本发明公开了一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蜂蜡3-5,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,柠檬油0.3-0.5,薄荷油0.3-0.5,白矿油0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,纳米氧化锌3-5,β-环糊精3-5,平平加O-25?0.3-0.5,成膜助剂10-15,芦荟胶1-2,水40-50。本发明的柳编处理剂具有良好的成膜性,与基材的结合力强,能在柳编制品表面形成均匀致密的涂膜,具有附着力强、耐水性及透气透湿性能好、抗粘连、稳定性高的特点,绿色环保,还有除臭除异味的功效,对人体健康和空气环境有益,实用价值高。

技术领域
本发明涉及柳编表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
柳编是中国传统手工艺品之一,原材料资源丰富,历史悠久。柳编制品外表美观、价格低廉、绿色环保,具有很好的艺术性和实用性,被广泛应用于日常生活、家庭装饰和艺术观赏等方面,受到国内外消费者的欢迎,市场前景良好。然而,柳编属于有机纤维质材料,耐候性差,容易发生降解老化,需要通过表面处理来对其进行保护,延长使用寿命,同时保留它的自然美。常用的油性处理剂给环境带来污染和危害且成本高,而水性处理剂的附着力、抗粘连性、耐水性、稳定性等性能较差。而且现有的处理剂大都功能比较单一,随着社会的不断发展,需要一些具有附加价值的产品来解决更多的其他问题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3-5,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,柠檬油0.3-0.5,薄荷油0.3-0.5,白矿油0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,纳米氧化锌3-5,β-环糊精3-5,平平加O-250.3-0.5,成膜助剂10-15,芦荟胶1-2,水40-50;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1-2,大豆蛋白6-8,马来酸酐2-4,聚乙烯醇1-2,丙二醇丁醚2-3,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5-1,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水50-60;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h,然后加入其余原料85-95℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后即得。
一种具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、柠檬油、薄荷油、白矿油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70-80℃共同搅拌10-15min得A组分,将苯乙烯、纳米氧化锌、β-环糊精、丙烯酸丁酯和水混合并于50-60℃、1000-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80-85℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-3h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白和聚乙烯醇共混后通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和马来酸酐进行改性制得成膜助剂,将蜂蜡、苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯等原料进行反应制得复合乳液,复配得到的柳编处理剂具有良好的成膜性,与基材的结合力强,能在柳编制品表面形成均匀致密的涂膜,具有附着力强、耐水性及透气透湿性能好、抗粘连、稳定性高的特点,绿色环保,还有除臭除异味的功效,对人体健康和空气环境有益,实用价值高。
具体实施方式
一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3,苯乙烯4,丙烯酸丁酯6,柠檬油0.3,薄荷油0.3,白矿油0.5,过硫酸钾0.5,纳米氧化锌3,β-环糊精3,平平加O-250.3,成膜助剂10,芦荟胶1,水40;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1,大豆蛋白6,马来酸酐2,聚乙烯醇1,丙二醇丁醚2,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5,苯甲酸钠0.1,水50;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60℃搅拌1h,然后加入其余原料85℃搅拌1h,冷却后即得。
一种具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、柠檬油、薄荷油、白矿油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70℃共同搅拌10min得A组分,将苯乙烯、纳米氧化锌、β-环糊精、丙烯酸丁酯和水混合并于50℃、1000r/min搅拌0.5h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80℃、800r/min搅拌2h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50℃搅拌1h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂。
根据相关标准对上述制得的柳编处理剂进行性能测试,结果如下:

1.一种除臭除异味柳编处理剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3-5,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,柠檬油0.3-0.5,薄荷油0.3-0.5,白矿油0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,纳米氧化锌3-5,β-环糊精3-5,平平加O-250.3-0.5,成膜助剂10-15,芦荟胶1-2,水40-50;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1-2,大豆蛋白6-8,马来酸酐2-4,聚乙烯醇1-2,丙二醇丁醚2-3,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5-1,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水50-60;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h,然后加入其余原料85-95℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、柠檬油、薄荷油、白矿油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70-80℃共同搅拌10-15min得A组分,将苯乙烯、纳米氧化锌、β-环糊精、丙烯酸丁酯和水混合并于50-60℃、1000-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80-85℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-3h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得具有除异味功能的柳编处理剂。
