Abstract
本发明提供了一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液及其制备方法,所述蓝宝石切削液包括如下重量百分比的组分:润滑剂8%~25%;防锈剂2%~10%;极压剂2%~7%;沉降剂0.25%~2%;杀菌剂0.5%~3%;润湿剂0.2%~0.8%;助溶剂3%~5%;pH值稳定剂4%~15%;消泡剂0.2%~0.8%;余量为水。本发明所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,采用合理的添加剂复配,润滑和润湿渗透性能都较一般水基蓝宝石切削液好,能到达油基蓝宝石切削液水平,同时避免了油基产品的粉末沉降差、油雾大、遇明火有安全隐患、后处理困难等弊端。

技术领域
本发明属于蓝宝石晶体切削及切削液技术领域,具体涉及一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
蓝宝石晶体作为一种重要的技术晶体,被广泛地应用于激光、集成电路、精密仪表、机械自动化、军工及航空航天等高科技领域。为满足这些高精度行业需求,快速高效地加工出高质量的蓝宝石器件便变得越来越重要。但由于蓝宝石本身硬度大、强度高,加工过程中刀具容易磨损,导致加工效率降低甚至产生产品崩边,故蓝宝石加工对加工液的要求较一般玻璃切削液高。
传统蓝宝石切削,特别是切削深度大(3~5cm)的蓝宝石晶柱的切削,多采用矿物油基切削液作冷却润滑,因其有良好的润滑和润湿渗透特性。但油基产品作为切削液存在一些缺陷:一是现场油雾大,有一定刺鼻气味,长期接触对工人健康有一定危害;二是油类产品遇明火存在一定安全隐患;三是油槽废液排放处理困难,油泥中硫化物多,影响环境。且油基产品由于粘度等原因,对加工过程产生的切削粉末的沉降性也稍差。因此,性能优异的水基蓝宝石切削液越来越受市场青睐。
目前,市场上优质的水基蓝宝石切削液并不多,且大多存在润滑不足,润湿渗透一般等现象,难以到达油类产品的切削效果。
专利CN201510217768中提到一种水基蓝宝石切削液,所述切削液由分散剂10~20%、润湿剂3~8%、极压剂6~12%、有机酸2~6%、有机碱6~10%、螯合剂0.02~2.0%、消泡剂0.01~1.0%、防锈剂0.01~1.0%、杀菌剂0.01~1.0%和余量为水组成。其中极压剂包含三乙醇胺硼酸酯和聚醚型非离子表面活性剂,两者的极压效果都一般,难以到达油类产品效果;且不含沉降剂,切削粉末难以沉降。
专利CN201610264586中提到一种光学蓝宝石水性磨削液,其特征在于包含三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.8~3.1%、聚乙二醇2.7~5.2%、甘油13~22%、山梨醇13~23%、润滑抗磨增强剂0.8~2.2%、沉降剂0.2~1.2%、杀菌剂0.2~0.6%和余量水。其中不含润湿剂,在进行大切削深度的切削时,可能存在润湿渗透不足的干切磨损现象。
为此,研发一种沉降突出、润湿渗透良好、润滑性能优异的水基蓝宝石磨削液很有必要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,本发明经过添加剂筛选、配方优化等,得到一种粉末沉降突出、蓝宝石润湿良好、润滑优异的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。本发明的切削液pH值适中,防锈性能良好,起泡少,加工后废液处理方便,对环境友好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
进一步的,所述润滑剂为反式聚醚、水溶性聚酯、多元醇醚、聚乙二醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、改性聚烷撑乙二醇、丙二醇、聚丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为植酸、癸二酸、十一碳二元酸、十二碳二元酸、有机三元聚羧酸、苯并三氮唑、苯丙三氮唑钠盐、硼酸酯化合物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述极压剂为复合型极压剂,所述复合型极压剂为磷酸酯与二烷基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫脲、水溶性DPZ(烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸锌)、水溶性有机钼中的一种或两种以上的混合物复配而成。
进一步的,所述沉降剂为改性阳离子聚醚与季铵盐阳离子沉降剂复配而成,所述季铵盐阳离子沉降剂为水溶性聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、聚氧乙烯十二烷基二甲基溴化铵中的一种或两种以上的的混合物。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂为吗啉类、异噻唑啉酮类、吡啶类、三嗪类、噁唑啉类、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为仲醇乙氧基化丁氧基化物、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅氧烷聚醚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为正庚酸、正辛酸、异辛酸、异壬酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、对氨基苯甲酸中的一种或两种以上混合物。
进一步的,所述pH值稳定剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、正丙醇胺、异丙醇胺、乙二胺、己内酰胺中一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取润滑剂、防锈剂、极压剂、沉降剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、助溶剂、pH值稳定剂、消泡剂和水;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的水放入搅拌反应釜中,之后向其中加入pH值稳定剂,搅拌至混合均匀,再加入防锈剂,水浴加热至60℃并不断搅拌至釜内溶液透明均一后停止加热;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的溶液中依次加入润滑剂、极压剂、沉降剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、助溶剂、消泡剂,每加一种组分需搅拌至混合均匀后再加入下一种试剂,所有组分加入完成后再搅拌10~30分钟至混合均匀后即得全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。
上述全合成水基蓝宝石切削液的使用时用自来水或去离子水稀释为质量浓度为3%~20%后使用。
相对于现有油基和水基蓝宝石切削液,本发明所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液具有以下优势:
(1)相对于传统蓝宝石切削油,本发明所述全合成水基蓝宝石切削液所用极压剂采用磷酸酯与水溶性DPZ、水溶性有机钼等复配,润滑极压性可达到油基产品效果;同时避免了油基产品的油雾大,遇明火有安全隐患,后处理困难等弊端;
(2)相对于一般水基蓝宝石切削液,本发明蓝宝石切削液除润滑极压性稳步提升,硅氧烷聚醚等低泡超级润湿剂的加入,也有效改善了切削液在蓝宝石上的润湿渗透性,克服了一般水基蓝宝石切削液在进行深度大的切削时,润湿渗透不足造成的刀具干切磨损。
(3)本发明所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液中的沉降剂为改性阳离子聚醚与季铵盐阳离子沉降剂复配,对蓝宝石粉末沉降效果较蓝宝石切削油和一般水基蓝宝石切削液更佳。

下面结合实施例及附图来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取10%的反式聚醚、6%的聚乙二醇600、5%的有机三元聚羧酸、5%的硼酸酯、1%的磷酸酯、2%的水溶性DPZ、0.25%的改性阳离子聚醚、0.25%的聚氧乙烯十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、0.5%的烷基异噻唑啉酮、1.5%的羟乙基六氢均三嗪、0.5%的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂、4%的异壬酸、3%的二甘醇胺、7%的三乙醇胺、0.5%的有机硅消泡剂和53.5%的水;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的53.5%的水放入搅拌反应釜中,之后向其中加入3%的二甘醇胺和7%的三乙醇胺,搅拌至混合均匀,再加入5%的有机三元聚羧酸、5%的硼酸酯,水浴加热至60℃并不断搅拌至釜内溶液透明均一后停止加热;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的溶液中依次加入10%的反式聚醚、6%的聚乙二醇600、1%的磷酸酯、2%的水溶性DPZ、0.25%的改性阳离子聚醚、0.25%的聚氧乙烯十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、0.5%的烷基异噻唑啉酮、1.5%的羟乙基六氢均三嗪、0.5%的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂、4%的异壬酸、0.5%的有机硅消泡剂。每加一种试剂需搅拌至混合均匀后再加入下一种试剂;所有试剂加入完后再搅拌30分钟至混合均匀后即得全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。
实施例2
一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取12%的改性聚烷撑乙二醇、6%的聚乙二醇600、2%的癸二酸、8%的硼酸酯、2%的磷酸酯、2%的水溶性有机钼、0.5%的改性阳离子聚醚、0.5%的聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、1%的羟乙基六氢均三嗪、1%的碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、0.8%的硅氧烷聚醚表面活性剂、3%的异壬酸、4%的乙醇胺和6%的三乙醇胺、0.3%的有机硅消泡剂和50.9%水;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的50.9%的水放入搅拌反应釜中,之后向其中加入4%的乙醇胺和6%的三乙醇胺,搅拌至混合均匀,再加入2%的癸二酸和8%的硼酸酯,水浴加热至60℃并不断搅拌至釜内溶液透明均一后停止加热;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的溶液中依次加入12%的改性聚烷撑乙二醇、6%的聚乙二醇600、2%的磷酸酯、2%的水溶性有机钼、0.5%的改性阳离子聚醚、0.5%的聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、1%的羟乙基六氢均三嗪、1%的碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、0.8%的硅氧烷聚醚表面活性剂、3%的异壬酸、0.3%的有机硅消泡剂。每加一种试剂需搅拌至混合均匀后再加入下一种试剂;所有试剂加入完后再搅拌30分钟至混合均匀后即得全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。
实施例3
一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取12%的改性聚烷撑乙二醇、6%的丙三醇、3%的有机三元聚羧酸、5%的硼酸酯、1%磷酸酯、3%的水溶性有机钼、0.5%的改性阳离子聚醚、1%的聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、2.5%的烷基异噻唑啉酮、0.5%的碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、0.6%的硅氧烷聚醚表面活性剂、5%的正辛酸、3%的二乙醇胺、8%的三乙醇胺、0.6%的有机硅消泡剂和48.3%的水;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的48.3%的水放入搅拌反应釜中,之后向其中加入3%的二乙醇胺、8%的三乙醇胺,搅拌至混合均匀,再加入3%的有机三元聚羧酸和5%的硼酸酯,水浴加热至60℃并不断搅拌至釜内溶液透明均一后停止加热;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的溶液中依次加入12%的改性聚烷撑乙二醇、6%的丙三醇、1%磷酸酯、3%的水溶性有机钼、0.5%的改性阳离子聚醚、1%的聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、2.5%的烷基异噻唑啉酮、0.5%的碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、0.6%的硅氧烷聚醚表面活性剂、5%的正辛酸、0.6%的有机硅消泡剂。每加一种试剂需搅拌至混合均匀后再加入下一种试剂;所有试剂加入完后再搅拌30分钟至混合均匀后即得全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。
实施例1-3所得的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液均为棕黄色透明均一液体,存储稳定,无相变和分层现象;pH值适中,在8.5~9.5之间;防锈良好,铸铁屑防锈(标准IP287/94)均为0级无锈;表面张力均低于25mN/m(标准GB/T 6144-2010);消泡远优于2ml/10min(标准GB/T 6144-2010),为0ml/10min。
将实施例1得到的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液用去离子水稀释得到质量浓度为5%的实验液;将市售的型号为MQ3101的商用蓝宝石切削油作为油基对照液;将市售的型号为SUGICUT CS-55SP的商用蓝宝石切削液用去离子水稀释得到质量浓度为5%的水基对照液。将上述3种溶液进行下列实验:
粉末沉降试验:
(1)将工厂取回的蓝宝石沉积微粉用石油醚洗净烘干,各称取2g烘干后的蓝宝石微粉加入至3个100ml具塞量筒中;
(2)向量筒中分别加入实验液、油基对照液、水基对照液、至液面到达100ml刻度线,盖上塞子;
(3)上下同时均匀摇晃量筒30s,使液体与粉末混合,轻轻放置在桌面,观察各量筒蓝宝石微粉沉降情况;
(4)以静置5分钟时沉降体积(上清液体积)大于20ml记录为好,小于20ml记录为一般。
粉末沉降情况如图1-3所示,实验液和水基对照液分别沉降38ml、25ml,沉降较好,其中实验液更佳;油基对照液沉降6ml,沉降性能稍差。
润湿渗透试验
(1)用微量移液枪各移取50ul实验液、油基对照液、水基对照液,从相同高度、相同速度滴在直径35mm的蓝宝石圆柱片中央;
(2)静置30s,观察液滴铺展面积,并计算模拟圆面积作为润湿面积,
面积越大,代表润湿渗透性能越好。
润湿铺展情况如图4-6所示,其中实验液铺展面积637.6mm2,油基
对照液铺展面积397.4mm2,水基对照液铺展面积213.7mm2。这表明在
蓝宝石基底上,实验液润湿渗透性能最好,甚至优于油基对照液。
蓝宝石切削润滑试验
(1)切削设备:哈斯mini mill立式加工中心;
(2)实验条件:蓝宝石件为胶粘固定的直径4.5cm蓝宝石半圆柱;切削刀具为金刚石微粉斜齿刀片:直径100mm,刀厚0.35mm,金刚石粉目数120目;刀具转速5000r/min,,给进20mm/min;
(3)显微镜观察相同切削刀数(8刀)后,刀片齿端金刚石颗粒裸露情况,判断切削液的润滑极压特性。金刚石裸露多,封闭少,代表切削刀具磨损少,切削液润滑极压性能好。
由图7-9可知,实验液切削后刀片齿端的金刚石微粒裸露与油基对照液相当(4/5),水基对照液刀片齿端金刚石微粒裸露较少(3/5),表面磨损较多。这表明本发明全合成水基蓝宝石切削液进行蓝宝石切削,刀具磨损少,能达到油基产品的润滑极压性能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述切削液包括如下重量百分比的组分:
2.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为反式聚醚、水溶性聚酯、多元醇醚、聚乙二醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、改性聚烷撑乙二醇、丙二醇、聚丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:,所述防锈剂为植酸、癸二酸、十一碳二元酸、十二碳二元酸、有机三元聚羧酸、苯并三氮唑、苯丙三氮唑钠盐、硼酸酯化合物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述极压剂为复合型极压剂,所述复合型极压剂为磷酸酯与二烷基硫化物、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫脲、水溶性DPZ、水溶性有机钼中的一种或两种以上的混合物复配而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述沉降剂为改性阳离子聚醚与季铵盐阳离子沉降剂复配而成,所述季铵盐阳离子沉降剂为水溶性聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、聚二氯乙基醚四甲基乙二胺、聚氧乙烯十二烷基二甲基溴化铵中的一种或两种以上的的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为吗啉类、异噻唑啉酮类、吡啶类、三嗪类、噁唑啉类、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为仲醇乙氧基化丁氧基化物、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、硅氧烷聚醚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为正庚酸、正辛酸、异辛酸、异壬酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、对氨基苯甲酸中的一种或两种以上混合物;所述pH值稳定剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、正丙醇胺、异丙醇胺、乙二胺、己内酰胺中一种或两种以上的混合物;所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的全合成水基蓝宝石切削液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取润滑剂、防锈剂、极压剂、沉降剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、助溶剂、pH值稳定剂、消泡剂和水;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的水放入搅拌反应釜中,之后向其中加入pH值稳定剂,搅拌至混合均匀,再加入防锈剂,水浴加热至60℃并不断搅拌至釜内溶液透明均一后停止加热;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的溶液中依次加入润滑剂、极压剂、沉降剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、助溶剂、消泡剂,每加一种组分需搅拌至混合均匀后再加入下一种试剂,所有组分加入完成后再搅拌10~30分钟至混合均匀后即得全合成水基蓝宝石切削液。
