成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,包括模具型芯板和型芯镶块,所述的型芯镶块上设置立式模腔,立式模腔中设置立式芯子,立式芯子与立式模腔之间注塑立式90°弯管件,所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块上设置半边立式腔体和半边弹块拼接的成型脱模机构,所述的弹块成型脱模机构包括两块拼接的弹块,两弹块上各设置半爿腔体,两半爿腔体与半边立式腔体构成立式模腔,在两弹块中设置弹孔,弹孔中设置弹簧,两弹块的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽,型芯镶块上设置抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块上设置T型斜滑条,T型斜滑条与T型斜滑槽相配合,抽芯滑块由抽芯油缸带动抽芯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如塑料管件等,塑料管件的种类有很多,其中一种为90°弯。传统技术生产90°弯管件的模具采用卧式设计,一副模具最多一次生产4只产品,即一出四,所以,近年来逐渐开发了侧卧式90°弯模具,即将90°弯管件呈倒三角放置,管件侧卧排列,一模可生产6-8只产品,提高了生产效率。但对面日益激烈的竞争,还需要开发出更加高效率的90°弯模具。因此,本申请人设计了一种立式90°弯模具,同时设计了一种用于对立式90°弯模具抽芯的脱模机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用侧向抽芯,内部弹簧辅助,两侧斜滑分离脱模的成型90°弯管件的脱模机构。
本发明成型90°弯管件的脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具型芯板和型芯镶块,其特征在于所述的型芯镶块上设置立式模腔,立式模腔中设置立式芯子,立式芯子与立式模腔之间注塑立式90°弯管件,所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块上设置半边立式腔体和半边弹块拼接的成型脱模机构,所述的弹块成型脱模机构包括两块拼接的弹块,两弹块上各设置半爿腔体,两半爿腔体与半边立式腔体构成立式模腔,在两弹块中设置弹孔,弹孔中设置弹簧,两弹块的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽,型芯镶块上设置抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块上设置T型斜滑条,T型斜滑条与T型斜滑槽相配合,抽芯滑块由抽芯油缸带动抽芯。
本发明公开了一种成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,主要特点是在型芯镶块上设置立式模腔,立式模腔由半边立式腔体和两个弹块中的半爿腔体构成,脱模时,利用设置在两个弹块中的弹簧,以及两弹块外壁上的T型斜滑槽,再由抽芯油缸带动抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块通过T型斜滑条,在弹簧的辅助作用,带动两个弹块向两侧斜滑分离,露出半个成型的90°弯管件,使管件在模具的顶出机构下能够自动顶出,脱模顺利,本方案结构紧凑,设计巧妙,可以在一块型芯镶块上设计更多个立式模腔,提高生产效率。
本发明的成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,所述的型芯板上设置滑块连接块,滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块,滑块连接块后部连接外滑块,抽芯油缸通过支架安装在型芯板的外侧壁上,且抽芯油缸的油缸杆连接外滑块,抽芯时,由抽芯油缸带动外滑块和滑块连接块,再由滑块连接块带动抽芯滑块抽芯,动作稳定,抽芯顺畅。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,如图1—图4所示,包括模具型芯板01和型芯镶块1,所述的型芯镶块1上设置立式模腔,立式模腔中设置立式芯子3,立式芯子3与立式模腔之间注塑立式90°弯管件4,所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块1上设置半边立式腔体2和半边弹块拼接的成型脱模机构,所述的弹块成型脱模机构包括两块拼接的弹块5,两弹块5上各设置半爿腔体6,两半爿腔体6与半边立式腔体2构成立式模腔,在两弹块5中设置弹孔7,弹孔中设置弹簧8,两弹块5的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽9,型芯镶块1上设置抽芯滑块10,抽芯滑块10上设置T型斜滑条11,T型斜滑条11与T型斜滑槽9相配合,抽芯滑块10由抽芯油缸12带动抽芯。本方案的主要特点是在型芯镶块1上设置立式模腔,立式模腔由半边立式腔体2和两个弹块中的半爿腔体6构成,脱模时,利用设置在两个弹块5中的弹簧8,以及两弹块外壁上的T型斜滑槽9,再由抽芯油缸12带动抽芯滑块10,抽芯滑块10通过T型斜滑条11,在弹簧8的辅助作用,带动两个弹块5向两侧斜滑分离,露出半个成型的90°弯管件4,使管件在模具的顶出机构下能够自动顶出,脱模顺利,本方案结构紧凑,设计巧妙,可以在一块型芯镶块上设计更多个立式模腔,提高生产效率。所述的型芯板01上设置滑块连接块13,滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块11,滑块连接块后部连接外滑块14,抽芯油缸12通过支架15安装在型芯板01的外侧壁上, 且抽芯油缸12的油缸杆16连接外滑块14,抽芯时, 由抽芯油缸带动外滑块和滑块连接块,再由滑块连接块带动抽芯滑块抽芯, 动作稳定,抽芯顺畅。

1.成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,包括模具型芯板(01)和型芯镶块(1),其特征在于所述的型芯镶块(1)上设置立式模腔,立式模腔中设置立式芯子(3),立式芯子(3)与立式模腔之间注塑立式90°弯管件(4),所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块(1)上设置半边立式腔体(2)和半边弹块拼接的成型脱模机构,所述的弹块成型脱模机构包括两块拼接的弹块(5),两弹块(5)上各设置半爿腔体(6),两半爿腔体(6)与半边立式腔体(2)构成立式模腔,在两弹块(5)中设置弹孔(7),弹孔中设置弹簧(8),两弹块(5)的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽(9),型芯镶块(1)上设置抽芯滑块(10),抽芯滑块(10)上设置T型斜滑条(11),T型斜滑条(11)与T型斜滑槽(9)相配合,抽芯滑块(10)由抽芯油缸(12)带动抽芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的成型90°弯管件的脱模机构,其特征在于所述的型芯板(01)上设置滑块连接块(13),滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块(11),滑块连接块后部连接外滑块(14),抽芯油缸(12)通过支架(15)安装在型芯板(01)的外侧壁上,且抽芯油缸(12)的油缸杆(16)连接外滑块(14)。
