本发明公开了一种净化空气柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蜂蜡3-5,电气石粉3-5,麦饭石粉2-4,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,果胶0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,椰子油1-2,平平加O-250.3-0.5,柠檬酸钠1-2,成膜助剂10-15,水40-50。本发明的柳编处理剂具有良好的成膜性,与基材的结合力强,能在柳编制品表面形成均匀致密的涂膜,具有附着力强、耐水性及透气透湿性能好、抗粘连、稳定性高的特点,绿色环保,还有吸附空气中有害物质、产生负离子、净化空气的功效,实用价值高。

一种净化空气柳编处理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及柳编表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种净化空气柳编处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
柳编是中国传统手工艺品之一,原材料资源丰富,历史悠久。柳编制品外表美观、价格低廉、绿色环保,具有很好的艺术性和实用性,被广泛应用于日常生活、家庭装饰和艺术观赏等方面,受到国内外消费者的欢迎,市场前景良好。然而,柳编属于有机纤维质材料,耐候性差,容易发生降解老化,需要通过表面处理来对其进行保护,延长使用寿命,同时保留它的自然美。常用的油性处理剂给环境带来污染和危害且成本高,而水性处理剂的附着力、抗粘连性、耐水性、稳定性等性能较差。同时,随着人们生活水平的提高,室内空气环境对人体的健康问题逐渐受到重视,具有净化空气功效的保健功能性产品也越来越受到关注。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种净化空气柳编处理剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种净化空气柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3-5,电气石粉3-5,麦饭石粉2-4,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,果胶0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,椰子油1-2,平平加O-250.3-0.5,柠檬酸钠1-2,成膜助剂10-15,水40-50;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1-2,大豆蛋白6-8,马来酸酐2-4,聚乙烯醇1-2,丙二醇丁醚2-3,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5-1,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水50-60;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h,然后加入其余原料85-95℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后即得。
一种净化空气柳编处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、椰子油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70-80℃共同搅拌10-15min得A组分,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、电气石粉、麦饭石粉和水混合并于50-60℃、1000-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80-85℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-3h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得净化空气柳编处理剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白和聚乙烯醇共混后通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和马来酸酐进行改性制得成膜助剂,将蜂蜡、苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯等原料进行反应制得复合乳液,复配得到的柳编处理剂具有良好的成膜性,与基材的结合力强,能在柳编制品表面形成均匀致密的涂膜,具有附着力强、耐水性及透气透湿性能好、抗粘连、稳定性高的特点,绿色环保,还有吸附空气中有害物质、产生负离子、净化空气的功效,实用价值高。
具体实施方式
一种净化空气柳编处理剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3,电气石粉3,麦饭石粉2,苯乙烯4,丙烯酸丁酯6,果胶0.5,过硫酸钾0.5,椰子油1,平平加O-250.3,柠檬酸钠1,成膜助剂10,水40;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1,大豆蛋白6,马来酸酐2,聚乙烯醇1,丙二醇丁醚2,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5,苯甲酸钠0.1,水50;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60℃搅拌1h,然后加入其余原料85℃搅拌1h,冷却后即得。
一种净化空气柳编处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、椰子油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70℃共同搅拌10min得A组分,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、电气石粉、麦饭石粉和水混合并于50℃、1000r/min搅拌0.5h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80℃、800r/min搅拌2h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50℃搅拌1h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得净化空气柳编处理剂。
根据相关标准对上述制得的柳编处理剂进行性能测试,结果如下:

Claims (2)

1.一种净化空气柳编处理剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜡3-5,电气石粉3-5,麦饭石粉2-4,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯6-8,果胶0.5-1,过硫酸钾0.5-1,椰子油1-2,平平加O-250.3-0.5,柠檬酸钠1-2,成膜助剂10-15,水40-50;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:壳聚糖1-2,大豆蛋白6-8,马来酸酐2-4,聚乙烯醇1-2,丙二醇丁醚2-3,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.5-1,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水50-60;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将壳聚糖、大豆蛋白、聚乙烯醇和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h,然后加入其余原料85-95℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净化空气柳编处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,将蜂蜡、椰子油、平平加O-25和过硫酸钾混合并于70-80℃共同搅拌10-15min得A组分,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、电气石粉、麦饭石粉和水混合并于50-60℃、1000-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h得B组分,最后将A组分与B组分共同加入反应釜80-85℃、800-1000r/min搅拌2-3h,冷却后得复合乳液;
(2)将(1)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,然后将所得的浆料研磨至细度≤30μm,过滤后即得净化空气柳编处理剂。
