本发明公开了一种直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,包括波纹软管和套在其上的护套,所述护套的内壁均匀分布有若干导气槽,还包括直通底座、夹紧圈、压套和密封垫,所述直通底座头部的内口设有内锥面,所述内锥面与夹紧圈的外锥面相抵,所述夹紧圈的端面与压套的端面相抵,所述夹紧圈的外圆定位在压套的台阶内圆内,所述密封垫与压套的另一侧端面相抵,所述密封垫固定在压套的台阶内。本发明提供了一种结构简单、安装方便可靠、抗拉强度高、密封效果好的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,从根本上解决了目前现有的直插式连接装置的不足和缺陷,确保安装使用的方便可靠,提高了连接强度、密封性能及使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及直通管件技术领域,具体涉及一种能现场手工简便安装的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件。
背景技术
现有的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件有两种结构:一种是采用铜爪和塑料注塑成一体的弹性夹紧圈,采用橡胶套与波纹软管的端口密封,由于铜和塑料的材质相差很大,热胀系数差距大,老化程度也差距很大,使用寿命没有保障,加上弹性夹紧圈的刚性比较低,和波纹软管装配拧紧后的抗拉强度比较低,一般只能用于DN15以下通径的燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管连接,另外由于波纹软管的端口用割管刀通过手工割断,端口比较锋利,甚至有锯齿状出现,在安装拧紧时很容易损伤端面密封的平的橡胶垫片,造成泄漏或留下安全隐患;另外一种结构是采用开口且带有锥度的金属套,在金属套的下部有夹紧的台阶,金属套内设有橡胶套,安装时,通过开口金属套轴向位移,径向收拢,开口变小,一方面下部的台阶夹入波槽,起到支撑作用,同时,金属套收拢,也将橡胶套压紧在波纹软管的外圆上,起到密封的作用,由于开口的金属套比较长,其锥度比较小,夹紧的收拢量比较小,抗拉强度比较低,同时金属套因为有开口,开口处对橡胶套几乎没有压紧力,密封效果不理想,存在安全隐患,加上这种结构需要2个以上的波纹和橡胶套密封,在安装时难以控制插入几个波纹,容易造成安装不合格的隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、安装方便可靠、抗拉强度高、密封效果好的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,从根本上解决了目前现有的直插式连接装置的不足和缺陷,确保安装使用的方便可靠,提高了连接强度、密封性能及使用寿命。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,包括波纹软管和套在其上的护套,所述护套的内壁均匀分布有若干导气槽,导气槽能够确保气体的流通,还包括直通底座、夹紧圈、压套和密封垫,所述直通底座头部的内口设有内锥面,所述内锥面与夹紧圈的外锥面相抵,所述夹紧圈的端面与压套的端面相抵,所述夹紧圈的外圆定位在压套的台阶内圆内,所述密封垫与压套的另一侧端面相抵,所述密封垫固定在压套的台阶内,压套可以轴向位移,压套一侧对夹紧圈的径向进行定位,确保夹紧圈的中心与直通管件的中心基本一致,压套另一侧和密封垫装配在一起,能够在直通管件安装拧紧时先将夹紧圈向直通底座内挤压。
优选为,所述直通底座与直通接头螺纹连接,所述直通底座与直通接头之间设有定位环,所述压套的外圆与直通接头的内腔相配。
优选为,所述直通底座的尾部内设有密封环,所述密封环与护套构成密封结构。
优选为,所述直通底座的头部设有外螺纹,所述外螺纹的底部设有退刀槽,所述退刀槽内设有密封圈,当直通底座与直通接头拧紧时,密封圈将受到挤压而产生密封,一方面可以防止外界有害物质的侵入,另一方面能够防止泄漏的燃气从外螺纹处外泄,确保泄漏燃气只能从泄漏孔排出。
优选为,所述直通底座上设有泄漏孔,所述泄漏孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm,泄漏孔兼顾泄漏燃气的顺利排出和防止有害物质的侵入,一旦波纹软管破损而造成燃气泄漏,则泄漏的燃气沿着护套内的导气槽流向两端的直通底座,最终从泄漏孔排出。
优选为,所述密封垫的一侧为平面且与直通接头相抵,另一侧设有的锥面与波纹软管的侧面相抵,在安装拧紧时密封垫受挤压而实现密封。
优选为,所述直通接头上设有螺纹,该螺纹为标准管螺纹,方便与其他管件的连接。
优选为,所述夹紧圈上设有开口,开口的距离在3-9mm之间,开口的距离能够确保直通底座和直通接头在拧紧过程中,由于锥度的作用将夹紧圈收拢而把波纹软管夹紧,把插入的波纹定位并支撑,能够承受相关标准要求的抗拉强度。
优选为,所述夹紧圈的外锥面与直通底座的内锥面的锥度一致,锥度在15-30度范围内,内锥面和外锥面在安装拧紧时随着夹紧圈的深入而收拢。
优选为,所述夹紧圈内设有台阶,该台阶位于与波纹软管第一波峰相连的波谷上,用结构限制波纹软管的插入深度,确保只能插入1个波纹,避免了插入超过1个波纹的可能。
优选为,所述密封圈内径大于波纹软管切口处的端口的外径,避免密封圈在拧紧变形过程中被波纹软管切口处的端口割伤。
优选为,所述夹紧圈为金属材料构成。
优选为,所述护套和定位环均为塑料材质构成。
工作原理:
安装时,只要把燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直接插入直通管件,凭声音和手感能感到已经插入夹紧圈,此时用手轻拉波纹软管,不会拉出,然后去掉定位环,用扳手将直通底座与直通接头拧紧。
内部过程:安装时,夹紧圈向直通底座内挤压,夹紧圈收拢,再将密封垫挤压,构成密封,最终夹紧圈几乎完全收拢,能够达到和超过国家相关标准的要求。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种结构简单、安装方便可靠、抗拉强度高、密封效果好的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,从根本上解决了目前现有的直插式连接装置的不足和缺陷,确保安装使用的方便可靠,提高了连接强度、密封性能及使用寿命。

下面结合附图通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,包括波纹软管1和套在其上的护套2,所述护套2的内壁均匀分布有若干导气槽,导气槽能够确保气体的流通,还包括直通底座3、夹紧圈7、压套9和密封垫10,所述直通底座3头部的内口设有内锥面6,所述内锥面6与夹紧圈7的外锥面8相抵,所述夹紧圈7的端面与压套9的端面相抵,所述夹紧圈7的外圆定位在压套9的台阶内圆内,所述密封垫10与压套9的另一侧端面相抵,所述密封垫10固定在压套9的台阶内,压套9可以轴向位移,压套9一侧对夹紧圈7的径向进行定位,确保夹紧圈7的中心与直通管件的中心基本一致,压套9另一侧和密封垫10装配在一起,能够在直通管件安装拧紧时先将夹紧圈7向直通底座3内挤压。
具体的,所述直通底座3与直通接头11螺纹连接,所述直通底座3与直通接头11之间设有定位环12,所述压套9的外圆与直通接头11的内腔相配,所述直通底座3的尾部内设有密封环4,所述密封环4与护套2构成密封结构,所述直通底座3的头部设有外螺纹,所述外螺纹的底部设有退刀槽,所述退刀槽内设有密封圈5,当直通底座3与直通接头11拧紧时,密封圈5将受到挤压而产生密封,一方面可以防止外界有害物质的侵入,另一方面能够防止泄漏的燃气从外螺纹处外泄,确保泄漏燃气只能从泄漏孔13排出。
具体的,所述直通底座3上设有泄漏孔13,所述泄漏孔13的孔径为0.5-1.5mm,泄漏孔13兼顾泄漏燃气的顺利排出和防止有害物质的侵入,一旦波纹软管破损而造成燃气泄漏,则泄漏的燃气沿着护套内的导气槽流向两端的直通底座3,最终从泄漏孔13排出。

工作原理:
安装时,只要把燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直接插入直通管件,凭声音和手感能感到已经插入夹紧圈,此时用手轻拉波纹软管,不会拉出,然后去掉定位环,用扳手将直通底座与直通接头拧紧。
内部过程:安装时,夹紧圈向直通底座内挤压,夹紧圈收拢,再将密封垫挤压,构成密封,最终夹紧圈几乎完全收拢,能够达到和超过国家相关标准的要求。

1.一种直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,包括波纹软管(1)和套在其上的护套(2),所述护套(2)的内壁均匀分布有若干导气槽,其特征在于:还包括直通底座(3)、夹紧圈(7)、压套(9)和密封垫(10),所述直通底座(3)头部的内口设有内锥面(6),所述内锥面(6)与夹紧圈(7)的外锥面(8)相抵,所述夹紧圈(7)的端面与压套(9)的端面相抵,所述夹紧圈(7)的外圆定位在压套(9)的台阶内圆内,所述密封垫(10)与压套(9)的另一侧端面相抵,所述密封垫(10)固定在压套(9)的台阶内。
2.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述直通底座(3)与直通接头(11)螺纹连接,所述直通底座(3)与直通接头(11)之间设有定位环(12),所述压套(9)的外圆与直通接头(11)的内腔相配。
3.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述直通底座(3)的尾部内设有密封环(4),所述密封环(4)与护套(2)构成密封结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述直通底座(3)的头部设有外螺纹,所述外螺纹的底部设有退刀槽,所述退刀槽内设有密封圈(5)。
5.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述直通底座(3)上设有泄漏孔(13),所述泄漏孔(13)的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述密封垫(10)的一侧为平面且与直通接头(11)相抵,另一侧设有的锥面与波纹软管的侧面相抵。
7.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述夹紧圈(7)上设有开口,开口的距离在3-9mm之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述夹紧圈(7)的外锥面(8)与直通底座(3)的内锥面(6)的锥度一致,锥度在15-30度范围内。
9.如权利要求1所述的直插式燃气输送用不锈钢波纹软管直通管件,其特征在于:所述夹紧圈为金属材料构成。
