When the third clamping mechanism 51 extends to the pushing mechanism 4, the positioning part 5153 of the clamping finger 515 is matched with the gap of the material in shape, and the protruding block 5151 passes through the gap; and after all the clamping fingers are rotated under the action of the fifth driving mechanism 75, the bump 5151 rotates by a certain angle to enable the bump to be buckled into the gap of the material, and the third clamping mechanism 51 ascends to clamp the material. And then placing the materials in a jig, turning the clamping fingers back to the original positions, completing releasing the materials, completing feeding, and clamping the jig to the outside after the third clamping mechanism finishes feeding so as to perform the next procedure. And the jig placing frame 6 are respectively provided with a positioning hole 62 and a positioning column 61 to realize accurate placement of the jig and accurate clamping and feeding of materials, as shown in fig. 6.

the clamping mechanism (1) comprises a clamping platform (11), a first driving mechanism (71) for driving the clamping platform (11) to transversely move, a first clamping mechanism (12) for clamping materials from a material tray to a material turning mechanism (3) and a second clamping mechanism (13) for clamping materials from the material tray to the material turning mechanism (3); the first driving mechanism (71) is arranged on the frame (10), and the clamping platform (11) is in sliding connection with the frame (10); the clamping platform (11) is further provided with a first sliding part (14), a second driving mechanism (72) for driving the first sliding part (14) to transversely move, a first air cylinder (81) for driving the first clamping mechanism (12) to lift and a second air cylinder (82) for driving the second clamping mechanism (13) to lift, the first sliding part (14) is in sliding connection with the clamping platform (11), and the first clamping mechanism (12) and the second clamping mechanism (13) are both arranged on the first sliding part (14);
the material overturning mechanism (3) comprises a turntable (31) for rotating materials, third driving mechanisms (73) for driving the turntable (31) to rotate are arranged on two sides of the frame (10), and the turntable (31) is rotationally connected with the frame (10);
the rotary table (31) comprises a first placing groove (311), a first compressing piece (312) and a fourth air cylinder (84), wherein the first placing groove (311) is formed in one end face of the rotary table (31), the first placing groove (311) is formed in one side of the first compressing piece (312), and the output end of the fourth air cylinder (84) is connected with the first compressing piece (312); the rotary table (31) further comprises a second placing groove (313), a second compressing piece (314) and a fifth air cylinder (85), wherein the second placing groove (313) is arranged on the other end face of the rotary table (31), the second placing groove (313) is arranged on one side of the second compressing piece (314), and the output end of the fifth air cylinder (85) is connected with the second compressing piece (314); the first placing groove (311), the first pressing piece (312) and the fourth air cylinder (84) are respectively and symmetrically arranged with the second placing groove (313), the second pressing piece (314) and the fifth air cylinder (85) in a rotating mode.

An automatic feeding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the material carrying lifting mechanism (2) comprises a material carrying plate (21), a first lifting mechanism (22) for driving the material carrying plate (21) to lift and a limiting jig (23) for clamping a material tray; the material carrying plate (21) is connected with the first lifting mechanism (22) in a sliding mode, and the limiting jig (23) is arranged on the material carrying plate (21).
