,自制的第二溶液,该第二溶液的加入能够有效提升不干胶耐蒸煮性能,将不干胶至于100℃的蒸汽中10h,取出后剥离强度减少5%,24h后剥离强度减少10%,能够有效增强其耐蒸煮性能;
(5)现有技术中国外已经有报道采用聚氨酯预聚体与丙烯酸聚合物进行反应,但是对于不干胶的制备中这样是不行的,本发明研究发现通过对聚氨酯预聚体进行改性制得聚氨酯乳液与所制备的含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物进行反应能够得到性能非常优异的不干胶材料,并通过在胶黏剂的制备中加入了,咔唑类化合物,该化合物的加入能够增强该不干胶的耐寒性能,这是本发明首次发现,另外对于该化合物的加入反应时间也有具体的要求最佳配比为“充氮气的情况下加入咔唑类化合物,温度控制在70℃之间,保温反应40min”,通过本发明的工艺步骤,使得该不干胶在-67℃使用时剥离强度无明显变化。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:涂布纸的制备:
首先纯净水、桉木浆和碳酸钙以质量比为10-15∶50-60∶3-8进行搅拌混合制得混合浆料,添加NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物,搅拌均匀制得混合液,其中NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物和混合浆料的质量比为5-10∶1-2∶80-120;搅拌均匀混合液后,开始滴加NaClO,使得混合液的PH值控制在9-10,反应时间为1-3h,反应结束后添加去离子水进行充分洗涤后得到氧化浆料,将制得的氧化浆料采用纳米均质机在1000-3000bar压力下均质3-8次得到纳米纤维浆料,将纳米纤维浆料进行甩干脱水处理后得到纳米纤维料;将纳米纤维料和短切纤维按照质量比为2-4∶3-8进行混合,混合后在高速疏解机中疏解2-6min,疏解的过程中添加0.5-1%的聚氧化乙烯,之后采用抄片器抄造定量为50g/m2的纤维原纸,烘干后置于恒温室24h以上进行烘干水分,将烘干水分的原纸进行热压处理,得到涂布纸;所述的短切纤维选自聚酰亚胺短切纤维;所述的热压处理的温度为100-130℃,热压速度为1.2m/min,热压压力为80-200N/mm;
步骤二,涂布纸表面涂覆
将涂布纸表面涂覆硅油溶液,涂覆量为1.1~1.2克/平方米,涂覆完毕后放置于烘箱内在温度150℃~180℃下烘箱内烘干得到表面涂覆硅油的涂布纸;
步骤三,胶黏剂的制备
(a)聚氨酯预聚体
首先将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和第一溶液以NCO/OH的比值为0.7-1.5进行混合,在65℃条件下搅拌60-80min,升温到75℃,,保温反应30-60min得到无色透明的溶液,停止加热后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(b)改性聚氨酯乳液的制备
将所制得的聚氨酯预聚体和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇在90℃下恒温反应1h;降温至70℃后加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮反应3h,保持70℃温度,加入的丙烯酸羟乙酯反应1h,冷却至45℃后加人氢氧化钾溶液中和,控制产品的pH为7.0一8.1,然后在高速搅拌下缓慢加入1,4-丁二醇,30min后即可得到乳白色的液体,既为改性的聚氨酯乳液;
(c)含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备
含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备:首先在40℃将聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体进行混合搅拌30-60min,升温至50℃,加入第二溶液,充氮气的情况下于65℃搅拌45min,得到棕红色液体,在乙醇中进行沉淀,烘干后得到的产物即为含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物;
(d)胶黏剂的制备
将前述所制备的改性的聚氨酯乳液和含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯以质量比为3-7∶2-6∶1-3∶1-2混合,并在45℃下搅拌30min,升温至60℃下搅拌30-45min,充氮气的情况下加入咔唑类化合物,温度控制在60-75℃之间,保温反应30-60min,冷却至50℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌40min,之后升温至60-75℃之间反应2h,自然冷却至40℃,得到胶黏剂,所述改性的聚氨酯乳液、咔唑类化合物和偶氮二异丁腈的质量比为5-10∶1-2∶0.5-1
步骤四,不干胶材料的制备
将步骤三制得的胶黏剂涂于面纸纸上,涂胶量为25克/平方米,涂胶温度为130℃~140℃,将步骤二所制备的经过表面涂覆的涂布纸通过橡胶棍和滚筒的压合,将涂布纸和涂好胶的面纸粘合在一起,即得到不干胶材料。
步骤二中所述硅油溶液由无溶剂硅酮,铂金络合物和含氢硅油按质量比100∶3-3.5∶4-5混合制得;优选100∶3.2∶4.5。
步骤三中聚氨酯预聚体的制备中所述第一溶液为聚乙二醇、二甲亚砜和甲基异丁基酮以质量比5-7∶2-5∶1-4的混合溶液,优选6∶3.7∶2.7。
步骤三中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备中所述聚氨酯预聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸羟乙酯和1,4-丁二醇的质量比为:10-20∶1-3∶2-3∶1-2∶0.5-2∶1-2;优选15∶2.3∶2.4∶1.7∶0.9∶1.6;
步骤三中含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备中所述聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体和第二溶液的质量比为1-5∶2-4∶3-7∶1-3;优选3.7∶2.8∶5∶2.4。
所述第二溶液由2,2-偶氮二羟甲基丙腈、二甲基甲酰胺和磷酸二氢钠以质量比为3-4∶1-2∶0.2-0.5组成,优选3.5∶1.7∶0.4。
步骤三中所述咔唑类化合物采用如式(1)所述的结构通式:
其中R1选自氢、C1-6长度的碳链,烯烃,R2,选自氢、氨基,卤素;优选咔唑、N-乙基咔唑、3-氨基-9-乙基咔唑、3-溴咔唑或N-乙烯基咔唑,及其它们的组合物。

Claims (9)

1.一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:涂布纸的制备:
将纳米纤维料和短切纤维按照质量比为2-4:3-8进行混合,混合后在高速疏解机中疏解2-6min,疏解的过程中添加0.5-1%的聚氧化乙烯,之后采用抄片器抄造定量为50g/m2的纤维原纸,烘干后置于恒温室24h以上进行烘干水分,将烘干水分的原纸进行热压处理,得到涂布纸;
步骤二,涂布纸表面涂覆
将涂布纸上表面涂覆硅油溶液,涂覆量为1.1~1.2克/平方米,涂覆完毕后放置于烘箱内在温度150℃~180℃下烘箱内烘干得到表面涂覆硅油的涂布纸;
步骤三,胶黏剂的制备
步骤四,不干胶材料的制备
将步骤三所制备的胶黏剂涂于面纸纸上,涂胶量为25克/平方米,涂胶温度为130℃~140℃,将步骤二所制备的经过表面涂覆的涂布纸通过橡胶棍和滚筒的压合,将涂布纸和涂好胶的面纸粘合在一起,即得到不干胶材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤一中纳米纤维料的制备包括以下步骤:首先纯净水、桉木浆和碳酸钙以质量比为10-15:50-60:3-8进行搅拌混合制得混合浆料,添加NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物,搅拌均匀制得混合液,其中NaBr、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物和混合浆料的质量比为5-10:1-2:80-120;搅拌均匀混合液后,开始滴加NaClO,使得混合液的PH值控制在9-10,反应时间为1-3h,反应结束后添加去离子水进行充分洗涤后得到氧化浆料,将制得的氧化浆料采用纳米均质机在1000-3000bar压力下均质3-8次得到纳米纤维浆料,将纳米纤维浆料进行甩干脱水处理后得到纳米纤维料;所述的短切纤维选自聚酰亚胺短切纤维;所述的热压处理的温度为100-130℃,热压速度为1.2m/min,热压压力为80-200N/mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤二中所述硅油溶液由无溶剂硅酮,铂金络合物和含氢硅油按质量比100:3-3.5:4-5混合制得。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中的胶黏剂的制备包括以下步骤:
(a)聚氨酯预聚体
首先将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和第一溶液以NCO/OH的比值为0.7-1.5进行混合,在65℃条件下搅拌60-80min,升温到75℃,保温反应30-60min得到无色透明的溶液,停止加热后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(b)改性聚氨酯乳液的制备
将所制得的聚氨酯预聚体和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇在90℃下恒温反应1h;降温至70℃后加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮反应3h,保持70℃温度,加入的丙烯酸羟乙酯反应1h,冷却至45℃后加入氢氧化钾溶液中和,控制产品的pH为7.0一8.1,然后在高速搅拌下缓慢加入1,4-丁二醇,30min后即可得到乳白色的液体,既为改性的聚氨酯乳液;
(c)含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备
含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备:首先在40℃将聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体进行混合搅拌30-60min,升温至50℃,加入第二溶液,充氮气的情况下于65℃搅拌45min,得到棕红色液体,在乙醇中进行沉淀,烘干后得到的产物即为含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物;
(d)胶黏剂的制备
将前述所制备的改性的聚氨酯乳液和含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯以质量比为3-7:2-6:1-3:1-2混合,并在45℃下搅拌30min,升温至60℃下搅拌30-45min,充氮气的情况下加入咔唑类化合物,温度控制在60-75℃之间,保温反应30-60min,冷却至50℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌40min,之后升温至60-75℃之间反应2h,自然冷却至40℃,得到胶黏剂,所述改性的聚氨酯乳液、咔唑类化合物和偶氮二异丁腈的质量比为5-10:1-2:0.5-1。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中聚氨酯预聚体的制备中所述第一溶液为聚乙二醇、二甲亚砜和甲基异丁基酮以质量比5-7:2-5:1-4的混合溶液。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备中所述聚氨酯预聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸羟乙酯和1,4-丁二醇的质量比为:10-20:1-3:2-3:1-2:0.5-2:1-2。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中含端羟基的丙烯酸聚合物的制备中所述聚醚多元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸单体和第二溶液的质量比为1-5:2-4:3-7:1-3。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述第二溶液由2,2-偶氮二羟甲基丙腈、二甲基甲酰胺和磷酸二氢钠以质量比为3-4:1-2:0.2-0.5组成。
9.如权利要求4所述的一种不干胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤三中所述咔唑类化合物采用如式(1)所述的结构通式:
其中R1选自氢、C1-6长度的碳链,烯烃,R2,选自氢、氨基,卤素。
