Abstract
本发明公开了一种覆膜外包装盒及其制造方法,其技术方案要点是一种覆膜外包装盒,包括由覆膜瓦楞纸板制成的盒体,盒体外侧带有平行的第一拼接面和第二拼接面,第一拼接面带有凸起,第二拼接面带有凹槽,凸起的形状和凹槽的形状相匹配;制造方法:在纸板本体上用环保水性油墨印刷;配制覆膜胶;用覆膜胶将塑膜贴附在纸板本体上;在纸板本体上冲压得到带凸起、凹槽的预制板;将预制板剪裁成预制件;将预制件折叠黏连成盒;覆膜外包装盒相邻码放整齐后,一盒体的第一拼接面与另一盒体的第二拼接面抵接,并且该第一拼接面上的凸起嵌入该第二拼接面上的凹槽限位固定相邻盒体,避免运输过程中覆膜外包装盒发生滑动而影响其内的产品或设备的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,特别涉及一种覆膜外包装盒及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有生活中,包装盒的使用比较广泛,其主要用于包装各类产品或设备等,提高产品或设备在运输过程中的安全性,为避免包装盒内的产品或设备被水汽湿润或受潮,通常使用覆膜瓦楞纸板材料制作成的包装盒包装产品或设备。
常用的覆膜瓦楞纸板材料为多层结构,其为由下至上依次贴合的纸板本体、油墨渗入层、覆膜胶层和塑膜。最上层的塑膜通常作为包装盒的外表面,其主要用于阻挡外部的水汽,进而避免纸板本体吸水软化以及防止水汽透过纸板本体渗入盒体内使产品或设备受潮。
一般在运输时,通常会将装有产品或设备的包装盒整齐码放到运输车的车厢内,然而,包装盒的外表面即塑膜比较光滑,因此相邻两个包装盒的接触面容易在运输过程中产生相对滑移,若包装盒内的产品或设备重量较重时,其产生的惯性也相对较大,使装有产品或设备的包装盒在运输过程中容易产生移动,甚至发生碰撞,影响包装盒内的产品或设备的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种覆膜外包装盒,多个该覆膜外包装盒相邻码放整齐后,其相邻覆膜外包装盒之间可进行限位固定,避免运输过程中覆膜外包装盒发生滑动而影响其内的产品或设备的安全性。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种覆膜外包装盒,包括由覆膜瓦楞纸板制成且呈长方体状的盒体,所述盒体外侧至少有两个相平行的第一拼接面和第二拼接面,所述第一拼接面上带有若干凸起,所述第二拼接面上带有若干凹槽,所述凸起的形状和所述凹槽的形状相匹配,当一所述盒体的第一拼接面与另一所述盒体的第二拼接面抵接时,位于该第一拼接面上的凸起嵌入位于另一所述盒体的第二拼接面的凹槽中。
通过采用上述技术方案,两个覆膜外包装盒将其中一覆膜外包装盒的第一拼接面与另一覆膜外包装盒的第二拼接面相抵贴,使该第一拼接面带有的凸起插入另一覆膜外包装盒的第二拼接面带有的凹槽内,进而对该第一拼接面和该第二拼接面之间的相对位置得到限位固定,由此多个覆膜外包装盒按照上述方式整齐码放后,相邻的覆膜外包装盒相互限位固定,避免单个覆膜外包装盒发生滑移而使码放位置错乱,同时提高了覆膜外包装盒内产品或设备的安全性。
本发明的第二个目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,在对覆膜瓦楞纸板进行冲压成型加工时,不破坏纸板本体、塑膜、覆膜胶的结构。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
S1印刷:在纸板本体按图纸用环保水性油墨印刷出覆膜外包装盒上的图案,静置至油墨渗入纸板本体的表面并干燥,形成油墨渗入层;
S2覆膜胶配制:按质量份数将苯酚50份、尿素38-43份、氢氧化钠25-30份和水100-120份投入反应釜,加热70-80℃搅拌10-15min,再加入甲醛80-90份并保温反应至粘度10000-20000mPa·s,降温至20-30℃,再投入纳米二氧化硅40-50份、水性聚氨酯20-40份、DOPO15-20份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯15-20份,加热30-35℃搅拌10-15min,制得覆膜胶;
S3覆膜:在塑膜的一面上涂布S2制备的覆膜胶,并将塑膜涂有覆膜胶的一面朝向在纸板本体附有油墨渗入层的一面,用热压滚筒和热压胶辊将塑膜和纸板本体夹压贴合,得到覆膜瓦楞纸板;
S4冲压:使用冲压机对覆膜瓦楞纸板的表面冲压,冲压结束后在覆膜瓦楞纸板表面上形成若干凸起和若干凹槽,由此得到预制板;
S5裁剪:按照图纸将预制板剪裁成覆膜外包装盒折叠前的预制件;
S6成型:将预制件折叠后并使用黏合剂粘连,得到覆膜外包装盒的成品。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用改性的覆膜胶,其主体为苯酚、尿素、甲醛制成的尿素酚醛树脂粘合胶剂;添加水性聚氨酯,以覆膜胶的热塑性,使覆膜胶在加热状态下保持有可操作性和流动性,同时覆膜胶在S3中,被热压滚筒和热压胶辊加热,加快水性聚氨酯破乳,并在纸板本体表面的木纤维的羟基作用下,覆膜胶层贴合纸板本体的一侧快速形成一层柔性的保护膜,对油墨渗入层进行固定,减少热压过程中机械作用力以及温度对油墨渗入层的影响;DOPO利用其强活性的侧磷基团减少覆膜胶内的酚醛树脂在高温下变性和变色,同时延长覆膜胶固化时间;纳米二氧化硅、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯于覆膜胶在塑膜和纸板本体、油墨渗入层之间定形而成的覆膜胶层内形成的网状结构,该网状结构在覆膜胶层未完全固化前,纳米二氧化硅表面附有羟基之间通过氢键形成触变体,给予覆膜胶触变性;三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯渗入纳米二氧化硅颗粒的多孔结构内,其与纳米二氧化硅发生接枝作用,提高覆膜胶的韧性以及增加覆膜胶层完全固化抗压强度。印刷的油墨选用环保水性油墨,不含挥发性有毒有机溶剂,其渗入干燥后对覆膜胶粘合效果影响小,同时在印刷过程中对操作人员无不良影响,并且对环境和印刷品无影响。
由此得到的覆膜胶在其热压后仍存在触变体系,位于塑膜和纸板本体之间且由覆膜胶形成覆膜胶层,在S4冲压中冲压时,受到剪切力后,触变体中的氢键被破坏,导致覆膜胶的粘度和硬度降低,塑膜、覆膜胶层和纸板本体可同步随冲压发生变形,防止出现纸板本体表面、塑膜、覆膜胶层中一个或多个破裂的情况发生。
作为优选地,S2中,苯酚、尿素、氢氧化钠和水在反应釜内反应至粘度为10000-20000mPa·s并降温至22-26℃后,用十二烷基苯磺酸调节pH值至6.7-7.2,再投入其他原料。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用十二烷基苯磺酸调节pH值至6.7-7.2,减少DOPO发生碱性水解开环,破坏其环状O=P-O键,保证侧磷基团的稳定,同时调节pH过程中十二烷基苯磺酸与残留的部分氢氧化钠反应得到十二烷基苯磺酸钠,可使得DOPO乳化分散在得到的覆膜胶中,以及减少水性聚氨酯在加热过程中破乳。
作为优选地,S2中,覆膜胶的原料还包括:10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶溶液20份。
通过采用上述技术方案,瓜尔豆胶由于其亲水性,部分瓜尔豆胶会随覆膜胶内水渗透入纸板本体表面,进而形成一个粘性的密封层;当覆膜瓦楞纸板受到长期加热后,瓜尔豆胶粘性下降,使得密封层背向纸板本体一侧的粘合软化,同时一部分三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯和DOPO在长期高温环境分解产生小分子气体,小分子含气体在密封层背向纸板本体的一面上形成气体薄膜隔热层,减少热量传导,由此减少高温对印刷层油墨的影响,并且提高覆膜瓦楞纸板的隔热性能。
作为优选地,S2中,覆膜胶的各原料质量分数配比为:苯酚50份、尿素40份、氢氧化钠32份、水105份、甲醛88份、纳米二氧化硅45份、抗UV剂18份、水性聚氨酯35份、DOPO17份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯18份,10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶水溶液20份。
作为优选地,S3覆膜中具热压滚筒和热压胶辊的热压温度为30-35℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,保证塑膜与纸板本体之间的固定的情况下,较好的保留覆膜胶层的触变性。
作为优选地,S4冲压和S5裁剪之间还包括加热固化:将预制板放入烘箱内5-10min,烘箱温度控制在90-95℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,加热烘干使覆膜胶完全固化,避免S5中剪裁时,剪裁处的塑膜未完全固定而翘起。
作为优选地,S4冲压中,冲压机的冲压为热冲压,温度控制在110-120℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于冲压后,位于凸起上或凹槽中的覆膜胶的厚度以及分布情况变化,使得其完全固化时间要长于纸板本体平面上覆膜胶的固化时间,热冲压在冲压出凸起和凹槽时,对凸起上或凹槽中的覆膜胶层进行加热,促使凸起和凹槽部位的覆膜胶先于纸板本体平面上的覆膜胶固化,在预制板在烘箱固化后,避免出现凸起上或凹槽内的覆膜胶未完全固化的情况。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.多个该覆膜外包装盒相邻码放整齐后,其相邻覆膜外包装盒通过凸起和凹槽之间的插接配合,进而进行限位固定,避免运输过程中覆膜外包装盒发生滑动而影响其内的产品或设备的安全性;
2.使用的覆膜胶而形成的覆膜胶层在到剪切力后,其粘度和硬度降低,使得塑膜、覆膜胶层和纸板本体可随冲压同步变形,避免在冲压凸起或凹槽时,纸板本体、塑膜、覆膜胶层中一者或多者破裂;
3.覆膜胶原料包括瓜尔豆胶,瓜尔豆胶由于其亲水性,其会随覆膜胶内水渗透而附在纸板本体表面,形成一个粘性的密封层,当覆膜瓦楞纸板受到长期加热后,瓜尔豆胶粘性下降,使得密封层背向纸板本体一侧的粘合软化,同时一部分三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯和DOPO在长期高温环境分解产生小分子气体,小分子含气体在密封层背向纸板本体的一面上形成气体薄膜隔热层,减少热量传导,由此减少高温对印刷层油墨的影响,并且提高覆膜瓦楞纸板的隔热性能;
4.S4冲压中,冲压机的冲压为热冲压,在冲压出凸起和凹槽时,对凸起上或凹槽中的覆膜胶层进行加热,促使凸起和凹槽部位的覆膜胶先于纸板本体平面上的覆膜胶固化,在预制板在烘箱固化后,避免出现凸起上或凹槽内的覆膜胶未完全固化的情况;
5.印刷的油墨选用环保水性油墨,不含挥发性有毒有机溶剂,其渗入干燥后对覆膜胶粘合效果影响小,同时在印刷过程中对操作人员无不良影响,并且对环境和印刷品无影响。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1,
如附图1和附图2所示,一种覆膜外包装盒,其包括由覆膜瓦楞纸板2加工成的盒体1,盒体1呈长方体状,盒体1的外表面为六个矩形面,六个矩形面包括有第一拼接面11和第二拼接面12。第一拼接面11和第二拼接面12成对设置且其相互平行,第一拼接面11和第二拼接面12的数量根据实际情况而定,可为一对、两对或三对。
同时第一拼接面11上带有若干凸起111,凸起111的数量、分布位置、形状可根据需求而定,此处凸起111数量为四个,呈圆台形,对应分布在第一拼接面11的四个角的方向。第二拼接面12上带有若干凹槽121,凹槽121数量、在第二拼接面12的相对分布位置和与其对应的第一拼接面11上的凸起111数量相同、相对分布位置相同。相对应的第一拼接面11的凸起111形状与第二拼接面12的凹槽121形状相配合,当两个相同的覆膜外包装盒码放时,其中一覆膜外包装盒的第一拼接面11与另一覆膜外包装盒的第二拼接面12贴合,并且该第一拼接面11的凸起111与该第二拼接面12的凹槽121一一对照插接。
如附图3所述,覆膜瓦楞纸板2自上而下依次分为塑膜21、覆膜胶层22、油墨渗入层23、纸板本体24。
实施例2A,
一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
S1印刷:在纸板本体24表面按图纸用环保水性油墨印刷出覆膜外包装盒上的图案,静置至油墨渗入纸板本体24的表面并干燥后,形成油墨渗入层23;
S2覆膜胶配制:按质量份数将苯酚50份、尿素40份、氢氧化钠25份和水100份投入反应釜,加热70℃搅拌10min,再加入甲醛80份并保温反应至粘度10000-20000mPa·s,降温至25℃,再投入纳米二氧化硅40份、水性聚氨酯20份、DOPO 15份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯15份,加热34℃搅拌12min,制得覆膜胶;
S3覆膜:
S3.1涂抹覆膜胶:用涂布机将覆膜胶涂抹至塑膜21的一面;
S3.2热压附:将塑膜21涂有覆膜胶的一面朝向纸板本体24,通过热压滚筒和热压胶辊将塑膜21和纸板本体24夹压贴合,热压滚筒和热压胶辊的热压温度为30℃;
S4冲压:使用冲压机对覆膜瓦楞纸板2的表面冲压,冲压结束后在覆膜瓦楞纸板2表面上形成油若干凸起111和若干凹槽121,由此得到预制板;
S5加热固化:将预制板放入烘箱内5min,烘箱温度控制在95℃;
S6裁剪:按照图纸将预制板剪切成覆膜外包装盒折叠前的预制件;
S6成型:将预制件折叠后并使用黏合剂黏连,得到覆膜外包装盒的成品。
覆膜胶原料中,DOPO的中文名称为9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,来源于寿光卫东化工有限公司外售商品;三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯来源于福建创鑫科技开发有限公司外售商品;纳米二氧化硅选用德固赛气相二氧化硅。
印刷的油墨选用中益WG-PU水性PU丝印油墨,中山市中益油墨涂料有限公司,其不含挥发性有毒有机溶剂,在印刷过程中对操作人员无不良影响,并且对环境和印刷品无影响。
对比例2B,
其与实施例2A步骤相似,其区别之处在于S2覆膜胶配制中,覆膜胶原料中纳米二氧化硅的质量份数为0份。
对比例2C,
其与实施例2A步骤相似,其区别之处在于S2覆膜胶配制中,覆膜胶原料中水性聚氨酯的质量份数为0份。
对比例2D,
其与实施例2A步骤相似,其区别之处在于S2覆膜胶配制中,覆膜胶原料中DOPO的质量份数为0份。
对比例2E,
其与实施例2A步骤相似,其区别之处在于S2覆膜胶配制中,覆膜胶原料中三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯的质量份数为0份。
检查实施例2A和对比例2B-2E经S5加热固化后的预制板在凹槽121和凸起111处的塑膜21、覆膜胶层22、纸板本体24情况如下表:
由上表中实施例2A与对比例2B-2E中可知,改性后的覆膜胶在热压后仍具有触变性和韧性,冲压时覆膜胶受到剪切力后,粘度和硬度降低,塑膜21、覆膜胶层22和纸板本体24可同步向下变形,防止出现纸板本体24表面、塑膜21、覆膜胶层22中一个或多个破裂的情况。
实施例3,
其与实施例2A区别之处在于,S4冲压中冲压为热冲压,温度控制在115℃。
检查经S5加热固化后的预制板在凹槽121和凸起111处塑膜21和纸板本体24情况:塑膜21完整,覆膜胶层23、纸板本体24无裂痕;凸起111,表面和凹槽121底部的塑膜21贴实,覆膜胶完全固化。
实施例3和实施例2A的结果对比中可知,冲压会使位于凸起111上或凹槽121中的覆膜胶的厚度以及分布情况变化,使得其完全固化时间要长于纸板本体24平面上覆膜胶的固化时间,热冲压在冲压出凸起111和凹槽121时,对凸起111上或凹槽121中的覆膜胶层22进行加热,促使凸起111和凹槽121部位的覆膜胶先于纸板本体24平面上的覆膜胶固化,在预制板在烘箱固化后,避免出现凸起111上或凹槽121内的覆膜胶未完全固化的情况。
实施例4,
其与实施例2A步骤相似,S2中覆膜胶的原料还包括:10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶溶液20份,10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶溶液20份和纳米二氧化硅40份、抗UV剂15份、水性聚氨酯20份、DOPO 15份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯15份一同加入反应釜内。
将实施例4和实施例2A制得的覆膜外包装盒进行隔热性能实验。
隔热性能实验:从覆膜外包装盒相同位置上裁取相同面积的覆膜瓦楞纸板2且其上带有凸起111或凹槽121;将覆膜瓦楞纸板2夹在测板之间,覆有塑膜21一侧相贴的测板为加热板,未覆有塑膜21一侧相贴的测板为感温板,加热板内流动有热介质保持在80℃,感温板内带有热电偶,可检测覆膜瓦楞纸板2未覆有塑膜21一侧的温度,测试其夹持后10min内未覆有塑膜21一侧的温度来比较覆膜瓦楞纸板2的隔热性能,结果如下表:
由上表可知,实施例4添加瓜尔豆胶后制得的覆膜胶,在其形成覆膜胶层22并完全固化后,其隔热效果优于实施例2A所得到的覆膜胶,可减少高温对印刷层油墨的影响,并且提高覆膜瓦楞纸板2的隔热性能。
实施例5,
其在实施例2A的基础上,以S3.2中的热压温度为变量对覆膜胶层22在冲压上触变和变形的性能的影响,其结果由纸板本体24表面、塑膜21、覆膜胶层22中是否破裂以及塑膜21是否粘合牢固表示,其中塑膜21未粘合牢固记为2,未出现破裂情况记为1,出破裂情况记为0。结果如下表,

由上表可知,S3.2中压滚筒和热压胶辊的热压温度为30-35℃。
实施例6,
其在实施例3的基础上,改变覆膜胶原料的质量配比,进行多组实验,结果由是否能够获得产品的纸板本体24表面、塑膜21、覆膜胶层22未破裂表示,获得产品合格记为1,获得产品不合格记为0。并且以市售的覆膜瓦楞纸板2由S4冲压开始进行生产作为对比例。结果如下表,
由上表可至,覆膜胶原料的质量份数配比:苯酚50份、尿素38-43份、氢氧化钠25-30份、水100-120、甲醛80-90份、纳米二氧化硅40-50份、水性聚氨酯20-40份、DOPO 15-20份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯15-20份时,获得的覆膜胶可使覆膜瓦楞纸板2在冲压加工时不破坏纸板主体24、塑膜21以及覆膜胶层22的结构。

1.一种覆膜外包装盒,其特征在于,包括由覆膜瓦楞纸板(2)制成且呈长方体状的盒体(1),所述盒体(1)外侧至少有两个相平行的第一拼接面(11)和第二拼接面(12),所述第一拼接面(11)上带有若干凸起(111),所述第二拼接面(12)上带有若干凹槽(121),所述凸起(111)的形状和所述凹槽(121)的形状相匹配,当一所述盒体(1)的第一拼接面(11)与另一所述盒体(1)的第二拼接面(12)抵接时,位于该第一拼接面(11)上的凸起(111)嵌入位于另一所述盒体(1)的第二拼接面(12)的凹槽(121)中。
2.一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
S1印刷:在纸板本体(24)按图纸用环保水性油墨印刷出覆膜外包装盒上的图案,静置至油墨渗入纸板本体(24)的表面并干燥,形成油墨渗入层(23);
S2覆膜胶配制:按质量份数将苯酚50份、尿素38-43份、氢氧化钠25-30份和水100-120份投入反应釜,加热70-80℃搅拌10-15min,再加入甲醛80-90份并保温反应至粘度10000-20000mPa·s,降温至20-30℃,再投入纳米二氧化硅40-50份、水性聚氨酯20-40份、DOPO15-20份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯15-20份,加热30-35℃搅拌10-15min,制得覆膜胶;
S3覆膜:在塑膜(21)的一面上涂布S2制备的覆膜胶,并将塑膜(21)涂有覆膜胶的一面朝向在纸板本体(24)附有油墨渗入层(23)的一面,用热压滚筒和热压胶辊将塑膜(21)和纸板本体(24)夹压贴合,得到覆膜瓦楞纸板(2);
S4冲压:使用冲压机对覆膜瓦楞纸板(2)的表面冲压,冲压结束后在覆膜瓦楞纸板(2)表面上形成若干凸起(111)和若干凹槽(121),由此得到预制板;
S5裁剪:按照图纸将预制板剪裁成覆膜外包装盒折叠前的预制件;
S6成型:将预制件折叠后并使用黏合剂粘连,得到覆膜外包装盒的成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S2中,苯酚、尿素、氢氧化钠和水在反应釜内反应至粘度为10000-20000mPa·s并降温至22-26℃后,用十二烷基苯磺酸调节pH值至6.7-7.2,再投入其他原料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S2中,覆膜胶的原料还包括:10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶溶液20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S2中,覆膜胶的各原料质量分数配比为:苯酚50份、尿素40份、氢氧化钠32份、水105份、甲醛88份、纳米二氧化硅45份、抗UV剂18份、水性聚氨酯35份、DOPO 17份、三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯18份,10%质量分数的瓜尔豆胶水溶液20份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S3覆膜具体步骤如下:
S3.1涂抹覆膜胶:用涂布机将覆膜胶涂抹至塑膜(21)的一面;
S3.2热覆压:将塑膜(21)涂有覆膜胶的一面朝向纸板本体(24),用热压滚筒和热压胶辊将塑膜(21)与纸板本体(24)夹压贴合,热压滚筒和热压胶辊的热压温度为30-35℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S4冲压和S5裁剪之间还包括加热固化:将预制板放入烘箱内5-10min,烘箱温度控制在90-95℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种覆膜外包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于,S4冲压中,冲压机的冲压为热冲压,温度控制在110-120℃。
