在现在竞争日益激烈的社会背景下,效率就意味着一切,人们也时时刻刻在思考着如何提高效率。在大型食品加工企业、酒店、餐厅学校等各种食堂中,食物在烹饪之前都需要通过一些工具将其加工成所需要的形状,如片状、块状、条状和丝状,而目前对于食物的初加工大都依赖于手工,不仅效率低下、浪费人力物力,而且再好的刀工也无法使切出的菜肴大小形状完全相同,而现在一些大型餐馆对菜品形状要求很高,目前也有一些切丝或片的切菜机,但大多功能单一,彼此独立,结构复杂,不能满足人们的实际要求。除此之外在食品的加工过程中,很多时候还需要使用搅肉机,而现有的绞肉机与切菜机都是单独的,使用起来也不是很方便。

本发明提供一种使用方法简单、操作方便、工作高效实用的多功能一体化切菜机,将各种切菜的功能结合在一起并与绞肉机形成一整体,实现多种食物加工功能。

1、该切菜机包括切丝装置、绞馅装置、切片装置和切条装置四部分,分别实现切丝、绞馅、切片、切条等几种不同的功能,四部分的工作情况由人们的实际需要而定,几个部分可以同时工作,也可以不同时工作,只要根据需要安装皮带将各部分与电机连接起来即可;
2、切丝机的网状刀片组为可拆卸式,安装在刀片组外围框架上,没有与切丝机固定在一起,如果刀片不锋利了,可以定期更换,切丝机在工作时只需利用下料料板周期性下料即可,下料速度可通过调节下料料板的倾斜角度便可;
3、绞馅装置的装料内套可以拿出绞馅机,绞完馅后就可将绞好的各种馅端出,简单方便;
4、切片装置的下料槽在源源不断下料时,切片轮将把例如黄瓜之类的菜料切成椭圆形片状,椭圆形的偏心率可由下料槽角度调节杆调节控制;
5、切条装置的可调距刀片组可以调节各刀片之间的距离,只要能使各刀片每次下来时不碰到刀槽即可,这样就可以切出不同大小的条状菜料。
本发明功能丰富,实现了机械化操作,操作方便,效率高,且省时省力,可适用于大型食堂或餐馆,用于切大量的菜料。

3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能一体化切菜机,其特征是:所述切丝装置(1)包括上口敞开式切丝外罩(1-1)、设置外罩切丝进料口(1-2)处的倾斜下料板(12)和设置在外罩内的可拆卸式网状刀片组(10)、压板(13)、传动机构,可拆卸网状刀片组(10)设置在压板(13)下方,传动机构设置在压板(13)上方,切丝进料口(1-2)设置在外罩上对应压板(13)与网状刀片组(10)之间的位置处,在倾斜下料板(12)底部设有角度调节支架(11);所述传动机构由传动齿轮组(7)、与传动齿轮组(7)通过传动轴连接的多个横向轴齿轮(8)和多个分别与每个横向轴齿轮(8)啮合的纵向齿轮条(9)组成,多个纵向齿轮条(9)分散固定在压板(13)上,动力电机(5)的动力输出端通过皮带与传动齿轮组(7)的动力输入端连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多功能一体化切菜机,其特征是:所述绞馅装置(2)由搅拌腔体(27)、套设在搅拌腔体内壁的装料内套(17)、设置在搅拌腔体上部的传动盖(15)、设置在搅拌腔体内的旋转刀片(16)和传动箱(14)组成;旋转刀片通过旋转轴(26)与传动盖(15)内的传动机构连接,传动盖内的传动机构与传动箱(14)的动力输出端连接,动力电机(5)的动力输出端通过皮带与传动箱(14)的动力输入端连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的多功能一体化切菜机,其特征是:所述切片装置(3)包括由多个刀片和转动轴组成的旋转式切片轮(18)和设置在切片轮进料处的下料槽(19),在下料槽(19)上设有可调节下料槽倾斜角度的调节杆(20);所述动力电机(5)的动力输出端通过皮带与切片轮(18)的转动轴连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的多功能一体化切菜机,其特征是:所述切条装置(4)包括动力转化装置(21)、左、右滑轨(23、23-1)、固定在左、右滑轨(23、23-1)之间切刀口朝下的可调距刀片组(22)、设置在可调距刀片组(22)下方的刀槽(27)和设置在进料口处的可调节角度的倾斜下料料斗(24)组成,动力转化装置(21)与刀片组(22)通过铰链连接,动力电机(5)的动力输出端与动力转化装置(21)的动力输入端连接。
