Abstract
本发明公开了一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,包括折叠座椅本体、高度调节机构和壁挂式减震机构,所述高度调节机构包括相互配合的滑轨和滑块,以及锁止结构,所述滑块可沿滑轨上下移动,并通过锁止结构将滑块锁定在所述滑轨上;所述折叠座椅本体与所述滑块固定连接,并由滑块带动上下移动从而调节折叠座椅本体的高度,所述滑轨通过一连接板与所述壁挂式减震机构固定连接。本发明在普通车座椅上增加了壁挂式减震机构,对来自车体底部的爆炸起到缓冲作用,当车体行驶过程中受到地雷爆炸等爆炸冲击,车体向上掀起,使折叠座椅本体不受底盘冲击,抵消大部分冲击力,从而保证乘客的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,属于车辆配件技术领域。
背景技术
在军车或一般车辆中,尤其对于军车而言,需要携带较多军用装备,导致车厢内部空间非常狭小,迫切需要释放车内有限且被长期占据的空间。当军车遇到地雷等爆炸性攻击,如何提高其安全性,以保护车内人员少受或免受伤害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其占用空间小,具有极好的减震效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,包括折叠座椅本体、高度调节机构和壁挂式减震机构,所述高度调节机构包括相互配合的滑轨和滑块,以及锁止结构,所述滑块可沿滑轨上下移动,并通过锁止结构将滑块锁定在所述滑轨上;所述折叠座椅本体与所述滑块固定连接,并由滑块带动上下移动从而调节折叠座椅本体的高度,所述滑轨通过一连接板与所述壁挂式减震机构固定连接。
进一步,所述壁挂式减震机构包括气弹簧,所述气弹簧的上端与所述连接板的下端相连接,所述气弹簧的下端用于与车体内壁连接。
进一步,所述连接板的两侧设有用于容置所述滑轨的凹槽,所述滑轨置于所述凹槽中并与凹槽固定连接,所述连接板的中部用于与所述气弹簧连接。
进一步,所述连接板的背面设有用于与车体内壁连接的辅助安装机构,所述辅助安装机构包括滑道、滑杆和滚轮,所述滑杆的两端安装所述滚轮,滑杆通过安装在其两端的滚轮在所述滑道中滑动。
进一步,所述折叠座椅本体包括靠背、连接机构和座垫,所述靠背固定连接在连接机构上,所述座垫铰接在连接机构上,所述的座垫上安装有座底框总成和折叠机构,所述座底框总成可转动地安装在连接机构上,所述折叠机构用于带动座底框总成回复至折叠状态。
进一步,所述折叠机构包括旋转轴和扭簧,所述的旋转轴与连接机构固定连接,扭簧套在旋转轴上,并且扭簧的一端与座底框总成固定连接,扭簧的另一端与旋转轴固定连接。
进一步,所述的靠背与座垫均采用吸塑海绵制成。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明在普通车座椅上增加了壁挂式减震机构,对来自车体底部的爆炸起到缓冲作用,当车体行驶过程中受到地雷爆炸等爆炸冲击,车体向上掀起,由于折叠座椅本体通过壁挂式减震机构安装在车内,使折叠座椅本体不受底盘冲击,壁挂式减震机构能抵消大部分来自地雷爆炸的冲击力,从而保证乘客的安全;高度调节机构的滑轨通过一连接板与壁挂式减震机构连接,乘客可根据自己实际身高调节高度调节机构,不同的人坐到折叠座椅本体上,减震自动生效,根据不同体重,座垫下沉量也不同。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图6所示,一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,包括折叠座椅本体、高度调节机构7和壁挂式减震机构6,所述高度调节机构7包括相互配合的滑轨71和滑块72,以及锁止结构,所述滑块72可沿滑轨71上下移动,并通过锁止结构将滑块72锁定在所述滑轨71上;所述折叠座椅本体与所述滑块72固定连接,并由滑块72带动上下移动从而调节折叠座椅本体的高度,所述滑轨71通过一连接板9与所述壁挂式减震机构6固定连接。高度调节机构7用于调节折叠座椅本体的高度,以保证人体的舒适性与安全性,当高度调节机构7的滑块锁定后,折叠座椅本体的高度由壁挂式减震机构6进行缓冲。
本发明在折叠座椅本体上增加了壁挂式减震机构6,对来自车体底部的爆炸起到缓冲作用,当车体行驶过程中受到地雷爆炸等爆炸冲击,车体向上掀起,由于折叠座椅本体通过壁挂式减震机构6安装在车内,使折叠座椅本体不受底盘冲击,壁挂式减震机构6能抵消大部分来自地雷爆炸的冲击力,从而保证乘客的安全。
高度调节机构7的滑轨71通过一连接板9与壁挂式减震机构6连接,乘客可根据自己实际身高调节高度调节机构7,不同的人坐到折叠座椅本体上,减震自动生效,根据不同体重,座垫2下沉量也不同。
优选地,如图1至图3所示,所述壁挂式减震机构6包括气弹簧,所述气弹簧的上端与所述连接板9的下端相连接,所述气弹簧的下端通过一连接块9与车体内壁连接,即悬挂在车体内壁上,不与底盘直接连接。
本实施例中,所述连接板9为一块凹型板,凹型板的两侧设有用于容置所述滑轨的凹槽91,所述滑轨71置于所述凹槽91中并与凹槽91固定连接,所述连接板9的中部用于与所述气弹簧连接。
优选地,为了限制折叠座椅本体的自由度,使其仅在竖直方向上运动,如图4、图5所示,所述连接板9的背面设有用于与车体内壁连接的辅助安装机构10,辅助安装机构10与气弹簧下端的连接块配合,限制折叠座椅本体在水平方向及旋转的自由度,所述辅助安装机构包括滑道101、滑杆102和滚轮103,所述滑杆102的两端安装所述滚轮103,滑杆102通过安装在其两端的滚轮103在所述滑道101中滑动。不同的人坐到折叠座椅本体上,减震自动生效,根据不同体重,座垫下沉量也不同,随着气弹簧不同的压缩量,连杆板9在高度调节机构7的拉动下也有适量下沉,此时辅助安装机构10开始起作用,连接板9与辅助安装机构10根据该下沉量进行相对滑动。
本实施例中,所述折叠座椅本体包括靠背1、连接机构8和座垫2,所述靠背1固定连接在连接机构8上,所述靠背1与高度调节机构7的滑块72固定连接,所述座垫2铰接在连接机构8上,所述的座垫2上安装有座底框总成3和折叠机构,所述座底框总成3可转动地安装在连接机构8上,所述折叠机构用于带动座底框总成3回复至折叠状态。
进一步,所述折叠机构包括旋转轴4和扭簧5,所述的旋转轴4与连接机构8固定连接,扭簧5套在旋转轴4上,并且扭簧5的一端与座底框总成3固定连接,扭簧5的另一端与旋转轴4固定连接。
本实施例中,所述的靠背1与座垫2均采用吸塑海绵制成。
本发明的工作原理如下:
当对座垫2施加向下的力,座垫2向下翻转,同时壁挂式减震机构6受力,气弹簧下沉,扭簧5上与座底框总成3连接的一端在座垫2的带动下相对于扭簧5的另一端转动,产生弹性力,乘坐状态时,扭簧5受力最大,人可根据自己实际高度调节座椅高度调节机构7;当外力消失,座垫2在弹性回复力的作用下自动向上翻转,从而将座垫2折叠收起,气弹簧回复到初始状态。本发明能大大释放座椅所占据的车内容间,并且当车体行驶过程中受到到地雷爆炸,车体向上掀起,由于座椅壁挂式安装不受底盘冲击,座椅减震能抵消大部分来自地雷的冲击力,从而保证乘客的安全。

Claims (7)
1.一种军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:包括折叠座椅本体、高度调节机构(7)和壁挂式减震机构(6),所述高度调节机构(7)包括相互配合的滑轨(71)和滑块(72),以及锁止结构,所述滑块(72)可沿滑轨(71)上下移动,并通过锁止结构将滑块(72)锁定在所述滑轨(71)上;所述折叠座椅本体与所述滑块(72)固定连接,并由滑块(72)带动上下移动从而调节折叠座椅本体的高度,所述滑轨(71)通过一连接板(9)与所述壁挂式减震机构(6)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述壁挂式减震机构(6)包括气弹簧,所述气弹簧的上端与所述连接板(9)的下端相连接,所述气弹簧的下端用于与车体内壁连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述连接板(9)的两侧设有用于容置所述滑轨的凹槽(91),所述滑轨(71)置于所述凹槽(91)中并与凹槽(91)固定连接,所述连接板(9)的中部用于与所述气弹簧连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述连接板(9)的背面设有用于与车体内壁连接的辅助安装机构(10),所述辅助安装机构包括滑道(101)、滑杆(102)和滚轮(103),所述滑杆(102)的两端安装所述滚轮(103),滑杆(102)通过安装在其两端的滚轮(103)在所述滑道(101)中滑动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述折叠座椅本体包括靠背(1)、连接机构(8)和座垫(2),所述靠背(1)固定连接在连接机构(8)上,所述座垫(2)铰接在连接机构(8)上,所述的座垫(2)上安装有座底框总成(3)和折叠机构,所述座底框总成(3)可转动地安装在连接机构(8)上,所述折叠机构用于带动座底框总成(3)回复至折叠状态。
6.根据权利要求5所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述折叠机构包括旋转轴(4)和扭簧(5),所述的旋转轴(4)与连接机构(8)固定连接,扭簧(5)套在旋转轴(4)上,并且扭簧(5)的一端与座底框总成(3)固定连接,扭簧(5)的另一端与旋转轴(4)固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的军车用折叠防雷车座椅,其特征在于:所述的靠背(1)与座垫(2)均采用吸塑海绵制成。
