Abstract
一种组合式阀门:包括两位三通阀、二号阀、三号阀,两位三通阀设有P1口、A1口、B1口,二号阀设有P2口、A2口,三号阀设有P3口、A3口;P1口、A1口、B1口设置在进水流道,进水流道设有可旋转的阀板,进水流道与阀板构成两位三通阀;P2口、A2口、P3口、A3口呈十字形设置在出水流道的周向壁上,出水流道中安装有可旋转的阀芯,阀芯设有连通孔及连通孔两侧的挡板;阀芯具有连通孔连通P2口‑A2口、挡板遮挡住P3口‑A3口时的一号工位,以及连通孔连通P3口‑A3口、挡板遮挡住P2口‑A2口时的二号工位。本发明实现了两位三通阀、二号阀、三号阀的联动切换,在过滤桶中应用时管路结构紧凑,过滤桶的整体外形也很简洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及水族饲养装置领域,具体涉及到一种组合式阀门。
背景技术
过滤器是水族箱的重要的组成部分,它的作用是通过过滤器中的过滤元件将水中的杂质、鱼的排泄物、鱼的分泌物、残饵、水草的腐枝烂叶以及水中的其他废物过滤掉,以此调节水的各项指标,保持水族箱内的水质清新、透彻,维持水族箱内的水质稳定。按工作原理,过滤系统可以分为物理过滤、化学过滤、生物过滤三种。
物理过滤是利用过滤元件2把水中的不溶性杂质、废物阻隔下来的方法。当过滤器运行一段时间后,如图1所示,不溶杂质01会积攒在过滤元件2靠近过滤器进水口3一侧,为保证过滤器的正常运行,必须定期对过滤元件2进行清洗。
目前清洗过滤元件2主要有两种方法,一是拆开滤筒1后取出过滤元件2进行清洗,二是如图2所示,采用反冲清洗的方法,即清水由出水口4进入,将不溶杂质01从排污口5冲出。上述两种清洗方法,前者需要拆卸滤筒1,过程繁琐,效率低下,后者需要配备繁冗的外部管路,会使过滤器乃至整个水族箱外形臃肿,而且多个阀门的切换操作麻烦、容易出错。
发明内容
为了方便、迅速完成过滤器中水流方向的切换,本发明提供了一种组合式阀门。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种组合式阀门:包括两位三通阀、二号阀、三号阀,所述两位三通阀设有P1口、A1口、B1口,所述二号阀设有P2口、A2口,所述三号阀设有P3口、A3口; 还包括进水流道,所述P1口、A1口、B1口设置在所述进水流道,所述进水流道设有可旋转的阀板;所述阀板具有遮挡住所述B1口的一号位置,以及遮挡住所述A1口的二号位置,所述进水流道与阀板构成所述两位三通阀;还包括圆柱形的出水流道,所述P2口、A2口、P3口、A3口呈十字形设置在所述出水流道的周向壁上,所述P2口、A2口相对布置,所述P3口、A3口相对布置,所述出水流道中安装有可旋转的阀芯,所述阀芯设有连通孔及所述连通孔两侧的挡板;所述阀芯具有所述连通孔连通P2口-A2口、所述挡板遮挡住P3口-A3口时的一号工位,以及所述连通孔连通P3口-A3口、所述挡板遮挡住P2口-A2口时的二号工位。
所述阀芯上安装有拉杆,所述拉杆的另一端安装在所述阀板上,所述阀芯旋转时,拉杆拉动所述阀板同步旋转。
所述阀芯的边缘设有销钉,所述拉杆的一端固定在所述阀板的转轴上,所述拉杆的自由端设有长孔,所述长孔装配在所述销钉上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明实现了两位三通阀、二号阀、三号阀的联动切换,在过滤桶中应用时管路结构紧凑,过滤桶的整体外形也很简洁。

实施例中,如图3、图4所示,具有反冲清洗装置的过滤器,包括滤筒1,所述滤筒1内安装有过滤元件2,所述滤筒1在所述过滤元件2的进水区设有进水口3、排污口5,出水区设有出水口4,还包括两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3,所述两位三通阀F1设有P1口、A1口、B1口,所述二号阀F2设有P2口、A2口,所述三号阀F3设有P3口、A3口;所述P1口与进水口3相连,所述A2口与出水口4相连,所述A3口与排污口5相连,所述A1口、P3口与过滤元件2进水区相连,所述B1口、P2口与过滤元件2出水区相连;所述P1口-A1口通、P2口-A2口通、P3口-A3口不通时,所述进水口3、P1口、A1口、过滤元件2进水区、过滤元件2、过滤元件2出水区、P2口、A2口、出水口4构成过滤通道,所述P1口-B1口通、P2口-A2口不通、P3口-A3口通时,所述进水口3、P1口、B1口、过滤元件2出水区、过滤元件2、过滤元件2进水区、P3口、A3口、排污口5构成反冲清洗通道。本发明只需同时切换两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3就能完成过滤工位与反冲清洗工位的切换,不用更改进水口3与出水口4的水流流向,整个过程简单、操作方便;而且管路结构紧凑,滤筒1的整体外形也很简洁。
实施例中,如图3、图4所示,所述两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3联动。本实施例的两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3可以采用电磁控制阀实现同步控制,也可通过机械结构的形式来实现联动。
实施例中,如图10、图11、图12、图13、图14所示,所述滤筒1上设有进水流道11,所述P1口、A1口、B1口设置在所述进水流道11,所述进水流道11设有可旋转的阀板12;所述阀板12具有遮挡住所述B1口的一号位置,以及遮挡住所述A1口的二号位置,所述进水流道11与阀板12构成所述两位三通阀F1。本实施例,利用滤筒1内部流道与结构构成两位三通阀F1,与普通的两位三通阀相比,省却了管路,结构紧凑。

实施例中,如图11、图12、图13、图14所示,所述阀芯14上安装有拉杆18,所述拉杆18的另一端安装在所述阀板12上,所述阀芯14旋转时,拉杆18拉动所述阀板12同步旋转。本实施例结构,同步旋转的阀板12与阀芯14通过机械结构的形式实现了两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3的联动,具有结构可靠、故障率低的特点。
实施例中,如图11、图12、图13、图14所示,所述阀芯14的边缘设有销钉17,所述拉杆18的一端固定在所述阀板12的转轴上,所述拉杆18的自由端设有长孔19,所述长孔19装配在所述销钉17上。同理,本发明还可选择将拉杆18的一端固定在销钉17上,将长孔19装配在所述阀板12的转轴上。
实施例中,如图12所示,箭头方向为过滤工位时的水流方向,水流由进水口3进,出水口4出;如图13所示,箭头方向为反冲清洗工位时的水流方向,水流由进水口3进,排污口5出。实施例中,如图5、图6、图7、图8、图9所示,所述滤筒1为圆桶,所述过滤元件2为环形件,所述圆桶中心设有回流管6,所述过滤元件2为设置在所述回流管6外部,所述回流管6的上端与B1口、P2口连通,所述回流管6的下端与滤元件2的出水区连通;所述过滤元件2与滤筒1之间的间隙为所述过滤元件2进水区,所述过滤元件2与回流管6之间的间隙为所述过滤元件2的出水区。本实施例,过滤元件2的圆柱面即为过滤面,与自上而下或自下而上的过滤形式相比,过滤面积更大,过滤性能也更佳。
实施例中,如图6、图8、图9所示,所述滤筒1在进水区的位置设有滚筒7,所述滚筒7与过滤元件2相干涉并陷入过滤元件2中,所述滚筒7可带动所述滤筒1绕回流管6转动,所述滤筒1上还安装有带动所述滚筒7转动的电机8;所述过滤器处于过滤工位时,所述电机8关闭,所述过滤器处于反冲清洗工位时,所述电机8启动。本实施例在反冲清洗工位时,滚筒7会带动过滤元件2转动,能更彻底的完成清洗;电机8与阀芯14实现联动,即阀芯14位于一号工位时,电机8关闭,阀芯14位于二号工位时,电机8开启;电机8与阀芯14的联动可采用接触开关实现,也可以采用芯片或程序来实现;阀芯14可以手工切换,也可采用电机自动切换;电机8与阀芯14可进一步利用手机APP或其他遥控终端来操作。
实施例中,如图6、图9、图15、图16所示,所述过滤元件2由若干个环形圆盘21相叠而成,所述环形圆盘21的圆柱面上圆柱阵列有若干缺口22。本实施的过滤元件2包括多个环形圆盘21,环形圆盘21可选用具有一定弹性的多孔材料,比如过滤棉、过滤纱制作,加工安装、维修更好都很方便,缺口22用于保证滚筒7顺利带动环形圆盘21旋转。
实施例中,如图18、图19所示,所述滚筒7包括转轴71,所述转轴71上周向固定有长直叶轮,所述长直叶轮由若干个十字短叶轮72组成。本实施例滚筒7通过十字短叶轮72的十字叶片带动环形圆盘21旋转,具有稳定性好不易打滑的优点。
实施例中,如图18、图19所示,所述十字短叶轮72上设有若干与所述转轴71垂直的加强筋73。本实施例的加强筋73高出十字短叶轮72的表面,除了有加强强度的作用,还可起到增强摩擦、防止打滑的作用。
实施例中,如图15、图16、图17所示,所述回流管6的外部安装有若干支撑架10,所述回流管6与支撑架10间隙配合,所述环形圆盘21安装在所述支撑架10中。本实施例的支撑架10起到支撑环形圆盘21的作用,并能绕回流管6转动。
实施例中,如图15、图16、图17所示,所述支撑架10包括下定位环10-1,所述下定位环10-1的内孔边缘设有支撑筒,所述支撑筒上端可拆卸安装有上定位环10-2,所述环形圆盘21安装在所述下定位环10-1与上定位环10-2之间。本实施例的支撑架10结构为拼装结构,方便环形圆盘21的安装与拆卸。
实施例中,如图16、图17所示,所述支撑筒包括若干圆周阵列布置的支撑杆10-3,若干所述支撑杆10-3上端设有固定环10-4,至少两根支撑杆10-3上端设有用于安装所述上定位环10-2的弹性卡扣10-5。本实施例也可选用其他形式的可拆卸结构,不过相对来说,弹性卡扣10-5更容易拆卸,稳定性也较好,不易损坏。
实施例中,如图16、图17所示,所述下定位环10-1与上定位环10-2上圆周阵列有若干漏水孔10-6。本实施例选用单排漏水孔10-6,也可选用双排或多排漏水孔10-6,其目的是用来减少支撑架10对过滤元件2出水区的水流的阻碍。
实施例中,如图8所示,所述回流管6内设有紫外线杀菌灯9。紫外线消毒也属于物理方法,它不向水中增加任何物质,没有副作用,与物料过滤配合作用 ,相得益彰。
实施例中,如图14所示,挡板16与阀芯14本体之间设有用于安装密封圈的间隙,使得二号阀F2、三号阀F3的密闭性更好。
本发明实施例的滤筒1包括筒身与上盖,筒身上盖采用卡箍固定连接,此外两位三通阀F1、二号阀F2、三号阀F3、滚筒7、电机8、紫外线杀菌灯9均设置在上盖上,具有拆卸、清洗、维护方便的特点。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷例。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种组合式阀门,其特征在于:包括两位三通阀(F1)、二号阀(F2)、三号阀(F3),所述两位三通阀(F1)设有P1口、A1口、B1口,所述二号阀(F2)设有P2口、A2口,所述三号阀(F3)设有P3口、A3口;
还包括进水流道(11),所述P1口、A1口、B1口设置在所述进水流道(11),所述进水流道(11)设有可旋转的阀板(12);所述阀板(12)具有遮挡住所述B1口的一号位置,以及遮挡住所述A1口的二号位置,所述进水流道(11)与阀板(12)构成所述两位三通阀(F1);
还包括圆柱形的出水流道(13),所述P2口、A2口、P3口、A3口呈十字形设置在所述出水流道(13)的周向壁上,所述P2口、A2口相对布置,所述P3口、A3口相对布置,所述出水流道(13)中安装有可旋转的阀芯(14),所述阀芯(14)设有连通孔(15)及所述连通孔(15)两侧的挡板(16);所述阀芯(14)具有所述连通孔(15)连通P2口-A2口、所述挡板(16)遮挡住P3口-A3口时的一号工位,以及所述连通孔(15)连通P3口-A3口、所述挡板(16)遮挡住P2口-A2口时的二号工位;
所述阀芯(14)上安装有拉杆(18),所述拉杆(18)的另一端安装在所述阀板(12)上,所述阀芯(14)旋转时,拉杆(18)拉动所述阀板(12)同步旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式阀门,其特征在于:所述阀芯(14)的边缘设有销钉(17),所述拉杆(18)的一端固定在所述阀板(12)的转轴上,所述拉杆(18)的自由端设有长孔(19),所述长孔(19)装配在所述销钉(17)上。
