Description
本发明涉及一种具有隔绝性能的地板的制造方法。
特别是在层压地板领域中,已知的是,将隔音层,如一片毛毡或泡沫。放置在地板与地面之间,以减少地板移动的噪音。在某些情况下,在将地板放置在地面上之前,该隔音层已被胶合至板的背面。
本发明旨在提供一种以高效方式制造具有隔绝性能的地板的方法。
为了达到这个目的,根据本发明的方法包括以下步骤:提供一板,该板具有一上面和一背面;向该板的背面涂敷一可固化物质;固化该物质以形成具有隔绝性能的一层。
隔绝性能主要涉及隔音,但是也可以包括隔热。根据本发明的方法的优点在于:可以在板上涂敷一隔绝层,无需向板上胶合或层压一单独的层。可以采用单个步骤来涂敷可固化物质。在实践中,可固化物质的选择应使其可粘附于板。地板可为一层压板,但是其它替代性板也是可想到的,诸如木材、wPC、聚合物复合材料、工程聚合物或者乙烯基板。地板可为刚性、半刚性或者可弯曲的。层可被涂敷为使得一连续层产生。
应注意,JP 2003-300221涉及一种缓冲材料的制造方法。该缓冲材料通过发泡来形成且按规定尺寸切割。然后,该缓冲材料经由粘合剂、热熔化或其他方式层压至一硬板。然而,根据本发明,可固化物质在涂敷至板的背面之后被固化。
隔绝性能可使地板的隔音高于10dB。
形成的层可具有至少0.25mm的厚度。形成的层的厚度可以在可压缩性与隔音性能之间折中确定。增加隔绝层的厚度可提供更强的隔音,但是当在地板上行走时,提供了较低的稳固感。可压缩性不仅在隔音方面具有优越性,而且在放置板的地面的不均匀性补偿方面具有优点。一般来说,板的厚度将大于形成的层的厚度。
可固化物质可为非气态流体,例如液体或糊状物。这意味着该物质可流动且可包括气态组分,但不完全是气态的。优选地,该可固化物质是一种用于形成泡沫层的合成物,因为可以向板上涂敷体积相对较小的物质,而在固化过程中会产生相对较高的可压缩体积。涂敷相对较小体积的可固化物质提供了加速制造过程的机会。
在一优选实施例中,可固化物质涂敷于整个背面。这与现有技术的方法相比是优越的,在现有技术的方法中,一隔离层,例如通过胶固定至板,该隔离层被以几乎与板背面相同的尺寸切割。然而,因为板和隔离层必须在高速生产工艺中彼此叠放,在实践中,似乎它们由于生产公差而并不能精确地彼此匹配。此外,与必须以不同尺寸切割的隔离层的情况相比,如果针对具有不同尺寸的板改变制造工艺,根据本发明的方法可更容易适应。换句话说,根据本发明的方法便于将物质涂敷到整个背面。
可固化物质可在固化步骤期间被加热。例如,如果为可发泡物质,发泡工艺可由加热来启动,且一层泡沫将出现在背面上。
在将可固化物质涂敷到板的背面后,可通过一按压构件按压该物质来控制可固化物质的厚度。特别地,如果为可发泡物质,按压构件可被冷却以控制发泡反应。
优选地,以连续工艺来执行制造步骤,因为这最大化了制造速度。
可在涂敷可固化物质之前预处理板的背面,以增强板与可固化物质之间的粘附。例如,预处理可包括电晕处理或向背面涂敷底漆。
板可在涂敷可固化物质之前或在固化可固化物质之后配设连接件,以形成地板。在此情况下,在配设连接件之前,或者在涂敷可固化物质或配设连接件之前,板分别被从较大的板或片材中切出来。连接件用于将相邻板连接在一起,其设置在板的两个相反的面上,且优选在板的所有面上。例如,连接件由碾磨板的面形成的舌部和凹槽构成。在这些情况下,优选地,隔绝层覆盖板的整个背面,这意味着,在两个相邻地板相连接时,两板的隔绝层彼此相邻且优选形成大体上连续的层。在实践中,板的整个背面即为不带有诸如连接件的任何已加工部件的平坦背面。
或者,在固化物质之后,板被切成至少两个中间地板,在这之后,该至少两个中间地板中的至少一个上设置连接件以形成地板。在这种情况下,可固化物质涂敷于相对较大的板或片材上,板或片材随后被切成片,这些片被加工以形成可彼此连接的地板。在这种情况下,隔绝层自动地覆盖地板的整个背面,以使得在两个相邻地板连接时,两者的隔绝层彼此相邻且形成大体上连续的层。
本发明还涉及一种地板,该地板具有一上面和一背面,其中整个背面上设置有一隔绝层。与现有技术的方法相反,该板可通过应用根据本发明的制造方法来获得。根据本发明的地板的优点在于:当板放置在地面上时,板的整个背面被支撑。
本发明还涉及一种地板,该地板具有一上面和一背面,其中一隔绝层抵靠背面发泡。这意味着,隔绝层在未使用隔离胶层的情况下粘附于板。
下文将参照一非常示意性的图来解释本发明,图以举例方式展示了本发明的一实施例。
图1是根据本发明的板的制造方法的一实施例的说明性视图。
本发明涉及一种具有隔绝性能的地板的制造方法。通过如图1中所示的制造工艺来示意性地说明该方法的一实施例。该方法以连续的工艺执行,且从图中右侧的提供一板1开始。板1可为层压地板,其包括诸如HDF、MDF或WPC的木材或木基材料的一芯层,但是复合材料聚合物或工程聚合物也是可想到的。板1具有一上面2和一背面3。在其上面2,板1上覆盖有浸渍的装饰性纸和耐磨覆层。在背面3,板1上设置有一平衡层以弥补地板中的内部机械应力。应注意,在一替代性实施例中,板可通过直接印刷而带有装饰性图案,其上可能由耐磨涂层覆盖,而不是一层压板。
如图1所示的实施例,板1的背面3可以朝上。可固化物质5在涂刷站4被涂敷于板1的背面3。这通过辊涂机6来执行,辊涂机6是转动的,而板1沿着辊涂机6移动。可固化物质5涂敷于板1的整个背面3。这意味着,在没有可能的连接件的轮廓例如舌部的下面的情况下,背面3的平坦部分由可固化物质5覆盖。
在本实施例中,可固化物质5是一种化学成分,其在固化步骤之后形成一泡沫层7。如图1所示的,物质5由加热器8加热,因此,物质5的厚度由于已启动的发泡反应而增加。为了控制发泡反应和避免厚度的过度增加,在固化步骤期间,冷却压辊或砑光机转筒9接触物质5。在固化步骤——本实施例中包括加热和冷却物质——之后,板1在其背面3上具有泡沫层7。
在实践中,物质5的选择使得板1上形成0.5-6mm的泡沫层7,其为板1提供的声隔绝性能使得:根据ISO 717-2和ISO 140-8,其减弱声音超过10dB。此外,在实践中,可固化物质5粘附于板1的背面3。
从前述内容看,显然的是,本发明提供了相对简单的一种具有声隔绝性能的地板的制造方法。
本发明并不局限于附图所示和以上所描述的实施例,在权利要求和技术同等物的范畴内,其可以不同方式变化。例如,可固化物质可具有替代性性能,以形成可压缩的隔音层。此外,固化的替代性步骤可为仅仅在环境温度下干燥,而没有将板的背面展示于高温。
Claims (16)
1.一种具有隔绝性能的地板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:提供一板(1),所述板(1)具有一上面(2)和一背面(3);向所述板(1)的背面(3)涂敷一可固化物质(5);固化物质(5)以形成具有隔绝性能的一层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,隔绝性能使得根据ISO 717-2和ISO140-8地板的隔音高于10dB。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,形成的层(7)具有至少0.25mm的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述层(7)是可压缩的。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,可固化物质(5)是非气态流体。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,可固化物质(5)是一种用于形成一泡沫层(7)的合成物。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,可固化物质(5)涂敷于整个背面(3)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,可固化物质(5)在固化步骤中被加热。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,在将可固化物质(5)涂敷到板(1)的背面(3)之后,通过一按压构件(9)按压物质(5)来控制可固化物质(5)的厚度。
10.根据权利要求6和9所述的方法,其中,按压构件(9)被冷却以控制发泡反应。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,制造步骤是以连续工艺执行的。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,可固化物质(5)是通过一辊涂机(6)、一排喷雾嘴等来涂敷的。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,板(1)在涂敷可固化物质(5)之前或在固化可固化物质(5)之后设置连接件,以形成地板,或者,在固化可固化物质(5)之后,板(1)被切成至少两个中间地板,在这之后,所述至少两个中间地板中的至少一个上设置连接件,以形成地板。
