背景技术
随着科技的发展及人们生活水平的提高,对纺织品的要求越来越高,通过后整理工艺,能够赋予面料以色彩效果、形态效果(光洁、绒面、真丝、挺括等)和实有效果(不透水、柔软、弹性、不毡缩、免烫、不蛀、耐燃等)的技术处理方式,面料后整理是通过化学或物理的方法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。
织物的后整理一般采用硅油乳液进行整理,如采用氨基硅油处理,虽然具有一定的蓬松度、柔软度,但其没有厚重感,缺少弹性,没有爽滑的手感,因而不能成为高档次的布料。尤其是,常用的氨基改性硅油具有很强的阳离子性,其乳化后的乳液不能与涂料、增白剂、残留的皂洗剂(如马丙类共聚物)等阴离子物质整理剂同浴使用,需要上述各种功能时只能单个处理,使得织物后整理工艺繁多,降低工作效率。
因此,有必要提供一种织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,采用该织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油处理后的产品,不仅具有优良的柔软度和弹性,且滑度好,滋润感强,丰满饱和,有真丝般的感觉,大大提高产品的档次,经济效益大增。尤其是其能与涂料、增白剂、皂洗剂等阴离子物质整理剂同浴使用,使得以往的多种功能整理助剂需分浴使用变成同浴使用,使面料的多功能整理变得轻松容易,减少能源的损耗,提高处理效率。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种后整理工艺,包含上述织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,能够与增白剂、皂洗剂等阴离子物质整理剂同浴使用制得多功能整理剂,使得以往的多功能整理分浴使用变成同浴使用,使面料的多功能整理变得轻松容易,减少能源的损耗,提高处理效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,按重量份数计,包括:2份~20份的乙氧基化硬脂酰胺、4份~30份的羟基硅油、2份~20份的氨基聚醚硅油、1份~15份的羧基改性硅油、1份~15份的聚氨酯改性硅油、5份~15份的醇醚羧酸盐、0.1份~5份的非离子乳化剂、1-10份的冰醋酸、0.1-5份的甘油、40-80份的水。
具体地,乙氧基化硬脂酰胺可以选为但不限于2份、4份、6份、8份、10份、13份、16份、18份、20份;羟基硅油可以选为但不限于4份、8份、12份、16份、20份、24份、28份、30份;氨基聚醚硅油可以选为但不限于2份、5份、10份、15份、20份;羧基改性硅油可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份、10份、13份、15份;聚氨酯改性硅油可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份、10份、13份、15份;醇醚羧酸盐可以选为但不限于5份、8份、10份、14份、15份;非离子乳化剂可以选为但不限于0.1份、0.2份、0.3份、0.5份、1份、3份、5份;冰醋酸可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份、10份;甘油可以选为但不限于0.1份、0.2份、0.3份、0.5份、1份、3份、5份;水可以选为但不限于40份、50份、60份、70份、80份。

较佳地,增白剂可采用但不限于增白剂TA(4,4′-双(4,6-二苯胺基三嗪基-2-胺基)二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠盐)。

其中,将氨基改性硅油(清远市宏图助剂有限公司、型号6142)和马来酸酐混合,氨基改性硅油和马来酸酐的质量比为1:1.5,搅拌速度为1200r/min,加热至80℃,反应2h,冷却至室温,得到淡黄色透明液体,制得羧基改性硅油。

从实施例1~4和对比例1~4的测试结果可知,实施例1~4的产品较对比例1-4的产品在滑度、柔软度、真丝感方面均有较大的提高。尤其是对比例3中的乳液浑浊无法使用,而本申请实施例1的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油能够与增白剂同浴使用,制得的多功能整理剂非常稳定,且不会因此而影响超爽滑丝感硅油的性能,因而可使得以往的多功能整理分浴使用变成同浴使用,使面料的多功能整理变得轻松容易,减少能源的损耗,提高处理效率。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:2份~20份的乙氧基化硬脂酰胺、4份~30份的羟基硅油、2份~20份的氨基聚醚硅油、1份~15份的羧基改性硅油、1份~15份的聚氨酯改性硅油、5份~15份的醇醚羧酸盐、0.1份~5份的非离子乳化剂、1-10份的冰醋酸、0.1-5份的甘油、40-80份的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:4份~10份的乙氧基化硬脂酰胺、4份~20份的羟基硅油、2份~10份的氨基聚醚硅油、2份~8份的羧基改性硅油、2份~8份的聚氨酯改性硅油、5份~10份的醇醚羧酸盐、0.1份~0.5份的非离子乳化剂、1-5份的冰醋酸、0.1-2份的甘油、45-70份的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,将氨基改性硅油和酸酐混合,加热至70-80℃,反应1-3h,制得所述羧基改性硅油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,所述酸酐选自马来酸酐或醋酸酐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,所述非离子乳化剂选自碳链非离子醚类乳化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油,其特征在于,所述碳链非离子醚类乳化剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十碳异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二碳异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和十三碳异构醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
7.一种后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)多功能整理剂的制备:将权利要求1-6任一项所述的织物后整理用超爽滑丝感硅油的pH调节至碱性,然后与增白剂同浴混合搅拌均匀制得多功能整理剂;
(2)将待处理的布料于步骤(1)的多功能整理剂中浸轧处理,然后于130-180℃的温度下烘干定型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述增白剂选自4,4′-双(4,6-二苯胺基三嗪基-2-胺基)二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸钠盐。
