The invention discloses a three-wheel automatic rubber coating mechanism which comprises a rack, wherein a feeding unit, a cutting unit, a pressing unit and a rubber coating unit are sequentially fixed on the rack along the advancing direction of a rubber belt; the feeding unit comprises a feeding frame, a feeding disc, a feeding cylinder and a clamping device, wherein the clamping device is fixed at the movable end of the feeding cylinder; the cutter unit comprises a cutter and a cutter bracket, and the cutter is fixed on the cutter bracket in a sliding manner and moves up and down on the cutter bracket; the pressing unit comprises a pressing support, a movable pressing part and a pressing horizontal plate, and the movable pressing part moves up and down on the pressing support and presses the adhesive tape on the pressing horizontal plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high production efficiency, good encapsulation quality and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an enameled wire wrapping machine, in particular to a three-wheel automatic wrapping mechanism.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the electromagnetic coil, a part of types of coils need to be wound with enameled wires in a framework, then an insulating layer or an adhesive tape is coated outside the enameled wires for protecting the enameled wires of the coils, wherein the operation industry of coating the insulating layer or the adhesive tape is called encapsulation operation. At present, the traditional encapsulation method is completed by hands and simple tools, and the manual encapsulation method has low production efficiency and difficult quality guarantee.
Chinese patent CN201410650054.2 discloses a coil adhesive-wrapping machine, which comprises a frame, and a feeding device, a coil rotating shaft device, an adhesive tape drawing device and a cutting device which are arranged on the frame, wherein the feeding device comprises a fixed seat, a feeding frame, a feeding tray and a feeding clamp, the feeding frame is arranged on the fixed seat and can horizontally slide along the fixed seat, and a plurality of sets of feeding trays and feeding clamps which are correspondingly matched are arranged on the feeding frame; the adhesive tape drawing device is arranged below the feeding device and can move back and forth, up and down and horizontally to clamp the adhesive tape conveyed by the feeding device and wind the adhesive tape onto a coil of the coil rotating shaft, and the cutting device is arranged between the coil rotating shaft device and the feeding device and is used for cutting the wound adhesive tape.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the three-wheel automatic rubber coating mechanism comprises a rack, wherein a feeding unit, a cutting unit, a pressing unit and a rubber coating unit are sequentially fixed on the rack along the advancing direction of a rubber belt; the feeding unit comprises a feeding frame, a feeding disc, a feeding cylinder and a clamping device, wherein the clamping device is fixed at the movable end of the feeding cylinder; the cutting unit comprises a cutter and a cutter bracket, and the cutter is fixed on the cutter bracket in a sliding manner and moves up and down on the cutter bracket; the pressing unit comprises a pressing support, a movable pressing part and a pressing horizontal plate, wherein the movable pressing part moves up and down on the pressing support and presses the adhesive tape on the pressing horizontal plate; the rubber coating unit comprises a wire clamping device, a rubber pressing rotating motor, a rotating shaft and an enameled wire, wherein the enameled wire is placed at the rotating shaft by the wire clamping device, and the rubber pressing rotating motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate and winds the adhesive tape on the enameled wire.
Further, the upper surface of the material pressing horizontal plate is tangent to the rotating shaft.
Furthermore, two driven shafts are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the rotating shaft, a gap is formed between the rotating shaft and the driven shafts, and an enameled wire is placed in the gap.

c) the pressing unit presses the adhesive tape and releases the clamping cylinder;
d) the feeding cylinder resets, and the clamping cylinder clamps the adhesive tape again;
f) the cutter cylinder drives the cutter to cut off the adhesive tape;
g) the wire clamping equipment moves the enameled wire to the gap, the glue pressing rotating motor is started, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the enameled wire and the adhesive tape are driven to rotate together, and the adhesive tape is attached to the enameled wire.
Compared with the prior art, the rubber coating mechanism is provided with the feeding unit, the cutting unit and the rubber coating unit, and realizes feeding, clamping, cutting and rubber coating through different cylinders respectively, so that the rubber coating process is automatically carried out, and the production efficiency is high; the device is provided with a pressing unit and a clamping cylinder, so that the deviation caused by sliding when the adhesive tape is cut is effectively reduced, and the enameled wire encapsulation quality is high.

The three-wheel automatic rubber coating mechanism comprises a rack 1, wherein a feeding unit, a cutting unit, a pressing unit and a rubber coating unit are sequentially fixed on the rack 1 along the advancing direction of a rubber belt; the feeding unit comprises a feeding frame, a feeding disc 9, a feeding cylinder 7 and a clamping device 71, wherein the clamping device 71 is fixed at the movable end of the feeding cylinder; the material cutting unit comprises a cutter 31 and a cutter bracket 32, wherein the cutter 31 is fixed on the cutter bracket 32 in a sliding manner and moves up and down on the cutter bracket 32; the pressing unit comprises a pressing support 41, a movable pressing 4 and a pressing horizontal plate 42, wherein the movable pressing 4 moves up and down on the pressing support 41 and presses the adhesive tape 91 on the pressing horizontal plate 42; the rubber coating unit comprises a wire clamping device (not shown in the figure), a rubber pressing rotating motor 2, a rotating shaft 21 and an enameled wire 6, wherein the enameled wire is placed at the rotating shaft by the wire clamping device, and the rubber pressing rotating motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate and winds the adhesive tape on the enameled wire.
The upper surface of the pressing horizontal plate 42 is tangent to the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is provided with an electrostatic adsorption material. Specifically speaking, the upper surface of the pressing horizontal plate 42 is tangent to the lower side of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft rotates along with the rotating shaft, the adhesive tape can be better adsorbed on the rotating shaft, and the adhesive tape is adhered to the enameled wire along with the rotation of the rotating shaft. The cutter 31 is fixed on the cutter cylinder 3, and the cutter cylinder 3 is fixed on the cutter support 32.
The adhesive tape is positioned on the same horizontal line on the material clamping device, the material cutting unit and the material pressing unit, and the adhesive tape is positioned on the same horizontal direction, so that the processes of clamping, cutting and encapsulating are facilitated.
The driving mechanism is a cylinder, and may be a hydraulic system, and is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of encapsulating comprising the steps of:
a) resetting each unit of the equipment, and placing the adhesive tape at the material clamping cylinder;
b) starting a material clamping cylinder to clamp the adhesive tape; then starting a feeding cylinder, and feeding the adhesive tape to a pressing unit;
c) the pressing unit presses the adhesive tape and releases the clamping cylinder;
d) the feeding cylinder resets, and the clamping cylinder clamps the adhesive tape again;
f) the cutter cylinder drives the cutter to cut off the adhesive tape;
g) the wire clamping equipment moves the enameled wire to the gap, the glue pressing rotating motor is started, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the enameled wire and the adhesive tape are driven to rotate together, and the adhesive tape is attached to the enameled wire.
