Abstract
本发明公开了一种保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲10‑20g、菟丝子10‑15g、当归10‑20g、黄精5‑20g、怀牛膝10‑20g、川牛膝10‑20g、枳壳10‑20g、山药10‑20g、芡实10‑15g、鸡内金10‑20g、山楂10‑20g。所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)清洗、晾干;(2)煎煮、合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3‑1.35、温度为50‑70°C得浸膏,加乳糖;(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,烘干灭菌。本发明以天然绿色的中药制而成,大部分配方都是保健食品药,无毒副作用;对保肾,健脾及治疗腰椎间盘突出及坐骨神经疾病有很好的治疗作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种补肾中药,具体是一种保肾健脾的中药。
背景技术
随着人们生活习惯的改变及人口老龄化的加剧,患有腰椎间盘突出及坐骨神经痛的病患日益增多。《医学心悟》曰:“腰痛拘急,牵引腿足。”《普济方》说:“夫足少阴肾之络也,属于腰脚而主于骨,足厥阴肝之经也,内而主于筋。若二脏俱虚,为风邪所乘,搏于经络,流注筋骨,故令腰脚疼痛,经脉拘急,不得屈伸也。”古代中医药对腰腿疼痛的治疗奠定了深刻的理论基础。阐明了肝肾亏损、气血不足是腰椎间盘突出的内因,而风、寒、湿、瘀诸邪侵袭留滞是外因。故此方药采用补肝益肾、养血益气、活血化瘀的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出及坐骨神经疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保肾健脾的中药,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲10-20g、菟丝子10-15g、当归10-20g、黄精5-20g、怀牛膝10-20g、川牛膝10-20g、枳壳10-20g、山药10-20g、芡实10-15g、鸡内金10-20g、山楂10-20g。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲10g、菟丝子10g、当归10g、黄精5g、怀牛膝10g、川牛膝10g、枳壳10g、山药10g、芡实10g、鸡内金10g、山楂10g。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲15g、菟丝子12.5g、当归15g、黄精12.5g、怀牛膝15g、川牛膝15g、枳壳15g、山药15g、芡实12.5g、鸡内金15g、山楂15g。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲20g、菟丝子15g、当归20g、黄精20g、怀牛膝20g、川牛膝20g、枳壳20g、山药20g、芡实15g、鸡内金20g、山楂20g。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的水浸泡20-30分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮30-60分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面5-7厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮30-60分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.35、温度为50-70°C得浸膏,加乳糖;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用110-130°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌1-2小时,然后将温度降至50-70°C,再进行烘干灭菌1-2小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(2)中所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(2)中两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.32、温度为60°C,得浸膏。
杜仲:药用杜仲,即为杜仲科植物杜仲的干燥树皮,是中国名贵滋补药材。其味甘,性温。有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效。 可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力,肝气虚引起的胞胎不固,阴囊湿痒等症。
菟丝子:又名吐丝子、无娘藤、无根藤、萝丝子,为旋花科菟丝子属下的一个种。菟丝子是一味平补肾、肝、脾之良药,临床主要应用于肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、尿频、宫冷不孕、目暗便溏之肾阴阳虚证。菟丝子是一味平补肾、肝、脾之良药,临床主要应用于肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、尿频、宫冷不孕、目暗便溏之肾阴阳虚证。
当归:别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、当归曲、土当归,甘、辛、温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
黄精:又名:鸡头黄精、黄鸡菜、笔管菜、爪子参、老虎姜、鸡爪参。黄精以根茎入药。具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾功能。用于治疗脾胃虚弱,体倦乏力,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴等症。
怀牛膝:苋科,系多年生草本植物。又称山苋菜、对节菜、积名牛茎。根呈园柱形,茎有棱角,节部膨大,状似牛的膝盖,故称牛膝。苦酸,平。功效主治:活血散瘀,祛湿利尿,清热解毒。治淋病,尿血,妇女经闭,症瘕,风湿关节痛,脚气,水肿,痢疾,疟疾,白喉,痈肿,跌打损伤。
川牛膝:川牛膝,中药名。为苋科植物川牛膝Cyathula officinalis Kuan的干燥根。味甘、微苦,性平。归肝、肾经。逐瘀通经,通利关节,利尿通淋。用于经闭症瘕,胞衣不下,跌扑损伤,风湿痹痛,足痿筋挛,尿血血淋等证。
枳壳:是《中国药典》收录的草药,药用来源为芸香科植物酸橙Citrus aurantiumL.及其栽培变种的干燥未成熟果实。枳壳性苦、辛、酸、温,具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效,主治胸胁气滞,胀满疼痛,食积不化,痰饮内停;胃下垂,脱肛,子宫脱垂等病症。
山药:即薯蓣,别名怀山药 、淮山药 、土薯、山薯、山芋、玉延。味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。
芡实:又名鸡头子,历版《中国药典》均有记载,为睡莲科1年生水生草本植物芡的干燥成熟种仁,具有益肾固精、补脾止泻、祛湿止带的功效,主治梦遗、滑精,遗尿、尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊、带下。素有“水中人参”和“水中桂圆”的美誉,是传统的中药材和珍贵的天然补品。
鸡内金:鸡内金是指家鸡的砂囊内壁,系消化器官,用于研磨食物,该品为传统中药之一,用于消化不良、遗精盗汗等症,效果极佳,故而以“金”命名。甘,寒。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。消食健胃助消化,涩精止遗。可以促进胃液分泌,提高胃酸度及消化力,使胃运动功能明显增强,胃排空加快。
山楂:又名山里果、山里红,果可生吃或作果脯果糕,干制后可入药,是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:以天然绿色的中药制而成,大部分配方都是保健食品药,无毒副作用;对保肾,健脾及治疗腰椎间盘突出及坐骨神经疾病有很好的治疗作用。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲10g、菟丝子10g、当归10g、黄精5g、怀牛膝10g、川牛膝10g、枳壳10g、山药10g、芡实10g、鸡内金10g、山楂10g。
所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入8倍量的水浸泡20分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮30分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面5厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮30分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3、温度为50°C得浸膏,加乳糖,所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用110°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌1小时,然后将温度降至50°C,再进行烘干灭菌1小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种保肾健脾的中药,所述的保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲12.5g、菟丝子11g、当归12.5g、黄精9g、怀牛膝12.5g、川牛膝12.5g、枳壳12.5g、山药12.5g、芡实12.5g、鸡内金12.5g、山楂12.5g。
所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入9倍量的水浸泡25分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮40分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面5厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮40分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.32、温度为55°C得浸膏,加乳糖,所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用115°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌1小时,然后将温度降至55°C,再进行烘干灭菌1小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲15g、菟丝子12.5g、当归15g、黄精12.5g、怀牛膝15g、川牛膝15g、枳壳15g、山药15g、芡实12.5g、鸡内金15g、山楂15g。
所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入9倍量的水浸泡25分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮45分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面6厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮45分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.33、温度为60°C得浸膏,加乳糖,所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用120°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌1.5小时,然后将温度降至60°C,再进行烘干灭菌1.5小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
实施例4
本发明实施例中,一种保肾健脾的中药,
包括以下重量的原料:杜仲17.5g、菟丝子13.5g、当归17.5g、黄精16.5g、怀牛膝17.5g、川牛膝17.5g、枳壳17.5g、山药17.5g、芡实13.5g、鸡内金17.5g、山楂17.5g。
所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入9倍量的水浸泡25分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮50分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面7厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮50分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.4、温度为65°C得浸膏,加乳糖,所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用125°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌2小时,然后将温度降至65°C,再进行烘干灭菌2小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,一种保肾健脾的中药,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲20g、菟丝子15g、当归20g、黄精20g、怀牛膝20g、川牛膝20g、枳壳20g、山药20g、芡实15g、鸡内金20g、山楂20g。
所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入10倍量的水浸泡30分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮60分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面7厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮60分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.35、温度为70°C得浸膏,加乳糖,所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用130°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌2小时,然后将温度降至70°C,再进行烘干灭菌2小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
本发明以天然绿色的中药制而成,大部分配方都是保健食品药,无毒副作用;对保肾,健脾及治疗腰椎间盘突出及坐骨神经疾病有很好的治疗作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的保肾健脾的中药,其特征在于,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲10g、菟丝子10g、当归10g、黄精5g、怀牛膝10g、川牛膝10g、枳壳10g、山药10g、芡实10g、鸡内金10g、山楂10g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保肾健脾的中药,其特征在于,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲15g、菟丝子12.5g、当归15g、黄精12.5g、怀牛膝15g、川牛膝15g、枳壳15g、山药15g、芡实12.5g、鸡内金15g、山楂15g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保肾健脾的中药,其特征在于,包括以下重量的原料:杜仲20g、菟丝子15g、当归20g、黄精20g、怀牛膝20g、川牛膝20g、枳壳20g、山药20g、芡实15g、鸡内金20g、山楂20g。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取中药原料并用清水清洗干净并晾干;
(2)将晾干的中药原料放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的水浸泡20-30分钟,进行第一次煎煮,未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮30-60分钟;第二次煎煮,加水没过药面5-7厘米,进行煎煮,水沸后煎煮30-60分钟;两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.35、温度为50-70°C得浸膏,加乳糖;
(3)浸膏风干后,通过制粒机制成颗粒状,将制成的颗粒放入微波烘干杀菌设备中,先用110-130°C的温度对所述颗粒进行烘干灭菌1-2小时,然后将温度降至50-70°C,再进行烘干灭菌1-2小时,即成颗粒冲剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述浸膏与乳糖重量比为3:7。
7.根据权利要求5所述的保肾健脾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中两次煎煮取汁,合并过滤、减压浓缩至相对密度为1.32、温度为60°C,得浸膏。
