本发明属于导热复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法,将微米级的氮化镁、微米级的碳化硅、微米级的三氧化二铝、微米级的导热碳粉和微米级的导热石墨粉辐照活化后混合成导热粉体,以丙酮超声分散均匀得到混合液,空心玻璃微珠放入氢氧化钠溶液浸渍后取出,以硅烷偶联剂直接喷洒得到表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠,表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠放入导热粉体混合液中,超声分散均匀,溶剂挥发后得到改性空心玻璃微珠,改性空心玻璃微珠、导热粉体和固化剂经物理共混固化得到热固性树脂基导热复合材料,导热材料用量大大较少,保证材料具有轻质化、耐腐蚀、无污染、成本低、精度高、寿命长等优点,导热效率更高。

一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于导热复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的导热材料多为导热性较好的金属材料,但由于金属材料的抗腐蚀性能差、导电性高、密度大、制造能耗高,限制了其在化工、电子等领域的应用。大多数聚合物材料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、质量轻、绝缘性好、制造成本低等优点,但它们大多是热的不良导体,导热系数不大,因此要拓展其在导热散热领域的应用,提高导热性能是关键。目前使用高导热性的金属或无机填料填充聚合物材料是比较常用的方法,这样得到的导热材料易加工成型,经过适当的工艺处理或配方调整可以应用于很多特殊的领域。聚合物基导热复合材料是指以聚合物材料为基体,以导热性物质为填料,经过共混分散复合而得到的,具有一定导热功能的多相复合体系。聚合物基导热复合材料既具有导热功能,又具有复合物聚合物复合材料的许多优异特性,可以再较大范围内调节材料的导电、导热和机械性能,因而具有广泛的应用前景。然而,目前采用的聚合物基体大部分为热塑性塑料,与无机功能填料的共混采用机械共混,相容性较差,对于导热网络的要求较高,现有的生产工艺生产达不到要求,且材料用量大,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷,提供一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法,导热材料用量大大较少,保证材料具有轻质化、耐腐蚀、无污染、成本低、精度高、寿命长等优点,导热效率更高。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案如下:
一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将微米级的氮化镁、微米级的碳化硅、微米级的三氧化二铝、微米级的导热碳粉和微米级的导热石墨粉分别用等离子活化仪在普通等离子处理模式下进行辐照活化1h以上,然后再以9:2:3:6的比例混合成导热粉体,再将混合成的导热粉体与丙酮以质量比1:1超声分散均匀,得到导热粉体混合液;将空心玻璃微珠放入浓度为0.15mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸渍1小时后取出,常温风干后将硅烷偶联剂直接喷洒在经氢氧化钠溶液处理过的空心玻璃微珠表面,得到表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠;
b、将步骤a制备的表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠放入步骤a制备的导热粉体混合液中,一起超声分散1小时以上直至分散均匀,让溶剂在空气中挥发后得到改性空心玻璃微珠,也就是表面包裹了导热粉体的空心玻璃微珠;
c、将聚氨酯树脂、步骤b制备得到的改性空心玻璃微珠、步骤a制备的经过辐照活化的导热粉体和固化剂经物理共混,先在18℃下固化处理后再在 83℃下固化处理,导热粉体、固化剂填充在聚氨酯树脂、改性空心玻璃微珠之间的缝隙内,得到热固性树脂基导热复合材料。
本发明所取得的有益效果是:采用上述方案,本发明采用聚氨酯树脂为基体,用玻璃空心微球和其他功能性导热填料进行共混合成,最后得到聚合物基导热制品,保证了材料的加工性能,空心玻璃微球经过表面处理后可以更好的被导热粉体等包裹,大大地减少了导热粉体的用量,同时由于空心玻璃微球的填充,使得材料轻质化,导热粉体填充在在空心微球表面和间隙部分,进入聚合物基体中被强迫形成相互连接导热通道,提高了导热效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地描述。
一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将微米级的氮化镁、微米级的碳化硅、微米级的三氧化二铝、微米级的导热碳粉和微米级的导热石墨粉分别用等离子活化仪在普通等离子处理模式下进行辐照活化1h以上,然后再以9:2:3:6的比例混合成导热粉体,再将混合成的导热粉体与丙酮以质量比1:1超声分散均匀,得到导热粉体混合液;将空心玻璃微珠放入浓度为0.15mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸渍1小时后取出,常温风干后将硅烷偶联剂KH550直接喷洒在经氢氧化钠溶液处理过的空心玻璃微珠表面,得到表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠;
b、将步骤a制备的表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠放入步骤a制备的导热粉体混合液中,一起超声分散1小时以上直至分散均匀,让溶剂在空气中挥发后得到改性空心玻璃微珠,也就是表面包裹了导热粉体的空心玻璃微珠;
c、将77g聚氨酯树脂、26g步骤b制备得到的改性空心玻璃微珠、16g步骤a 制备的经过辐照活化的导热粉体和固化剂环烷酸钴混合,用高速分散均质机搅拌5min,然后超声分散15min,浇注到模具中,先在18℃下固化处理后再在 83℃下固化处理,导热粉体、固化剂环烷酸钴充分填充在聚氨酯树脂、改性空心玻璃微珠之间的缝隙内,聚氨酯树脂为基体,用玻璃空心微球和其他功能性导热填料进行共混合成,保证了材料的加工性能,空心玻璃微球经过表面处理后可以更好的被导热粉体等包裹,大大地减少了导热粉体的用量,同时由于空心玻璃微球的填充,使得材料轻质化,导热粉体填充在在空心微球表面和间隙部分,进入聚合物基体中被强迫形成相互连接导热通道,使得到的热固性树脂基导热复合材料具有较高的导热效率。

Claims (1)

1.一种热固性导热复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、将微米级的氮化镁、微米级的碳化硅、微米级的三氧化二铝、微米级的导热碳粉和微米级的导热石墨粉分别用等离子活化仪在普通等离子处理模式下进行辐照活化1h以上,然后再以9:2:3:6的比例混合成导热粉体,再将混合成的导热粉体与丙酮以质量比1:1超声分散均匀,得到导热粉体混合液;将空心玻璃微珠放入浓度为0.15mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸渍1小时后取出,常温风干后将硅烷偶联剂直接喷洒在经氢氧化钠溶液处理过的空心玻璃微珠表面,得到表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠;
b、将a制备的表面凹凸不平的空心玻璃微珠放入a制备的导热粉体混合液中,一起超声分散1小时以上直至分散均匀,让溶剂在空气中挥发后得到改性空心玻璃微珠,也就是表面包裹了导热粉体的空心玻璃微珠;
c、将聚氨酯树脂、b制备得到的改性空心玻璃微珠、a制备的经过辐照活化的导热粉体和固化剂经物理共混,先在18℃下固化3小时后再在83℃下固化2小时,导热粉体、固化剂填充在聚氨酯树脂、改性空心玻璃微珠之间的缝隙内,得到热固性树脂基导热复合材料。
