本发明公开了一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁5‑25份、硅橡胶10‑30份、硫磺4‑16份、氧化锌8‑20份、硬脂酸4‑18份、三元乙丙橡胶4‑20份、硫化促进剂1‑11份、高岭土2‑8份、二辛脂1‑11份、黑色母3‑13份、PP树脂5‑25份、硼酸锌4‑12份、相容剂2‑8份、锡酸锌2‑8份、抑烟剂1‑11份。本发明具有防腐蚀效果好、耐酸碱以及使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料。
背景技术
目目前,随着科技的进步,电缆的使用量也在逐渐增多,电缆主要起到传输电信号的作用,而电缆的铺设一般是在室外,且部分电缆常常会长期处于环境较为恶劣的地区,传统的电缆结构设计单一以及材料选择等问题,在强酸强碱的环境下,容易出现被腐蚀的情况,不利于人们的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁5-25份、硅橡胶10-30份、硫磺4-16份、氧化锌8-20份、硬脂酸4-18份、三元乙丙橡胶4-20份、硫化促进剂1-11份、高岭土2-8份、二辛脂1-11份、黑色母3-13份、PP树脂5-25份、硼酸锌4-12份、相容剂2-8份、锡酸锌2-8份、抑烟剂1-11份。
上述的一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁5-23份、硅橡胶10-25份、硫磺4-14份、氧化锌8-18份、硬脂酸4-16份、三元乙丙橡胶4-18份、硫化促进剂1-9份、高岭土2-6份、二辛脂1-9份、黑色母3-11份、PP树脂5-23份、硼酸锌4-10份、相容剂2-6份、锡酸锌2-6份、抑烟剂1-9份。
上述的一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁15份、硅橡胶20份、硫磺10份、氧化锌14份、硬脂酸11份、三元乙丙橡胶12份、硫化促进剂6份、高岭土5份、二辛脂6份、黑色母8份、PP树脂15份、硼酸锌8份、相容剂5份、锡酸锌5份、抑烟剂6份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有防腐蚀效果好、耐酸碱以及使用寿命长等优点,本电缆在长期使用过程中也不会出现被腐蚀的情况,结构强度高,大大降低了人们的使用成本。

一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁15份、硅橡胶20份、硫磺10份、氧化锌14份、硬脂酸11份、三元乙丙橡胶12份、硫化促进剂6份、高岭土5份、二辛脂6份、黑色母8份、PP树脂15份、硼酸锌8份、相容剂5份、锡酸锌5份、抑烟剂6份。
实施例3
一种防腐蚀绝缘电缆护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述氢氧化镁25份、硅橡胶30份、硫磺16份、氧化锌20份、硬脂酸18份、三元乙丙橡胶20份、硫化促进剂11份、高岭土8份、二辛脂11份、黑色母13份、PP树脂25份、硼酸锌12份、相容剂8份、锡酸锌8份、抑烟剂11份。
本发明具有防腐蚀效果好、耐酸碱以及使用寿命长等优点,本电缆在长期使用过程中也不会出现被腐蚀的情况,结构强度高,大大降低了人们的使用成本。
