Abstract

本发明公开一种染色废水的处理方法,染色废水有一个突出的问题是废水中即使含有少量的染色分子,却有特别明显的颜色,且有机物容易滋生霉菌,尤其影响水的含氧量。本发明采用氧化脱色法对有机染料分子中的发色基团进行氧化并断裂他的不饱合键,从而去除废弃染料废水的颜色。

本发明涉及生产过程各种染色废水的处理技术,具体是染色废水的处理方法。
背景技术:
随着染色液使用时间的增加,染液透明度逐渐降低,出现浑浊。若继续使用,即使增加浓度和延长染色时间,都不能是染色力恢复,往往会引起工件色调不匀或染色困难。这时可以判定染色液已经老化。现有技术是利用普通的混凝沉淀不能够很好的去除有机染料分子中的发色基团,处理后的水质仍然会看到染料的颜色。无法正常再生和处理。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种染色废水的处理方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种染色废水的处理方法,处理方法具体为:
(1)根据废水的氧化脱色法,先将废水用冰乙酸调节pH值为1.5到2.0;
(2)根据染料浓度逐渐加入次氯酸钠,搅拌5到10min,达到90%脱色率;
(3)将废水的pH用氢氧化钠调节到9到10;
(4)再废水中投加PAC,并用搅拌器搅拌10min;投加絮凝剂使不溶于水的杂质形成絮状物质;
(5)最后加入PAM,并用搅拌器搅拌10min,PAM起到助凝的作用,使絮凝物形成团状物,使染料分子更好的沉淀;
(6)待溶液静置分层,取上清液检测COD值以保证染料中的还原性物质彻底消除,并用压滤机处理溶液底层沉淀物。
本发明的有益效果是:
明确的检测方法能够有效的处理染色废水,使原先委外处理的药水能够能够自己处理,节约了成本。
具体实施方式
一种染色废水的处理方法,处理方法具体为:
(1)根据废水的化学氧化脱色法,先将废水用冰乙酸调节pH值为1.5到2.0;
(2)根据目测染料浓度逐渐加入次氯酸钠,搅拌5到10min,脱色率可以达到90%;
(3)将废水的pH用氢氧化钠调节到9到10;
(4)再投加聚合氯化铝(PAC),并用搅拌器搅拌10min;投加絮凝剂使不溶于水的杂质形成絮状物质;
(5)最后加入聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)并用搅拌器搅拌10min,PAM起到助凝的作用,使絮凝物形成团状物,使染料分子更好的沉淀。
(6)待溶液静置分层,取上清液检测化学需氧量(COD)值,以保证染料中的还原性物质彻底消除,并用压滤机处理溶液底层沉淀物。
案例,成本核算:一槽染黑废水为2吨一年处理4次委外处理:每吨废水委外处理费用为3000元,车辆费用为10000元一年委外处理费用=3000*2*4+4*10000=64000元、内部处理:每槽废水处理费用为250元一年需要1000元。

1.一种染色废水的处理方法,其特征在于,处理方法具体为:
(1)根据废水的氧化脱色法,先将废水用冰乙酸调节pH值为1.5到2.0;
(2)根据染料浓度逐渐加入次氯酸钠,搅拌5到10min,达到90%脱色率;
(3)将废水的pH用氢氧化钠调节到9到10;
(4)再废水中投加PAC,并用搅拌器搅拌10min;投加絮凝剂使不溶于水的杂质形成絮状物质;
(5)最后加入PAM,并用搅拌器搅拌10min,PAM起到助凝的作用,使絮凝物形成团状物,使染料分子更好的沉淀;
(6)待溶液静置分层,取上清液检测COD值以保证染料中的还原性物质彻底消除,并用压滤机处理溶液底层沉淀物。
