本发明公开了一种新型亚克力板材,包括防火膜、防潮膜、光致变色玻璃膜、亚克力板层、蜂窝板透光层、玻璃纤维图案层、空腔、气嘴和蜂窝凹槽,所述新型亚克力板材的外表面铺设有防火膜,所述新型亚克力板材的内表面铺设有防潮膜,所述防火膜和防潮膜的内层铺设为光致变色玻璃膜,所述光致变色玻璃膜的内层铺设为亚克力板层,所述亚克力板层的内层铺设为蜂窝板透光层,所述蜂窝板透光层的中间设置为玻璃纤维图案层,本发明亚克力板材设计新颖,使用方便,将多层薄膜板层复合成一块新型的亚克力板,不仅能够有效防火防潮,避免自然破坏,而且能够有效根据光线的强弱阻挡紫外线和改变光线的透过率,新型亚克力板材也能够起到减震消音的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型亚克力板材。
背景技术
亚克力板耐候及耐酸碱性能好,不会因常年累月的日晒雨淋,而产生泛黄及水解的现象,寿命长,与其它材料制品相比,寿命长三年以上,应用于室外,局其他塑胶之冠,其特点为极佳透明度,无色透明有机玻璃板材,透光率达92%,以优良的耐候性,对自然环境适应性很强,即使长时间在日光照射、风吹雨淋也不会使其性能发生改变,抗老化性能好,在室外也能安心使用。加工性能良好,既适合机械加工又易热成型。优异的综合性能,亚克力板品种繁多、色彩丰富,并具有极其优异的综合性能,为设计者提供了多样化的选择,亚克力板可以染色,表面可以喷漆、丝印或真空镀膜。无毒,即使与人长期接触也无害,还有燃烧时产生的气体不产生有毒气体。抗冲击力强,是普通玻璃的十六倍,适合安装在特别需要安全的地带,绝缘性能优良,适合各种电器设备,自重轻,比普通玻璃轻一半,建筑物及支架承受的负荷小,色彩艳丽、高亮度,是其他材料不能媲美的,可塑性强,造型变化大,加工成型容易,可回收率高,为日渐加强的环保意识所认同,维护方便,易清洁,雨水可自然清洁,或用肥皂和软布擦洗即可。
但是现在市面上的亚克力板材的质量参差不齐,容易刮伤和变形,也不能够防火防潮,在消音减震以及防紫外线等方面还存在不足,所以人们需要更加满足要求的亚克力板,如何设计出一种新型的亚克力板材将是目前的市场急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型亚克力板材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种新型亚克力板材,包括防火膜、防潮膜、光致变色玻璃膜、亚克力板层、蜂窝板透光层、玻璃纤维图案层、空腔、气嘴和蜂窝凹槽,所述新型亚克力板材的外表面铺设有防火膜,所述新型亚克力板材的内表面铺设有防潮膜,所述防火膜和防潮膜的内层铺设为光致变色玻璃膜,所述光致变色玻璃膜的内层铺设为亚克力板层,所述亚克力板层的内层铺设为蜂窝板透光层,所述蜂窝板透光层的中间设置为玻璃纤维图案层。
优选的,所述亚克力板层的内部设置有饼状的空腔。
优选的,所述空腔的宽度为亚克力板层宽度的1/2~2/3。
优选的,所述空腔的长度为亚克力板层长度的8/9~14/15。
优选的,所述空腔的两端安装有气嘴。
优选的,所述气嘴的头部与亚克力板层的边沿平齐。
优选的,所述蜂窝板透光层的表面开设有蜂窝凹槽。
优选的,所述两个蜂窝凹槽的蜂窝板透光层形成凹透镜。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维图案层内部的玻璃纤维有长玻璃纤维和短玻璃纤维,其中,长玻璃纤维和短玻璃纤维均为直玻璃纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明亚克力板材设计新颖,使用方便,将多层薄膜板层复合成一块新型的亚克力板,不仅能够有效防火防潮,避免自然破坏,而且能够有效根据光线的强弱阻挡紫外线和改变光线的透过率,能够改变亚克力板材的颜色,新型亚克力板材也能够起到减震消音的作用,具有很大的市场潜力与市场推广价值,具有很好的经济效益。

请参阅图1所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型亚克力板材,包括防火膜1、防潮膜2、光致变色玻璃膜3、亚克力板层4、蜂窝板透光层5、玻璃纤维图案层6、空腔7、气嘴8和蜂窝凹槽9,所述新型亚克力板材的外表面铺设有防火膜1,所述新型亚克力板材的内表面铺设有防潮膜2,所述防火膜1和防潮膜2的内层铺设为光致变色玻璃膜3,所述光致变色玻璃膜3的内层铺设为亚克力板层4,所述亚克力板层4的内层铺设为蜂窝板透光层5,所述蜂窝板透光层5的中间设置为玻璃纤维图案层6。
进一步地,所述亚克力板层4的内部设置有饼状的空腔7。
进一步地,所述空腔7的宽度为亚克力板层4宽度的1/2~2/3。
进一步地,所述空腔7的长度为亚克力板层4长度的8/9~14/15。
进一步地,所述空腔7的两端安装有气嘴8。
进一步地,所述气嘴8的头部与亚克力板层4的边沿平齐。

工作原理:使用时,沿着空腔7的轮廓进行切割,保证切割开来的新型亚克力板材内部保持有至少1个的空腔7,设置在外表面的防火膜1阻止高温对亚克力板材内层的破坏,设置有的防潮膜2阻止水以及水汽进入到亚克力板材内部,当光照射在亚克力板材表面时,光线进入到光致变色玻璃膜3时,光致变色玻璃膜3上的光致变色离子吸收紫外线,并且改变透过的光强度,使得光致变色玻璃膜3改变颜色,设置在亚克力板层4内部的空腔7从气嘴8可以抽真空,阻止声音以及震动在亚克力板材内部的传播,也可以在空腔7内部注入有颜色的液体,起到装饰和隔光的作用,在蜂窝板透光层5上开设的蜂窝凹槽9之间形成的凸透镜能够进一步放大设置在玻璃纤维图案层6内部的图案。
在本发明中,本发明亚克力板材设计新颖,使用方便,将多层薄膜板层复合成一块新型的亚克力板,不仅能够有效防火防潮,避免自然破坏,而且能够有效根据光线的强弱阻挡紫外线和改变光线的透过率,能够改变亚克力板材的颜色,新型亚克力板材也能够起到减震消音的作用,具有很大的市场潜力与市场推广价值,具有很好的经济效益。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种新型亚克力板材,其特征在于:所述新型亚克力板材的外表面铺设有防火膜(1),所述新型亚克力板材的内表面铺设有防潮膜(2),所述防火膜(1)和防潮膜(2)的内层铺设为光致变色玻璃膜(3),所述光致变色玻璃膜(3)的内层铺设为亚克力板层(4),所述亚克力板层(4)的内层铺设为蜂窝板透光层(5),所述蜂窝板透光层(5)的中间设置为玻璃纤维图案层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚克力板材,其特征在于:所述亚克力板层(4)的内部设置有饼状的空腔(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型亚克力板材,其特征在于:所述空腔(7)的宽度为亚克力板层(4)宽度的1/2~2/3。
