本发明公开了一种金属有机配合物,包含其的高聚物、混合物、组合物以及有机电子器件。这种金属有机配合物中包含邻位取代基配体,由于这类配体包含一定位阻邻位取代基,使得整个金属有机配合物具有良好的刚性、化学及热稳定性,能够得到较窄的发光光谱和较好的色纯度,并且稳定性和发光效率也得到提升。
