Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织品浴中防皱剂,按质量分数计包括:非离子聚丙烯酰胺3‑9%、非离子渗透剂2‑8%、葡萄糖酸钠2‑6%、磷酸酯1‑5%、聚乙二醇2‑3%、山梨酸钾0.2‑0.4%、余量为水。该纺织品浴中防皱剂能够改善织物的柔软度,减少织物在湿加工过程中的擦伤或褶皱。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,具体涉及一种纺织品浴中防皱剂。
背景技术
织物在前处理、染色绳状加工中由于机械张力的影响,动摩擦系数很大,容易产生折皱,鸡爪印等瑕疵。为了改善织物在湿加工过程中的运行状态,减少织物在湿加工过程中的擦伤或条痕,因此开发一款原料常见易得,工艺简单方便且适用性较广的抗皱剂是染整行业的一致要求。
目前市场上的抗皱剂种类繁多,但实际使用中限制性较多,稠度太高会造成布运行不顺,太稀则造成作用不大。市场上有些产品渗透性较差会使布面染色水洗造成块状花,对产品品质造成较大影响,或者布面手感较差,对后续工序造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种纺织品浴中防皱剂,改善织物的柔软度,减少织物在湿加工过程中的擦伤或褶皱。
本发明所提供的技术方案为:
一种纺织品浴中防皱剂,按质量分数计包括:

上述技术方案中,采用非离子聚丙烯酰胺作为滑动剂,在布的表面形成保护膜,使得织物在染色时顺滑、柔软,如果分子量太小纺织面料的表面就不能形成有效的覆盖,效果不好。这就需要采用分子量较高的非离子聚丙烯酰胺,而且防皱剂中更希望提高聚丙烯酰胺的用量,但是高分子非离子聚丙用量增大后防皱剂流动度会变差,影响使用性能。因此复配使用葡萄糖酸钠提高防皱剂的整体流动性,使纺织品清洗简单,节约用水,减少布面云花。非离子渗透剂的添加主要是为了降低表面张力,进而提高染料的上染率,避免纺织品表面因抗皱剂的存在影响整体渗透性。
作为优选,所述非离子聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为1300万、1600万或1700万。
作为优选,所述非离子渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括JFC-1或JFC-2。
作为优选,所述磷酸酯包括异构十三醇醚(6)磷酸酯或异构十三醇磷酸酯。上述的磷酸酯具有优良的抗静电性、平滑性、柔软性,可显著提高纤维的吸湿性,能较好的调整纤维之间的动摩擦系数。
作为优选,所述聚乙二醇为PEG-200或PEG400。本发明中主要是利用其较好的增溶性、粘度调节性、柔软性、抗静电性。

同现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
(1)本发明所提供的浴中防皱剂能够改善织物的柔软度,减少织物在湿加工过程中的擦伤或褶皱。
(2)本发明所提供的浴中防皱剂粘度合适,应用广泛。
(3)本发明所提供的浴中防皱剂使织物在低浴比状态下加工时操作更加容易、品质更好,并在不同温度(20-135℃)及酸碱中发挥作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
浴中防皱剂,按质量分数计包括:

复配工艺如下:
(1)取总工艺量水的70%,边升温,边匀速缓慢加入聚丙烯酰胺,慢慢升温至80-90℃,待聚丙烯酰胺,完全开稀后,降温备用。
(2)取工艺量水的30%,依次加入非离子渗透剂、磷酸酯、聚乙二醇。
(3)最后将两体系合并搅匀后,加入葡萄糖酸钠与山梨酸钾。

性能测试
(1)染色方法:
采用喷射染机和常规的NR罗马织物的染色工艺对一批NR罗马织物进行染色,40℃下加入匀染剂、抗皱剂等助剂,染料,保温10min,以2℃/min的速度升温至98-105℃,保温30min,以2.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,排液,其中抗皱剂分别使用实施例1-7所制备的抗皱剂和对比例1-4制备的抗皱剂。
(2)测试方法:
1、流动度:1g/L水抗皱剂溶液取100ML,用0.5mm孔径分液漏斗,滴加计时。
2、布面直观性,平整度:专业人士分组感官评分,分成四个等级,其中1-差;2-稍次;3-较平整;4-平整。
3、滑爽、柔软性手感:专业人士分组触摸评分,分成五个等级,其中1-无手感;2-轻微滑爽柔软;3-有一些滑爽柔软;4较滑爽柔软;5-超级滑爽柔软。
4、耐洗性,参照AATCC-135标准。
5、亲水性和毛效:参照GB/T21655.1-2008。
6、抗静电性能,参照FZ/T01042-1996标准执行。

根据表1-2可以看出,本发明的浴中抗皱剂优点非常明显,特别是实施例1布面直观性,平整度高,烘干后布面柔软度、滑度优于同类产品,流动度高,容易清洗干净节约用水,减少布面云花,加快染色升降温,提高了生产效益。

2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品浴中防皱剂,其特征在于,所述非离子渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纺织品浴中防皱剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括JFC-1或JFC-2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品浴中防皱剂,其特征在于,所述磷酸酯包括异构十三醇醚(6)磷酸酯或异构十三醇磷酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品浴中防皱剂,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇为PEG-200或PEG400。
