Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有至少在其一侧面带有一外壳的蜂窝状芯体的结构;还涉及将蜂窝状芯体粘结于外壳的方法及此结构的用途。
蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构在飞机行业中是公知的。迄今为止,外壳被粘接在该蜂窝状芯体的相反侧面而提供一种刚性结构,此结构然后就被使用在航天工业中要求有高度整体性结构的场合。亦曾建议过将此结构用于透明的桌台顶面,但还从没生产出具有均匀外观的透明桌台顶面。
在第一种公知的制造技术中,将一种网状的膜片铺放在蜂窝状芯体的每一侧面上,然后将此膜片在蜂窝状芯体的每个蜂窝单元之中央处刺破。之后,就将窝状芯体和膜片夹于两外壳之间并置于炉中加热,与此同时,还对外壳施加压力以维持蜂窝状芯体、膜片和外壳间有足够的粘接接触。在加热过程中,该膜片熔化并向蜂窝状芯壁收缩,从而在其壁与外壳间形成一粘接结构。
此技术存在诸多问题。例如,首先这需要在炉中之加压状态下保持(三者的)组合状态,因而要求有昂贵的设备。此外在蜂窝状芯壁与外壳之间的粘接结构是明显可见的、不规则的和多变的,这是由于环绕蜂窝状壁边缘的膜片积累形成的。这样形成的积累结构由于要取决于包括膜片被刺穿位置和加热均匀性(不均匀加热会导致粘接结构形成不均匀)在内的许多因素,因而是不均匀的。因此,此种技术不能生产恒定不变的结构,而且它们的不均匀视觉外观使它们不能用于上述的透明台桌顶面。
用于生产蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构的第二种技术也是公知的。在此技术中,将粘接剂涂刷在外壳和蜂窝状芯体的表面上,然后将外壳和蜂窝状芯体的两表面贴在一起,并在加压状态下保持贴合状态直到粘接剂固化为止。
虽然此技术不再需要炉子,但是由于并非总能形成合适强度的粘接结构,蜂窝状芯体之单格壁与外壳之间的粘接并不可靠。因此最终的此结构不能用于高度整体性的场合。此外,粘接剂是以不均匀方式在外壳表面上干燥固化的。尤其是在干燥固化期间粘接剂趋向于以多变的方式积聚在一些特定区域,从而使蜂窝单元中的其它区域上并无粘接剂。这样就会产生非常明显的不均匀和多变的视觉效果,有时候还会产生“鱼眼”透镜效果让光通过。在蜂窝状芯体的单元孔内产生的这种多变的视觉效果则意味着此种结构不能应用于上述的透明台桌的顶面。
迄今为止,应用蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构的场合是受到限制的。
本发明目的是针对着上述一个或多个问题的。
本发明的第一方面是提供一种利用一种深度大体上均匀的粘接剂(浴)层将蜂窝状芯体粘接于平直外壳的方法。
本发明还提供一种在蜂窝状芯体单元孔内有连续粘接剂层的蜂窝芯体/外壳结构。而且粘接层有大体上均匀的厚度。
本发明还提供蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构的用途,或者提供一种适合于用作热收集器或热隔绝器的蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构。
本发明还提供一种蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构的用途,亦即提供一种适合于用作声音隔绝器或声音传送器的蜂窝状芯体/外壳结构。
本发明还提供用于分隔第一、第二及第三外壳的第一、第二蜂窝状芯体,并应用这一结构制作热收集器和热隔绝器。
下面,对本实施例参照附图仅以示例方式来介绍,各附图为:

参看图1-2,一种具有尺寸为“a”、深度为“d”的多个蜂窝单元孔8之铝材蜂窝状芯体2被从其压缩的运送状态4膨胀到其松开状态6。“a”通常可以是3~30mm或更大,“d”为5mm至1米或更大。当然,别的尺寸也是可以的。也可以使用别的材料的蜂窝状芯体,例如塑料、纤维增强的塑料或如用酚醛树脂浸渍纸那样的纸基材料。
将蜂窝状芯体2切割成粘接于外壳所需的长度和宽度。该尺寸取决于使用场合,例如每个尺寸可以从数厘米到许多米之间变化。
然后将蜂窝状芯体的每个蜂窝单元孔8用手检查和调整,以便除去未松开的即变形的蜂窝单元孔。之后用眼力检查蜂窝单元孔。如果需要,就进一步进行调整,从而使蜂窝单元孔尺寸恒定、蜂窝单元孔壁5方向不变。
将待粘接于蜂窝状芯体2的外壳,例如玻璃板10在无尘环境中用丙酮或类似的油脂清除剂来清洗。玻璃10可以是浮法玻璃,加强玻璃或夹层玻璃。
参看图3-5,将玻璃外壳10置于一种无尘的封闭环境中,此环境可使粘接剂池包围该玻璃表面。在本实施例中,密封环境中一个由垂直端壁14及水平基部16构成的橡胶池(bund)12。池12与橡胶支承件20一起放置于平表面18上,支承件20有与池12的基部相同的厚度并用来支承玻璃外壳10。将如不透油的纸件22那样的一防护层置于池12的内表面上,以便使粘接剂不粘在该内表面上。
之后,就如图3所示那样将玻璃外壳10置于池12内的防油纸22上。池12的水平底部16与支承件20及均匀平整的表面18一起确保使玻璃外壳10被大体上保持于水平位置。
参看图4,将合适于将蜂窝状芯体2粘接于外壳10的粘接剂均匀地倒在外壳10的表面上以形成大体上均匀深度的一(浴)层24。在本实施例中,采用环氧树脂20/20(Araldite 20/20)将铝蜂窝状芯体2粘接于玻璃外壳10上。环氧树脂在倾倒前才被混合,从而确保它不含有气泡或别的可见的杂质。环氧树脂20/20可以用别的环氧树脂胶或其它种类的能在环境温度下固化的树脂来代替。这种树脂可以是清彻透明的,但可以用染料或颜料来上色。
粘接剂层24构成取决于蜂窝状芯体2的蜂窝单元尺寸“a”的深度。值得推荐但不是必须的是;在每个蜂窝孔(单元)内此深度应足够形成一层粘接剂,且此层粘接剂至少局部地通过在蜂窝状芯体之每个蜂窝单元孔内形成一弯液面结构来产生让光通过的透镜效果。此种情况在后面还要进行介绍。这一透镜效果,对于在许多应用场合中要产生不同的视觉效果来说是非常有用的。例如,在最后制成的结构被用作透明平板的使用场合中就很有用。在实际中已经发现下列的粘接剂层24的深度足可以提供那样的透镜效果:

推荐的粘接层24深度与蜂窝状芯体的蜂窝单元孔尺寸“a”的比例应大于1∶10,最好是比值大于1∶7,小于1∶2。
参看图5,为了使之与玻璃外壳10接触,将蜂窝状芯体2置于粘接剂层24内。为了不扰动粘接剂的厚(深)度,将蜂窝状芯体2以垂直方向置入粘接剂层24中,从而使在蜂窝状芯体2所有的蜂窝单元孔中都有大体上均匀的厚度。如图5所示,蜂窝状芯体2的尺寸配置得在其边缘与池12的侧边14之间留有间隙。采用这种方法就不会有通过池12向蜂窝状芯体上施加可能引起蜂窝单元孔8变形的力。
之后,将一合适的重物置于蜂窝状芯体2的顶面,亦即是说,该重物不会重到将蜂窝状芯体压毁,但也不能轻到使蜂窝状芯体不能均匀地保持贴靠到玻璃外壳10上。在本实施例中,采用了20毫米厚的MDF(中密度纤维板)。
然后就让此组合件留住,从而使粘接剂在无尘环境中固化。
在粘接剂固化后就检验该结构,以便确保在蜂窝状芯体2的蜂窝单元孔之间有一层深(厚)度均匀的粘接剂24。通过将另外的粘接剂填加到个别的蜂窝单元孔内以处理各种不一致性。在本实施例中。另外添加的粘接剂是通过将粘接剂用滴管滴入到个别蜂窝单元孔内实现的。
一旦所补添的粘接剂已经固化,就将此已形成的结构从池12中取出,并接着将玻璃外壳10外表面边缘上的多余粘接剂清除掉。
已制成的结构展示于图6。有大体上均匀厚度的硬化粘接剂连续层24形成在蜂窝状芯体的蜂窝单元孔8内,并将蜂窝孔壁5粘接于玻璃外壳10上。
在每个蜂窝单元孔8的壁5之边缘处粘接剂24形成一弯液面结构,此弯液面有助于使粘接剂24产生一个让光通过的透镜效果。
如又一块玻璃外壳10那样的一第二外壳可以加置在蜂窝状芯体2的反面。为此,如先前结合图3介绍的那样,将第二外壳置于池12中:一层粘接剂24如结合图4所介绍的那样形成在第二外壳上;然后就如先前参照附图5所介绍的那样,将其上连接了第一玻璃外壳10的蜂窝状芯体2放置于粘接剂(浴)层中、并维持在其中直到粘接剂固化为止。
这样制成的结构展示于图7,可将此结构切成所期望的大小和形状。饰边材料如C形夹26或别的连接器可以被包置于此结构的某些或全部边缘上,以便构成一板件。夹26可以被设置得使板件可以相互连接。
别的蜂窝状芯体2和外壳10也可以按此相同的方法相叠加以构成一复合组件。图8展示了由三层外壳10及用两层蜂窝状芯体2分隔而构成的组件。
可以对上述的方法做出许多变型。
例如,虽然已介绍了具有六边形蜂窝单元孔的蜂窝状芯体2,但是本方法也可适用于具有各种多边形孔眼的蜂窝状芯体。
蜂窝状芯体2无需用铝制作,外壳10亦非玻璃不可。此外,本方法可适合于用任何材料制作的蜂窝状芯体及外壳,而粘接剂则应选择得适合于粘接。例如,蜂窝状芯体和/或外壳可以用各种塑料、金属、木材、纸、石料,炭纤维等制作。
在上述实施例中,用环氧树脂20/20作粘接剂,它固化为一种光洁的状态。但是,上色粘接剂也可以采用,还可以在粘接剂中添加染料或颜料来产生彩色粘接剂层24。
不同于图3-5所示池12的其它方案也可用来构成允许形成粘接剂层24的密封环境。例如图9所示,可以将防油层片22直接铺放于台桌18上,而密封环境可以用一刚性结构28构成,例如那样的刚性结构可以用木块构成。
在上述的实施例中,另外对个别蜂窝单元孔填加一些粘接剂来修正原始粘接剂层固化后的粘接剂厚度差。但是作为一种替代,填加的粘接剂也可以在原始粘接剂(浴)层固化之前加入。
粘接剂浴层24的深度可以做得相对蜂窝单元孔尺寸“a”来说浅些,以便形成一种大体上无透镜效果的结构。
现在来介绍一下具有一层蜂窝状芯体及至少一层外壳的结构之应用。应该注意:下面的使用场合并不要求利用上述方法将蜂窝状芯体粘接于外壳上。具体地说,除非要求一种视觉上可接受的结构,此结构也可以用先前介绍过的现有技术之一来构成,或者实际上蜂窝状芯体也可以无需用粘接剂的粘接而被限制在外壳之间(例如用合适的端夹)并被维持在其间。
用上述方法制作的结构在蜂窝状芯体的各蜂窝单元孔间有视觉上的一致性。因此它们有用作如透明板料那样的特殊用途。尤其是具有玻璃外壳的大板料能被制作得具有均匀的视觉外观。而且蜂窝状芯体使板料强度增大,因而允许将板料尺寸制作得比先有技术即通常的玻璃板料的尺寸更大(标准玻璃板常常由于其自身重量而导致弯曲这一问题的困扰)。因此,用这种蜂窝状芯体增强的板料可以用上面介绍过的技术来制作得具有均匀的视觉外观,因而允许其在许多新的场合中被使用。
例如,在两个视觉上透明的外壳之间应用一种蜂窝状芯体时,所制成的结构可以被用于透明地板、门面构件、梁、柱及窗户等,其原因在于蜂窝状芯体可使外壳抗碎裂强度增大。此外,蜂窝状芯体也可以用在防护和/或安全领域中以提供一种使外壳具有抵抗有意或偶然破坏性击打的整体结构。蜂窝状芯体的蜂窝单元孔尺寸“a”及深度“d”可以被选得能实现所需的机械性能。
可以选用不同的材料来用作每个外壳。例如,由于玻璃有好的抗压性能,但其抗拉性能差,故可以将一玻璃外壳板放置于-地板结构的顶表面,而将金属或塑料置于其底面,从而使得玻璃起抗压作用,金属或塑料则起抗拉作用。
在上述实施例中标引编码为5的蜂窝状芯体的蜂窝孔壁及为26的端边连接器上可以配置让流体即液或汽从中通过板料的孔道。可以用这种方式使染有不同颜色或不同密度的汽(气)体通过窗口或别的光学板材来改变颜色或光学透明度。这样的板材就可以用作挡板或帘幕等。也可以通过使流体在压力下流过蜂窝状芯体孔眼来提高结构强度。此外,可以在该孔眼内形成全部或部分真空。
在实际中,板料可以用作建筑物内外墙壁,以便允许通过蜂窝状芯体供应或抽出空气。
除了控制光通行以外,通过合理选择蜂窝状芯体和外壳用的材料还可以控制声或热的传播。例如,使用金属蜂窝芯体可以用来增大外壳间的热传递。可以使用塑料或木质蜂窝状芯体(板)来减少外壳间的热或声的传递。
通过在蜂窝状芯体2孔眼内形成真空或在其内填充绝缘流体或材料,可以提供增强的绝缘性。
此结构可以用作太阳电池板。例如,铝或铜蜂窝状芯体可用来收集通过玻璃外壳的热。可以在另一表面上配置一绝缘的、热反射或吸收热的外壳,这是因为此绝缘的壁有助于收集热。然后可使具有合适热性能的流体通过蜂窝状芯体的单元腔将热带走而用作中心存储。
图8所示结构可被用热收集和热隔绝两种场合。例如,如果用在窗户类场合中,外蜂窝状芯体可以被选择为具有热收集作用的类型而起到上述的太阳能收集器的作用,而内蜂窝状芯体可以用热绝缘材料制作,以便阻止热穿过此结构到达例如房间内部。
通过用蜂窝状芯体来增加结构强度,此结构可以用来制作盛放液体。例如,一种具有玻璃外壳的结构可以用作鱼池、游泳池、养鱼缸等。
蜂窝状芯体内的孔眼可被填充,例如可以用小阻热球填充来用于防火,或用玻璃珠/管填充来改变光学板材的透光性能。此外,例如,一种裸露于热时会膨胀并填充板材芯体的防火薄膜也可以被铺放在蜂窝状芯体上。
Claims (32)
1.一种将一蜂窝状芯体直接粘接于一透明外壳来产生一结构的结构制作方法,当通过外壳观察时,蜂窝状芯体的单元结构具有大体均匀的外观,此方法包括将粘接剂置于外壳的一表面上;使粘接剂在由容纳边界面所限定的区域上流动并沉积成基本均匀的深度,由此形成由所述边界面及外壳围成的、大体均匀厚度的粘接剂(浴)层,然后,将蜂窝状芯体放入该粘接剂层中,当粘接剂固化时即完成粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,至少在粘接剂的部分固化时间内,蜂窝状芯体是在加压状态下被保持在粘接剂层中的。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘接剂层至少1毫米厚。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘接剂的层厚选得能在蜂窝状芯体的单元孔内产生一透镜效果。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,粘接剂层的厚度与在给定方向上的蜂窝状芯体单元孔尺寸的比值大于1∶10。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,粘接剂层的厚度与蜂窝状芯体单元孔沿给定方向上的尺寸比值大于1∶7。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,粘接剂层的厚度与蜂窝状芯体单元孔沿给定方向上的尺寸比值在1∶7和1∶2之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括一个当蜂窝状芯体放入粘接剂层中后又向蜂窝单元孔填加粘接剂的步骤。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还具有将一第二外壳粘接于蜂窝状芯体之与第一外壳相反对置之侧面上的步骤。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,第二外壳是通过在第二外壳上形成一粘接剂(浴)层,然后将蜂窝状芯体放入该粘接剂层中进行粘接的。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,第二外壳是透明的;而且通过下列步骤将蜂窝状芯体直接粘接于第二外壳上,在第二外壳的一表面上设置粘接剂以使粘接剂流动并沉积在容纳边界面所限定的并位于该第二外壳表面的区域上以形成一基本均匀厚度的粘接剂(浴)层,其由上述边界面及第二外壳包围形成,然后将其上粘接了第一外壳的蜂窝状芯体放置于第二外壳之粘接剂层中,待粘接剂固化时,就完成蜂窝状芯体与第二外壳之间的粘接。
12.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一或第二外壳,或两者均是玻璃板。
13.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,蜂窝状芯体是由金属、塑料或纸制作的。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,蜂窝状芯体是用铝或酚醛浸渍纸制作的。
15.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,粘结剂是透明的。
16.一种包括一直接粘接于一透明外壳上的蜂窝状芯体的结构,此结构在蜂窝状芯体单元孔内并于该外壳内表面上置有一连续的粘接剂层,蜂窝状芯体单元间的粘接剂层大体是均匀的,从而使蜂窝单元在通过外壳观察时具有大体上均匀的外观。
17.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂至少厚1毫米。
18.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂的厚度选择得能在蜂窝状芯体单元孔内产生一透镜效果。
19.如权利要求18所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂厚度与蜂窝状芯体单元孔沿给定方向的尺寸之比值大于1∶10。
20.如权利要求18所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂厚度与蜂窝状芯本单元孔沿给定方向的尺寸之比值大于1∶7。
21.如权利要求20所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂厚度与蜂窝状芯体单元孔沿给定方向的尺寸之比值在1∶7和1∶2之间。
22.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,它还具有一粘接于蜂窝状芯体之与第一外壳相反对置之侧面上的第二外壳。
23.如权利要求22所述的结构,其特征在于,第二外壳是透明的;蜂窝状芯体被直接粘接于第二外壳上,此结构在蜂窝状芯体单元孔内并于第二外壳内表面上置有连续的粘接剂层,该在蜂窝状芯体各单元间的粘接剂层大体上是均匀的,从而使得在从第二外壳观看时,各单元之间具有大体上一致的外观。
24.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,该结构制成一种板材。
25.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,该结构制成一种平板材。
26.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,第一外壳,或第二外壳,或这两者均是玻璃板。
27.如权利要求26所述的结构,其特征在于,玻璃板是从浮法玻璃、夹层玻璃和强化玻璃中选择的一种。
28.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂是环氧树脂或能在环境温度下固化的其它树脂。
29.如权利要求16所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂是透明的。
30.如权利要求29所述的结构,其特征在于,粘接剂含有染料或颜料。
31.将具有一在第一、二外壳之间的第一蜂窝状芯体及一在第一、三外壳之间的第二蜂窝状芯体的结构用于制作热收集器和热隔绝器。
32.一种结构包括一在第一、二外壳之间的并由第一材料制作的第一蜂窝状芯体及一在第一、三外壳之间的并由第二材料制成的第二蜂窝状芯体,其特征在于,第一和第二材料选择得使该结构可用作热收集器和热隔绝器。
