Effect evaluation and Performance detection
1. Purpose of experiment
Moisturizing efficacy comparisons of example 6, comparative examples 1-4 were tested.
2. Test subject
5 women with healthy hand skin aged 20-22 years.
3. Experimental equipment
German CK skin tester Cutomer MPA 580, dry facial tissue, latex finger stall, 10-100 μ L of liquid-transfering gun.
4. Experimental methods
4.1 preparation before testing
(1) Any product (cosmetics and external medicines) can not be used for 2-3 days before the test of the tested part, and water can not be contacted for 1-3 hours. Before the test, the testee needs to uniformly clean the inner sides of the forearms of the hands, and the cleaning method is to wipe the forearms clean by using dry facial tissues.
(2) Before formal test, sitting still in a room meeting the standard for at least 20min, no drinking water or beverage, exposing forearm, and placing in the test state to keep relaxed.
4.2 determination
(3) And starting a laboratory air conditioner at 7:00 in the morning, setting the temperature to be 20 ℃, after one hour, allowing the testee to enter the laboratory after the temperature and the humidity are stable, resting for 20min, determining the tested area of the testee during the resting period, and preparing for cleaning. Subjects were tested at 8:20, 10:20, 12:20, 14:20, 16:20, 18:20, 20:20, respectively, and entered the test laboratory for resting 20 minutes prior to testing.
(4) The product application zone and blank control zone should be randomly distributed over the left and right arm calibration zones to ensure that all product and blank zone positions are statistically balanced.
(5) The test sample was coated in a single pass at a dose of 0.02g, the sample was evenly coated into the test area using a latex finger cot, and the actual amount of sample coating was recorded.
(6) After the instruments are adjusted according to the instructions of a capacitance method skin moisture tester and an epidermis moisture loss tester, the product area and the control area are measured, and each area is tested at least three times in parallel. The initial values for each test area (before sample application) were measured and the test was performed every 2h after sample and reference application for 12 h.
