本发明公开了一种涤纶及其生产方法,该涤纶的各原料包括以下重量份数配比制得:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:60~80份、苯基甲基硅油:20~40份、茶多酚:1~10份、抗氧化剂、20‑40份、抗紫外线剂、20‑40份;分散剂:20‑30份、石蜡油:1‑10份;抗静电剂、1‑10份、乳化剂:1‑10份、集束剂:2‑5份、助剂:5‑8份。本发明不仅具有良好的阻燃和抗氧化效果,同时具有良好的抗菌除臭效果,满足人们对多功能的纤维的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶及其生产方法。
背景技术
现在随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对功能性纤维的需求也越来越强,只具有阻燃和抗氧化效果的纤维已经无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涤纶及其制造方法,其通过对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的配方进行改进,加入茶多酚、苯基甲基硅油、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂、分散剂、染料,并进一步对抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂、分散剂、染料的使用种类以及包括茶多酚和苯基甲基硅油在内的物质的用量进行优化筛选提升产品性能具。然后, 为了适应配方上的改进,在生产工艺上同样进行优化,并对工艺中使用到的化纤油剂进行 配方改进,进一步提升产品加工性能,从而得到本发明涤纶丝。本发明不仅具有良好的阻燃和抗氧化效果,同时具有良好的抗菌除臭效果,满足人们对多功能的纤维的需求。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:提供一种涤纶,其各原料包括以下重量份数配比制得:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:60-80份;
苯基甲基硅油:20-40份;
茶多酚:1-10份;
抗氧化剂:20-40份;
抗紫外线剂:20-40份;
分散剂:20-30份;
石蜡油:1-10份;
抗静电剂:1-10份;
乳化剂:1-10份;
集束剂:2-5份;
助剂:5-8份。
优选地,所述抗静电剂选用脂肪酸甘油酯。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂选用抗坏血酸。
优选地,所述抗紫外线剂选用水杨酸对辛基苯酯。
优选地,所述乳化剂选用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明还提供一种涤纶生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一,原材料的制备和反应,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和苯基甲基硅油按比例选取分量,进行交换和缩聚反应,茶多酚和助剂按比例选取分量,进行调配;
步骤二,称量,按比例称取所需重量的抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂以及分散剂;
步骤三,结晶干燥,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯放入165°C预结晶,然后放入170°C进行干燥;
步骤四,改性,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与苯基甲基硅油、茶多酚、分散剂混合对其改性;
步骤五,纺丝,步骤四中改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯压入纺丝机进行纺丝;
步骤六,合成,将抗静电剂、乳化剂、集束剂、石蜡油混合合成化纤油剂;
步骤七,涂抹,步骤五中纺丝后得到的涤纶上涂抹化纤油剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂;
步骤八,加工成型,将涤纶放入设备中加工成型。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明通过对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的配方进行改进,加入茶多酚、苯基甲基硅油、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂、分散剂、染料,并进一步对抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂、分散剂、染料的使用种类以及包括茶多酚和苯基甲基硅油在内的物质的用量进行优化筛选提升产品性能具。然后, 为了适应配方上的改进,在生产工艺上同样进行优化,并对工艺中使用到的化纤油剂进行 配方改进,进一步提升产品加工性能,从而得到本发明涤纶丝。本发明不仅具有良好的阻燃和抗氧化效果,同时具有良好的抗菌除臭效果,满足人们对多功能的纤维的需求。
具体实施方式
下面给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。本发明涤纶的各原料包括以下重量份数配比制得:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:60-80份;
苯基甲基硅油:20-40份;
茶多酚:1-10份;
抗氧化剂:20-40份;
抗紫外线剂:20-40份;
分散剂:20-30份;
石蜡油:1-10份;
抗静电剂:1-10份;
乳化剂:1-10份;
集束剂:2-5份;
助剂:5-8份。
所述抗静电剂选用脂肪酸甘油酯。
所述抗氧化剂选用抗坏血酸。
所述抗紫外线剂选用水杨酸对辛基苯酯。
所述乳化剂选用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
上述实例的生产工艺方法为:选取苯基甲基硅油和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,进行交换和缩聚反应;选取茶多酚和助剂,进行调配,称取抗氧化剂20份、抗紫外线剂以及分散剂,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和紫外线固化胶放入165°C预结晶,然后放入170°C进行干燥,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与苯基甲基硅油、茶多酚、分散剂混合对其改性,将改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯压入纺丝机进行纺丝,将抗静电剂、乳化剂、集束剂、石蜡油混合合成化纤油剂;将纺丝后得到的涤纶上涂抹化纤油剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂,将涤纶放入设备中加工成型。
本发明涤纶的生产方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,原材料的制备和反应,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和苯基甲基硅油按比例选取分量,进行交换和缩聚反应,茶多酚和助剂按比例选取分量,进行调配;
步骤二,称量,按比例称取所需重量的抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂以及分散剂;
步骤三,结晶干燥,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯放入165°C预结晶,然后放入170°C进行干燥;
步骤四,改性,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与苯基甲基硅油、茶多酚、分散剂混合对其改性。
步骤五,纺丝,步骤四中改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯压入纺丝机进行纺丝;
步骤六,合成,将抗静电剂、乳化剂、集束剂、石蜡油混合合成化纤油剂;
步骤七,涂抹,步骤五中纺丝后得到的涤纶上涂抹化纤油剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂。
步骤八,加工成型,将涤纶放入设备中加工成型。

第一选取苯基甲基硅油20份和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯60份,进行交换和缩聚反应;选取茶多酚1份和助剂5份,进行调配;第二称取抗氧化剂20份、抗紫外线剂20份以及分散剂20份;第三将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯60份和紫外线固化胶20份放入165°C预结晶,然后放入170°C进行干燥;第四将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯60份与苯基甲基硅油20份、茶多酚1份、分散剂20份混合对其改性;第五将第四中改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯60份压入纺丝机进行纺丝;第六将抗静电剂1分、乳化剂1分、集束剂2分、石蜡油1份混合合成化纤油剂1份;第七将第五中纺丝后得到的涤纶上涂抹化纤油剂1份、抗氧化剂20分、抗紫外线剂20份;第八将涤纶放入设备中加工成型。

分散剂:20-30份;
石蜡油:1-10份;
抗静电剂:1-10份;
乳化剂:1-10份;
集束剂:2-5份;
助剂:5-8份。

3.如权利要求1所述的涤纶,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选用抗坏血酸。

6.一种涤纶生产方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一,原材料的制备和反应,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和苯基甲基硅油按比例选取分量,进行交换和缩聚反应,茶多酚和助剂按比例选取分量,进行调配;
步骤二,称量,按比例称取所需重量的抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂以及分散剂;
步骤三,结晶干燥,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯放入165°C预结晶,然后放入170°C进行干燥;
步骤四,改性,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与苯基甲基硅油、茶多酚、分散剂混合对其改性;
步骤五,纺丝,步骤四中改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯压入纺丝机进行纺丝;
步骤六,合成,将抗静电剂、乳化剂、集束剂、石蜡油混合合成化纤油剂;
步骤七,涂抹,步骤五中纺丝后得到的涤纶上涂抹化纤油剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂;
步骤八,加工成型,将涤纶放入设备中加工成型。
