本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种可用于沼泽地和松软湿地道路铺设用可快速硬化的柔性抗沉降复合板。
背景技术
众所周知,沼泽地、松软湿地等区域对于行人或车辆的通过极为困难,极易陷入造成损失或麻烦。其人行或车辆穿行通过的道路极难施工,一直以来,铺设沼泽地、松软湿地的道路可用的材料及技术方法大致可分为三类,其一类是深挖基础或锚设超深柱桩架桥,施工困难,造价极高,往往是不得不绕过松软湿地和沼泽地区域;其二类是铺设大量树枝茅草木材或同时在木材上铺设板材等,其方法施工耗时效率低且极不经济;其三类是直接采用水泥类胶凝材料注入沼泽地、或用污泥泵或挖掘机清除部分泥浆再采用水泥类胶凝材料注入沼泽地以求固化沼泽地,再铺设钢筋混凝土路面,但一则沼泽地含有大量的腐殖质会严重影响普通水泥胶凝材料的硬化和强度,甚至使普通水泥不能硬化,另一方面,沼泽地承载能力差,既便是硬化的路面亦极易因不均衡受力开裂致路面整体损毁,因此,其对路面材料的抗冲击抗裂能力有更高的要求,普通的混凝土或钢筋混凝土路面不能满足其抗冲击抗裂的要求。
而为提高路面材料的抗冲击和抗裂性能,沿袭千年的方法通常是在三合土或泥浆中添加一定量的棉麻乃至稻草秸秆瓦砾片使之变得更结实牢固,其关键就在于所添加棉麻稻草秸秆瓦砾片的长短、大小和分布均匀性。而现有技术普及采用辅设钢丝网后现浇水泥砂石混凝土、或短纤维和水泥砂浆预混合后加水固化制成刚性的地砖等制品后铺设,但既便是水泥砂浆和短纤维的混合均匀亦极为困难。目前,混合纤维水泥砂浆或纤维水泥混凝土先进的技术方法是先制成低浓度低粘度的水泥纤维浆料采用抄取成型如制水泥波瓦,或同时先制成水泥砂浆浆体和短纤维同步喷射入模框内硬化成型如制GRC墙板。现有技术至今仍没有有效的办法将短纤维与水泥砂浆预混合均匀,更没有有效的办法将长纤维和短纤维同时与水泥砂浆(无论浆料或干混)预混合均匀,这严重制约了水泥与纤维砂浆复合材料应有的高抗冲击能力和抗裂性能的发挥。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,为沼泽地区域铺设通行道路提供一种便于运输,可高效率铺设拼结连成路面,且可迅速硬化固化为通行道路的柔性抗沉降复合板。
本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是:沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,包括沉降阻尼机构和柔性路面机构,所述沉降阻尼机构、柔性路面机构相固接分别构成柔性抗沉降复合板的底层和面层;所述沉降阻尼机构为波形/槽形/点阵形的气囊层、或为包覆/裸露的波形/槽形/点阵形轻质泡沫层;所述柔性路面机构为纤维与干混快凝砂浆为主复合的柔性路面板,包括定形连接构件、纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳、干混砂浆、纤维布或纤维布袋,所述定形连接构件、纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳、干混砂浆、纤维布或纤维布袋构成由长纤维和短纤维与干混快凝砂浆于三维空间合理分布复合的柔性路面板,所述纤维布或纤维布袋构成柔性路面板的板面,所述纤维荆棘网处于纤维布之间或纤维布袋内,并通过定形连接构件与柔性路面板的边部或板边固接,所述纤维荆棘绳处于纤维布之间或纤维布和纤维荆棘网的夹层之间,并通过定形连接构件与柔性路面板的边部或与板边固接,所述干混快凝砂浆填充于纤维布或纤维布袋与纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳之间构成纤维三维空间的空隙中。
进一步,所述定形连接构件包括用于稳定柔性路面板形状和尺寸、并使柔性路面板便于铺设拼接的定形边板、定形压条、定形铰链或定形连接杆或定形连接扣或定形扎带、定形丝线,所述定形边板固定于柔性路面板的边部,所述定形压条、定形铰链固定于柔性路面板的板面,所述定形连接杆或定形连接扣或定形扎带、定形丝线贯穿于柔性路面板,固定柔性路面板内的纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳与干混快凝砂浆,防止滑动鼓包。
进一步,所述纤维荆棘网为长丝纤维或编织纤维绳制成的单面或双面编织有或粘结有或机械约束固定有凸起的散射状短纤维/束状短纤维/纤维绒棉、或同时约束固定有轻质颗粒或弹性颗粒的长短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维网;所述纤维荆棘绳为长丝纤维线上或编织纤维绳上约束固定有散射状短纤维/束状短纤维/纤维绒棉的长纤维和短纤维于三维空间合理组合的纤维绳、或同时约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维和轻质颗粒或弹性体颗粒的纤维荆棘绳。
进一步,所述柔性路面板的外露表面设有防潮防尘贴纸或塑料膜,以防止干混快凝砂浆粉尘外逸污染环境、并防潮。
进一步,所述柔性路面板内设有一根至两根以上边部露头的多孔空心管,多孔空心管用于铺设后加水润湿柔性路面板内的干混快凝砂浆使之水化固化。
进一步,所述定形连接构件还包括锚杆,锚杆与柔性路面板相连或与板边相连,柔性路面板铺设后锚杆垂直锚入松软湿地中,阻止路面在松软湿地上滑移。
进一步,所述纤维布可为纤维荆棘布或覆膜纤维布等;所述纤维布袋可为纤维荆棘布袋或覆膜纤维布袋等。
进一步,所述纤维荆棘布为纤维布单面或双面编织有或粘结固定有或机械约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维或纤维绒棉的长短纤维于三维空间合理组合的纤维布,或同时约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维和轻质多孔颗粒或泡沫颗粒的纤维荆棘布;所述维荆棘布袋为预制的扁形单袋或扁形纤维布夹层袋,或为所述的纤维荆棘布、纤维荆棘网或纤维荆棘绳、干混快凝砂浆、定形构件经加工成型形成的封闭板形袋。
进一步,所述干混快凝砂浆为干混快凝水泥砂浆,或散状纤维和干混快凝水泥砂浆的混合物纤维砂浆。所述干混快凝水泥砂浆或纤维砂浆中可加入质量比0~50%的轻质颗粒或弹性体颗粒。
进一步,所述纤维布可用纤维毯或无纺布替代;所述纤维荆棘网可用纤维网或纤维布替代;所述纤维荆棘绳可用组合的长丝纤维或纤维绳替代。
进一步,所述定形连接构件的定形边板、定形压条、定形铰链或定形连接杆或定形连接扣或定形扎带、定形丝线为金属材料/动植物材料/合成材料制成。
进一步,所述长丝纤维、纤维绳、短纤维、纤维绒棉、纤维荆棘网、纤维荆棘绳、纤维布为无机纤维/动植物纤维/合成纤维制成;所述的无机纤维包括但不限于金属丝(如钢丝)、玻璃纤维、氧化铝纤维、硅酸铝纤维、岩棉矿棉等金属或无机矿物质材料纤维;所述的动植物纤维包括但不限于棉麻纤维、竹木纤维、稻麦秸杆纤维、羊毛、蚕丝纤维等;所述的合成纤维为高分子聚合物化纤如涤纶、绵纶等。
本发明之柔性抗沉降复合板以波形/槽形/点阵形的气囊层、或包覆/裸露的波形/槽形/点阵形轻质泡沫层式的沉降阻尼机构阻止复合板在沼泽地铺设过程中的沉降陷落、并阻止铺设后的路面沉降陷落,以柔性路面机构(柔性路面板)的纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳即长丝纤维或纤维绳和短纤维于三维空间合理结合分布的纤维网、纤维绳为主提供路面材料所需的高抗冲击抗裂能力,以公知的可抗沼泽湿地污水影响的干混快凝砂浆为胶结料,填充于纤维荆棘网、纤维荆棘绳和纤维布之间的纤维三维空间的空隙之中,铺设固定后加水润湿既可迅速硬化固化且有效覆裹胶结纤维荆棘网、纤维荆棘绳和纤维布之长短纤维,使之具有优良的透水(不积水)和承载强度尤其是抗裂强度高。即以纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳和纤维布或纤维布袋之长短纤维于三维空间的合理配置为主提供柔性路面材料铺设固化后所需的路面高抗冲击抗裂能力和海绵体路面防积水性能,以定形连接构件维持复合材料柔性路面板的形状和尺寸的稳定性,且使之便于高效率铺设施工。铺设后,加水润湿柔性路面板内的干混快凝砂浆既可迅速同步胶结覆裹纤维荆棘网、纤维荆棘绳和纤维布或纤维布袋之三维空间中的长纤维和短纤维及定形连接构件,固化形成多孔透水(不积水)的纤维砂浆复合混凝土,并以定形连接构件实现柔性抗沉降复合路面板的快速拼接铺设并形成有足够承载能力的行人或车行道路。
应用时,将梯次由近及远铺开的柔性抗沉降复合板快速拼接连成沼泽地上的整体路面,其复合材料中的干混快凝砂浆遇水润湿快速覆裹胶结固化纤维荆棘绳和/或纤维荆棘网、纤维布之纤维和定形连接构件,被纤维空间约束的干混快凝砂浆胶结固化纤维,协同提供沼泽地路面所需的柔性高抗拉强度和承载能力,并使其形成海绵体透水路面。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明柔性抗沉降复合板创造性的利用主要原材料为公知的气囊/轻质泡沫、干混快凝砂浆、纤维等,经改性制成的柔性抗沉降复合板的制造和使用方便,结构简单,为传统的水泥胶凝材料的拓展应用提供一种新的方案。
2)为沼泽地道路的快捷建设提供一种便于运输,可高效铺设的轻质不积水、抗沉降陷落、高强抗裂抗冲击、吸声降噪的柔性铺路材料,利于节能减排和环境保护。
3)产品易于个性化选材定制,可制成便于运输和铺设施工的板材,铺设后即可迅速固化形成有足够承载能力的路面,可快速铺设拼接形成整体的抗沉降的柔性路面,施工效率高,且可清洁化施工,造价低。

本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘绳21具体为编织纤维绳上固定有散射状短纤维的长纤维和短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维绳。
本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘网22具体为长丝纤维制成的双面编织有凸起的束状短纤维的长短纤维于三维空间合理结合的纤维网。
经检测,该沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板容重为1053kg/m3,应用固化后形成高抗冲击抗裂的防沉降海绵体路面,固化后容重为1191kg/m3、抗压强度43MPa、抗拉强度13.8MPa、透水速度达到38升/平方米/小时,具有轻质高强、渗水防沉降特点,可满足沼泽地道路铺设的需求。
实施例2

本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘绳21具体为长丝纤维上约束固定有束状短纤维的长纤维和短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维绳。
本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘网22具体为纤维绳制成的双面约束固定有环状散射短纤维的长短纤维于三维空间合理结合的纤维网。
经检测,该沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板容重为753kg/m3,应用固化后形成高抗冲击抗裂的防沉降海绵体路面,固化后容重为841kg/m3、抗压强度33MPa、抗拉强度11.8MPa、透水速度达到52升/平方米/小时,具有轻质高强、渗水防沉降特点,可满足沼泽地道路铺设的需求。
实施例3

本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘绳21具体为编织纤维绳上固定有散射状短纤维的长纤维和短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维绳。
本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘网22具体为纤维绳制成的双面约束固定有环状散射短纤维的长短纤维于三维空间合理结合的纤维网。
经检测,该沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板容重为1089kg/m3,应用固化后形成高抗冲击抗裂的防沉降的海绵体路面,固化后容重为1208kg/m3、抗压强度48MPa、抗拉强度14.8MPa、透水速度达到41升/平方米/小时,具有轻质高强、渗水防沉降特点,可满足沼泽地道路铺设的需求。
实施例4
参照图4,一种沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,包括沉降阻尼机构1和柔性路面机构2,所述沉降阻尼机构1、柔性路面机构2通过定形丝线和黏胶相固接,分别构成柔性抗沉降复合板的底层和面层;所述沉降阻尼机构1包括轻质泡沫12、包覆纤维布13,包裹纤维布13呈横纵点阵形包裹轻质泡沫12形成轻质泡沫层;所述柔性路面机构2为纤维与干混快凝水泥砂浆为主复合的柔性路面板,包括纤维荆棘网22、纤维荆棘布袋23′、干混快凝水泥砂浆24、定形连接构件25、防潮防尘贴纸26、多孔空心管27;所述定形连接构件25包括两端的定形边板250、两侧的定形边板(图中未示出)、定形连接扣253、定形丝线255、铰链256;以定形丝线255横向间隔10cm设置固定的两层纤维荆棘网22为内筋,以纤维荆棘布袋23′为上下板面和板筋,纤维荆棘网22固定于纤维荆棘布袋23′之间,以填充于纤维荆棘网22和纤维荆棘布袋23′构成纤维三维空间的空隙中的干混快凝水泥砂浆24为活性胶结料、以两端的定形边板250、定形连接扣253固定纤维荆棘布袋23′、纤维荆棘网22的端部,两侧的定形边板、定形连接扣253纵向固定纤维荆棘网22的边部、纤维荆棘布袋23′的边部,上述材料的合理分布组合构成柔性纤维水泥砂浆复合材料。以间隔设置固定复合材料内纤维荆棘网22的定形丝线255压实复合材料,防止复合材料内的干混快凝水泥砂浆24、纤维荆棘网22滑移鼓包;所述的铰链256固定在定形连接板边500,施工时方便进行拼装固定;所述防潮防尘贴纸26贴在复合材料表面用于防尘防潮,施工拼装固定后撕去防潮防尘贴纸加水润湿即可,所述多孔空心管27固定在干混砂浆内,方便道路底部走电缆线;上述的纤维荆棘网22、纤维荆棘布袋23′、干混快凝水泥砂浆24、定形连接构件25、防潮防尘贴纸26、多孔空心管27构成由长纤维和短纤维与干混快凝水泥砂浆于三维空间合理分布复合的柔性路面机构2。
本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘网22具体为纤维绳制成的双面约束固定有环状散射短纤维的长短纤维于三维空间合理结合的纤维网。
本实施例中,所述纤维荆棘布袋23′具体为由纤维荆棘绳编制的纤维荆棘布并在表面编织有散射状短纤维的长短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维布。
经检测,该沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板容重为1021kg/m3,应用固化后形成高抗冲击抗裂的防沉降海绵体路面,固化后容重为1154kg/m3、抗压强度46MPa、抗拉强度14.8MPa、透水速度达到46升/平方米/小时,具有轻质高强、渗水防沉降特点,可满足沼泽地道路铺设的需求。

1.一种沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:包括沉降阻尼机构和柔性路面机构,所述沉降阻尼机构、柔性路面机构相固接分别构成柔性抗沉降复合板的底层和面层;所述沉降阻尼机构为波形/槽形/点阵形的气囊层、或为包覆/裸露的波形/槽形/点阵形轻质泡沫层;所述柔性路面机构为纤维与干混快凝砂浆为主复合的柔性路面板,包括定形连接构件、纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳、干混快凝砂浆、纤维布或纤维布袋,所述定形连接构件、纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳、干混快凝砂浆、纤维布或纤维布袋构成由长纤维和短纤维与干混快凝砂浆于三维空间合理分布复合的柔性路面板;所述纤维布或纤维布袋构成柔性路面板的板面,所述纤维荆棘网处于纤维布之间或纤维布袋内,并通过定形连接构件与柔性路面板的边部或板边固接,所述纤维荆棘绳处于纤维布之间或纤维布和纤维荆棘网的夹层之间,并通过定形连接构件与柔性路面板的边部或与板边固接,所述干混快凝砂浆填充于纤维布或纤维布袋与纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳之间构成纤维三维空间的空隙中;
所述定形连接构件包括用于稳定柔性路面板形状和尺寸、并使柔性路面板便于铺设拼接的定形边板、定形压条、定形铰链或定形连接杆或定形连接扣或定形扎带、定形丝线,所述定形边板固定于柔性路面板的边部,所述定形压条、定形铰链固定于柔性路面板的板面,所述定形连接杆或定形连接扣或定形扎带、定形丝线贯穿于柔性路面板,固定柔性路面板内的纤维荆棘网和/或纤维荆棘绳与干混快凝砂浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维荆棘网为长丝纤维或编织纤维绳制成的单面或双面编织有或粘结有或机械约束固定有凸起的散射状短纤维/束状短纤维/纤维绒棉、或同时约束固定有轻质颗粒或弹性颗粒的长短纤维于三维空间合理分布的纤维网;所述纤维荆棘绳为长丝纤维线上或编织纤维绳上约束固定有散射状短纤维/束状短纤维/纤维绒棉的长纤维和短纤维于三维空间合理组合的纤维绳、或同时约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维和轻质颗粒或弹性体颗粒的纤维荆棘绳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述柔性路面板的外露表面设有防潮防尘贴纸或塑料膜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述柔性路面板内设有一根至两根以上边部露头的多孔空心管,多孔空心管用于铺设后加水润湿柔性路面板内的干混快凝砂浆使之水化固化。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述定形连接构件还包括锚杆,锚杆与柔性路面板相连或与板边相连,柔性路面板铺设后锚杆垂直锚入松软湿地中,阻止路面在松软湿地上滑移。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维布为纤维荆棘布或覆膜纤维布;所述纤维布袋为纤维荆棘布袋或覆膜纤维布袋。
7.根据权利要求6所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维荆棘布为纤维布单面或双面编织有或粘结固定有或机械约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维或纤维绒棉的长短纤维于三维空间合理组合的纤维布,或同时约束固定有散射状短纤维或束状短纤维和轻质多孔颗粒或泡沫颗粒的纤维荆棘布;所述纤维荆棘布袋为预制的扁形单袋或扁形纤维布夹层袋,或为所述的纤维荆棘布、纤维荆棘网或纤维荆棘绳、干混快凝砂浆、定形构件经加工成型形成的封闭板形袋。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述干混快凝砂浆为干混快凝水泥砂浆,或散状纤维和干混快凝水泥砂浆的混合物纤维砂浆。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼泽地道路铺设用柔性抗沉降复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维布采用纤维毯或无纺布替代;所述纤维荆棘网采用纤维网或纤维布替代;所述纤维荆棘绳采用组合的长丝纤维或纤维绳替代。
