Abstract

本发明是公开了一种用于治疗肩周炎的中药制剂，它是以白术、大黄、马蓟、竹叶细辛、秦艽、水三七、茯苓、乳香、紫金龙、牛膝、红花、鸡血藤、当归、香果、葛根、麦冬、山药为原料，根据各自药物的不同特性，采取干燥粉碎及提取有效成分后，按规定比例制成的颗粒剂或胶囊剂。本发明是利用各组分的综合作用治疗肩周炎，能强筋骨，祛风湿、温经散寒、活血化瘀、通络定痛，增强机体免疫力，且无毒副作用、效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗肩周炎中药制剂，具体来说是用于风湿关节痛、风寒湿痹、腰腿酸痛肢体麻木、骨质疏松等病症的中药制剂。
技术背景
近年来，风湿病、类风湿病患者日益增加，其发病率可达20％。久经顽症的折磨，屡治不愈，反复发作，最后病情恶化导致瘫痪。风湿病正在时时刻刻催残着人类的健康，因此治疗风湿病刻不容缓。
现有的药物具有副作用，伤及肝肾，不利于身体调节。
发明内容
本发明的目地在于提供制备一种用于治疗肩周炎中药制剂。
本发明的目地是通过以下技术方案实现的：
1、本发明是由下述重量配比的原料制成的制剂：
白 术8-42份 大 黄8-42份 苍 术24-55份
竹叶细辛8-30份 秦 艽15-45份 水三七8-30份
茯 苓12-55份 乳 香8-42份 紫金龙30-70份
当 归10-35份 川 芎10-35份 葛 根12-55份
麦 冬10-35份 山 药10-45份
2、本发明是由下述优选重量配比的原料制成的制剂：
白 术14-34份 大 黄14-34份 苍 术29-49份
竹叶细辛12-26份 秦 艽18-36份 水三七12-26份
茯 苓20-40份 乳 香14-34份 紫金龙35-60份
当 归12-32份 川 芎12-32份 葛 根20-40份
麦 冬12-32份 山 药14-34份
3、本发明的配方最佳各原料重量配比是：
白 术24份 大 黄24份 苍 术45份

4、制备工艺
(1)取茯苓、乳香、当归、香果、葛根、山药粉碎成细粉，备用；
(2)取白术、大黄、马蓟、秦艽、牛膝、鸡血藤、麦冬各药加75-85％乙醇热浸2-3次，每次加75-85％乙醇10倍量，各2小时，合并提取液，静置，滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味，浓缩至相对密度为1.22-1.28(45-55℃)的清膏，备用；
(3)取竹叶细辛、水三七、紫金龙、红花粉碎成粗粉，照流浸膏剂与浸膏剂项下的渗漉法(中国药典2005年版一部附录IO)，用45-65％的乙醇作溶剂，浸渍48-120小时后进行渗漉(15-24℃)，以每分钟1-3ml的速度缓缓渗漉，收集渗漉液约800-1200ml，静置24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味，浓缩至相对密度为1.36-1.41(55-70℃)的稠膏，备用；
(4)将上述清膏与稠膏混和，经混匀后，60-75℃干燥后粉碎成细粉，加入上述细粉，拌匀，加入适量乳糖，混匀，用85％乙醇制粒，干燥，制成颗粒剂，即得；或将上述清膏与稠膏混和，经混匀后，60-75℃干燥后粉碎成细粉，加入上述细粉，拌匀，制成颗粒，45-60℃干燥，加入适量滑石粉，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
本发明是利用各组分的综合作用治疗肩周炎。用上述药物组合及其制备方法，有利于发挥其整合调节作用，起到强筋骨，祛风湿、温经散寒、活血化瘀、通络定痛，增强机体免疫力，控制风湿病并发症之功效。
具体实施例
采用以下处方：
白 术24份 大 黄24份 苍 术45份
竹叶细辛20份 秦 艽30份 水三七20份
茯 苓35份 乳 香24份 紫金龙51份
当 归20份 川 芎20份 葛 根35份
麦 冬20份 山 药24份
其制备工艺为：
(1)取茯苓、乳香、当归、香果、葛根、山药粉碎成细粉，备用；
(2)取白术、大黄、马蓟、秦艽、牛膝、鸡血藤、麦冬各药加80％乙醇热浸2次，每次加80％乙醇10倍量，各2小时，合并提取液，静置，滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味，浓缩至相对密度为1.22-1.28(50℃)的清膏，备用；
(3)取竹叶细辛、水三七、紫金龙、红花粉碎成粗粉，照流浸膏剂与浸膏剂项下的渗漉法(中国药典2005年版一部附录IO)，用55％的乙醇作溶剂，浸渍72小时后进行渗漉(22℃)，以每分钟2ml的速度缓缓渗漉，收集渗漉液约1000ml，静置24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味，浓缩至相对密度为1.36-1.41(65℃)的稠膏，备用；
(4)将上述清膏与稠膏混和，经混匀后，70℃干燥后粉碎成细粉，加入上述细粉，拌匀，加入适量乳糖，混匀，用85％乙醇制粒，干燥，制成颗粒剂，即得；或将上述清膏与稠膏混和，经混匀后，70℃干燥后粉碎成细粉，加入上述细粉，拌匀，制成颗粒，干燥(50℃)，加入适量滑石粉，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。

当归10-35份 香果10-35份 葛根12-55份
麦冬10-35份 山药10-45份。
