Abstract

本发明涉及一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其组分及其比例为:低粘度矿物油40~80份、低粘度二甲基矿油60~20份、双子硅季铵盐‑80 2~5份、硅烷季铵盐1~3份、聚醚改性硅氧烷0.1~2份、硬脂酸镁0.1~2份、增溶剂3~5份;其中双子硅季铵盐‑80的分子式为:RCONH(CH2)3N+(CH3)2‑CH2CH(OH)CH2O(CH2)3Si(CH3)2O[Si(CH3)2O]mSi(CH3)2[CH2]3O‑CH2CH(OH)‑CH2N(CH3)2NHCORX2;式中R为C8~C18的烷基,m为1~50的正整数,x为卤素离子或Ac某阴离子集团。能够在纺丝过程中减少氨纶纤维与传动机械的摩擦阻力,具有亲水,抗静电的性能,能显著降低氨纶油剂与氨纶纤维之间的表面张力,使油剂迅速扩散到氨纶纤维里。

技术领域
本发明属于氨纶纺丝技术领域,涉及一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
氨纶具有高强高弹优异的物理性能,主要用于制造各种内衣,游泳衣,紧身衣,牛仔裤,运动服及弹力袜等。氨纶服装,穿着舒服,能适应身体各部位变形的需要,并能减轻服装对身体的束缚感。用其制作的服装耐酸耐碱,耐紫外线,耐磨性优良。
氨纶在纺丝时,为防止氨纶丝与机械之间产生的摩擦力,为防止断头,为防止缠绕,必需上油, 要求氨纶油剂具有平滑,抗静电,防粘连等优良性能,并且要求抗菌,防止微生物的滋生,另外为后续加工做准备,还要求易清洗。
国内外现有氨纶油剂一般采用硅油及矿物油为氨纶油剂的平滑剂,以阴离子表面活性剂磷酸酯为抗静电剂。阴离子磷酸酯抗静电剂,亲水性强,与平滑剂硅油及矿物油的配伍性差。 如CN201410146071.2一种粗纤维纺丝油剂,用二甲基硅油及矿物油为平滑剂,另含有机硅季铵盐1-20%,有机硅季铵盐结构为R3Si-R1-N(R2)3,并未披露有机硅季铵盐的具体分子式及作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂及其制备工艺,它能够在在纺丝过程中减少氨纶纤维与传动机械的摩擦阻力,具有亲水,抗静电的性能,能显著降低氨纶油剂与氨纶纤维之间的表面张力,使油剂迅速扩散到氨纶纤维里。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其组分及其比例为:低粘度矿物油40~80份、低粘度二甲基矿油60~20份、双子硅季铵盐-80 2~5份、硅烷季铵盐1~3份、聚醚改性硅氧烷0.1~2份、硬脂酸镁0.1~2份、增溶剂3~5份;其中双子硅季铵盐-80的分子式为:
RCONH(CH2)3N+(CH3)2-CH2CH(OH)CH2O(CH2)3Si(CH3)2O[Si(CH3)2O]mSi(CH3)2[CH2]3O-CH2CH(OH)-CH2N(CH3)2NHCORX2
式中R为C8~C18的烷基,m为1~50的正整数, x-为卤素离子或Ac-某阴离子集团。
一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂的制备工艺,其步骤是:
先将矿物油,二甲基硅油混合均匀,然后依次加入双子季铵盐,搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷季铵盐,再加入聚醚改性硅氧烷和硬脂酸镁,搅拌加热至60℃,最后加入增溶剂搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃以下出料。
所述双子硅季铵盐-80是用端含氢硅油为原料通过环氧化及烷基胺季铵化反应而得到,具有优良的抗静性,柔软性及光泽,是纤维类材料的优良整理剂。
所述硅烷季铵盐具有广谱高效的抗菌,抑菌作用,它的分子上不但有长链烷基季铵基团,因而抗菌抑菌,而且有三个易水解的烷氧基,遇水及空气中的水就能水解成硅羟基,然后缩合生成耐水洗的抗菌膜,附着在氨纶纤维上。
所述聚醚改性硅氧烷具有亲水,抗静电,能显著降低氨纶油剂与氨纶纤维之间的表面张力,使油剂迅速扩散到氨纶纤维里,最有代表性的聚醚改性硅氧烷为聚醚改性三硅氧烷表面活性剂,是疏水表面优良湿润展布剂。
所述硬脂酸镁为抗粘连剂,不易分散,放置过程中容易沉底,影响均匀性,影响正常运行。为此,需采用特种增溶剂进行增溶,使硬脂酸镁溶于溶剂中,不会沉淀出来。
本发明的积极效果是:能够使氨纶油剂易于在氨纶丝上的渗透分散,使其抗静电性提高,分散更均匀。还采用广谱高效抗菌剂硅烷季铵盐为氨纶油剂抗菌剂,它的作用一是防止油剂及上了油的氨纶丝在贮存过程中免受微生物的侵害;二是水洗去油剂后,阳离子硅烷季铵盐还牢固的附着在氨纶丝上,使其耐久抗菌,聚醚改性硅氧烷的作用是降低油剂与纤维间的表面张力,使油剂更均匀地扩散到氨纶纤维的丝束中,同时降低静电荷,防止静电作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其组分及其比例为:低粘度矿物油40~80份、低粘度二甲基矿油60~20份、双子硅季铵盐-80 2~5份、硅烷季铵盐1~3份、聚醚改性硅氧烷0.1~2份、硬脂酸镁0.1~2份、增溶剂3~5份;其中双子硅季铵盐-80的分子式为:
RCONH(CH2)3N+(CH3)2-CH2CH(OH)CH2O(CH2)3Si(CH3)2O[Si(CH3)2O]mSi(CH3)2[CH2]3O-CH2CH(OH)-CH2N+(CH3)2NHCORX2
式中R为C8~C18的烷基,m为1~50的正整数,x-为卤素离子或Ac-某阴离子集团。
一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂的制备工艺,其步骤是:

实施例1:
矿物油15cs 40份
二甲基矿油10cs 50份
双子硅季铵盐-80 2 份
硅烷季铵盐 2份
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 1份
硬脂酸镁  0.5份
增溶剂 4.5份
先将矿物油,二甲基硅油混合均匀,然后依次加入双子季铵盐,搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷季铵盐,再加入聚醚改性硅氧烷,和硬脂酸镁,搅拌加热至60℃,最后加入增溶剂搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃以下出料。
产品指标如下:
外观:浅色透明液体
粘度:15mpa.s(20℃)
比重:0.88g/ml
小试油剂共12公斤,在浙江某氨纶厂试验氨纶油剂试验,试验结果如下:

备注:表中竹本油剂是日本竹油脂公司的油剂
广州油剂是按本公司专利配方的油剂
MgSt是硬脂酸镁的含量
退绕系数小表示退绕张力小,容易退绕。
从以上试验(一) 常规检测可以看出,本技术配方油剂与日本进口油剂差不多,而从(二)退绕性试验可以看出,本专利配方油剂的退绕性优于日本竹本进口油剂,说明抗静电,抗粘连效果优于竹本氨纶油剂
本油剂在30-35℃范围内存放六个月,无腐败无微生物生长,说明油剂的抗菌性良好。

Claims (6)

1.一种含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其特征在于组分及其比例为:低粘度矿物油40~80份、低粘度二甲基矿油60~20份、双子硅季铵盐-80 2~5份、硅烷季铵盐1~3份、聚醚改性硅氧烷0.1~2份、硬脂酸镁0.1~2份、增溶剂3~5份;其中双子硅季铵盐-80的分子式为:
RCONH(CH2)3N+(CH3)2-CH2CH(OH)CH2O(CH2)3Si(CH3)2O[Si(CH3)2O]mSi(CH3)2[CH2]3O-CH2CH(OH)-CH2N(CH3)2NHCORX2
式中R为C8~C18的烷基,m为1~50的正整数, x-为卤素离子或Ac-某阴离子集团。
2.一种如权利要求1所述含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂的制备工艺,其特征在于步骤是:
先将矿物油,二甲基硅油混合均匀,然后依次加入双子季铵盐,搅拌均匀,再加入硅烷季铵盐,再加入聚醚改性硅氧烷和硬脂酸镁,搅拌加热至60℃,最后加入增溶剂搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃以下出料。
3.如权利要求1所述含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述双子硅季铵盐-80是用端含氢硅油为原料通过环氧化及烷基胺季铵化反应而得到,具有优良的抗静性,柔软性及光泽,是纤维类材料的优良整理剂。
4.如权利要求1所述含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述硅烷季铵盐具有广谱高效的抗菌,抑菌作用,它的分子上不但有长链烷基季铵基团,因而抗菌抑菌,而且有三个易水解的烷氧基,遇水及空气中的水就能水解成硅羟基,然后缩合生成耐水洗的抗菌膜,附着在氨纶纤维上。
5.如权利要求1所述含有机硅特种表面活性剂的多功能氨纶纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚改性硅氧烷具有亲水,抗静电,能显著降低氨纶油剂与氨纶纤维之间的表面张力,使油剂迅速扩散到氨纶纤维里,最有代表性的聚醚改性硅氧烷为聚醚改性三硅氧烷表面活性剂,是疏水表面优良湿润展布剂。
