From the comprehensive treatment technology of organic pollutants, the pretreatment technology of kitchen waste is basically used for pretreatment of kitchen waste in China at present, and mainly comprises the steps of sorting, pulping, sand removal and heating oil extraction treatment after the kitchen waste is collected in a unified way and conveyed to a kitchen treatment plant, and as light impurities and heavy impurities in the waste are difficult to separate, several stages of sorting and sand removal are often required, the process technology is complex and complicated, the equipment stable operation difficulty is high, and the investment and operation cost is high.

In the prior art, no better treatment mode exists for kitchen waste (especially kitchen waste in large and medium-sized catering places), the most common treatment mode is mixing common household waste for mixed treatment, so that the treatment pressure and various investment cost of a landfill site and a sewage treatment plant are increased, and secondary pollution is unavoidable. When the kitchen garbage pulping device is used, the cutter head stator and the stator screen disc are jointly enclosed to form a containing space for pulping kitchen garbage. Optionally, rotor flinger 120 is removably disposed on cutterhead rotor 110. In this embodiment, the rotor swing arm 120 is disposed on the cutterhead rotor 110 by a bolted connection.

In use, the cutter head rotor 110 rotates to crush and pulpify kitchen waste in the accommodating space 150. The pulped slurry is discharged from the stator screen tray 140 to a preset place to wait for further treatment, and meanwhile, the granularity of the pulped kitchen waste can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between adjacent tooth-shaped columns, so that the kitchen waste can be rapidly disintegrated and pulped to below 10mm in granularity, and the convenience for treating the kitchen waste is remarkably improved.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a repulping all-in-one machine 20, which includes a main body 210, a power device 220, a slurry buffer chamber 230, a conveying device 240, and an executing device 10 of the first embodiment.
The main body 210 is provided with a containing cavity 211 for containing kitchen waste, and the containing cavity is provided with an opening for the kitchen waste to enter; cutterhead stator 130 and stator screen disc 140 are disposed at the bottom of receiving cavity 211 of main body 210; the power device 220 is arranged on the main body 210, and the power device 220 is in transmission connection with the cutterhead rotor 110; the good pulp buffer cavity 230 is disposed below the bottom of the main body 210, and the good pulp buffer cavity 230 communicates with the stator screen plate 140; an inlet of the transporting device 240 is connected to the slurry buffer chamber 230.
The integrated machine 20 includes the execution device 10, which has the beneficial effects of the execution device 10, and the integrated machine 20 can collect, reduce and store kitchen waste separately and in situ. The pulpified kitchen waste can be uniformly transported to a kitchen treatment plant for further treatment, and finally the regeneration treatment of energy and the recycling of resources are realized.

Further, the integrated repulping machine 20 further comprises a speed reducing device 261 and a sealing device 262; one end of the speed reducer 261 is connected with the power device 220, and the other end of the speed reducer 261 is connected with the stator screen 140 through the sealing device 262. Sealing device 262 ensures that slurry does not leak from the junction of cutterhead rotor 110 and stator screen 140; the speed reducer 261 ensures that the power unit 220 can stably operate and provides power output at different speeds.
Optionally, the repulping all-in-one machine 20 further includes a control device 270; the control device 270 is electrically connected to the power device 220, the flushing device 250 and the delivery device 240, respectively.
When the kitchen garbage pulping machine is used, kitchen garbage discarded in a large and medium-sized restaurant 31 is poured into the movable pulping and pulping integrated machine 20, after the volume is enough started, the integrated machine is started to rapidly and locally crush and pulp, after the pulping and pulping integrated machine is completed, the kitchen garbage is pumped into an out-of-site buried storage pool to store and quantify, and the kitchen garbage is transported to a kitchen treatment plant for subsequent treatment by a collection and transportation vehicle at regular intervals.

Further, the granularity of the kitchen waste after pulping can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the adjacent tooth-shaped columns, and the kitchen waste can be rapidly crushed and pulped to be less than 10mm in granularity; slurry flows through stator screen tray 140 into accepts buffer chamber 230; the non-blocking conveyor 240 is then activated to convey the disintegrated accepts in the accepts buffer chamber 230 to the outdoor buried storage 32.
On the other hand, the flow controller of the non-blocking type conveying device 240 feeds back a pulping completion signal to the control device 270, and the control device 270 controls the power device 220 and the non-blocking type conveying device 240 to switch to an idle state; and then operating the working interface of the control device 270, starting the flushing device 250 to flush wall residues in the accommodating cavity 211 and the good pulp buffer cavity 230, and conveying the wall residues to the outdoor buried storage pool 32 for storage by the conveying device 240 to finish the in-situ disintegration and pulping process of kitchen waste.
The execution device 10 has the structural characteristics that:
after the executing device 10 is started, the cutter rotor 110 cuts and breaks down light wastes such as vegetables, pericarps and fats rapidly, and the cutter stator 130 captures heavy wastes such as glass, shells and bones; the rotor swing arm 120 is driven by the cutter rotor 110 to break the kitchen waste into particles with the particle size of less than 10mm (further, the particle size of the kitchen waste after pulping can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the adjacent tooth-shaped columns, and the kitchen waste can be rapidly crushed and pulped to the particle size of less than 10mm preferably), and finally, qualified slurry is filtered out by the stator screen disc 140.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a kitchen waste treatment system 30, which includes a storage tank 32, a transport device 33, and a decomposition treatment facility 34, and the integrated repulping machine 20 of embodiment 2.
The outlet of the conveying device 240 of the repulping integrated machine 20 is connected with the inlet of the storage tank 32; the outlet of the reservoir 32 is connected to a decomposition treatment facility 34 via a transport device 33.
The kitchen waste treatment system 30 comprises the above-mentioned integrated machine 20 for crushing and pulping, and has all the beneficial effects of the above-mentioned integrated machine 20 for crushing and pulping. The integrated machine 20 can separately collect, crush and reduce kitchen waste in situ, and store the kitchen waste in pulpifying mode. The pulpified kitchen waste can be uniformly transported to a kitchen treatment plant for heating, centrifuging and extracting oil to prepare biofuel; the waste liquid and the waste residue are used for generating methane through an anaerobic digestion system to be used as fuel or power generation, so that the amount of organic matters entering a landfill site can be reduced, the generation of odor and landfill leachate is reduced, and the adverse effect of excessive moisture on the garbage incineration treatment can be avoided.
The technology core is that an integrated type crushing pulping integrated machine is adopted, kitchen waste generated in daily life in a restaurant 31 is crushed, reduced, pulpified and stored in situ and then is uniformly conveyed to a kitchen treatment plant for centralized treatment, and the integrated type crushing pulping integrated machine mainly has the advantages in several aspects:
A. the on-site treatment can greatly improve the recovery amount of kitchen waste, relieve the problem of frequent eating unsaturation in kitchen treatment, and predict that the recovery amount is increased by 20%;
B. the volume reduction of kitchen waste can be improved by crushing, the occupied space of the waste is reduced, and the expected volume reduction is 20%;
C. the pulping storage can improve the collection and transportation efficiency, reduce the collection and transportation frequency and the collection and transportation cost, and reduce the predicted collection and transportation cost by 20%;
D. the on-site treatment can reduce the garbage treatment design links of garbage treatment plants, reduce investment and operation cost, and predict 50% of cost reduction in the pretreatment section;
E. the equipment has the size of about 0.8x long and 0.8x wide and 1.0m high, occupies small area, is integrated in control, is movable in design, is convenient to operate, and can be widely distributed to various catering institutions.
F. Due to the improvement of kitchen garbage collection and transportation capacity, the treatment pressure of social pollutant treatment institutions such as landfill sites, sewage treatment plants and the like can be greatly reduced, and the environmental sanitation condition of social public places can be improved.
In summary, an embodiment of the present invention provides an actuator 10, which includes a cutter rotor 110, a rotor swing arm 120, a cutter stator 130, and a stator screen 140. In use, cutterhead stator 130 and stator screen 140 cooperate to define a receiving space 150 for repulping kitchen waste. When the cutterhead rotor 110 which is arranged in the accommodating space 150 and rotatably arranged on the stator screen 140 rotates, kitchen waste in the accommodating space 150 can be well pulped. The pulped slurry is discharged from the stator screen tray 140 to a preset place to wait for further treatment, so that the kitchen waste can be rapidly pulped, and the kitchen waste can be treated more conveniently (without the processes of sorting and desanding several times). Meanwhile, the granularity of the kitchen waste after pulping can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the adjacent tooth-shaped columns, and the kitchen waste can be rapidly crushed and pulped to below 10mm in granularity, so that the convenience in kitchen waste treatment is remarkably improved.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a repulping all-in-one machine 20 comprising a main body 210, a power device 220, a slurry buffer chamber 230, and a delivery device 240, and an implement 10 of any of the above. The integrated machine 20 can separately collect, crush and reduce kitchen waste in situ, and store the kitchen waste in pulpifying mode. The pulpified kitchen waste can be uniformly transported to a kitchen treatment plant for further treatment, and finally the regeneration treatment of energy and the recycling of resources are realized.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a kitchen waste treatment system 30, which includes a storage tank 32, a transportation device 33, a decomposition treatment facility 34, and the above-mentioned integrated machine 20 for pulping. Claims (8)

the device comprises a cutter rotor, a rotor swing arm, a cutter stator and a stator screen disc;
the cutterhead stator is of an annular structure arranged on the periphery of the stator screen disc;
the cutter head stator and the stator screen disc are jointly enclosed to form a containing space for breaking and pulping kitchen waste; the cutterhead stator comprises an annular bottom and a plurality of tooth-shaped columns circumferentially arranged on the bottom;
the cutter disc rotor is positioned in the accommodating space and is rotatably arranged on the stator screen disc;
at least 2 rotor swing arms are arranged, and the rotor swing arms are circumferentially and uniformly arranged on the cutterhead rotor;
one end of the rotor swing arm is fixed on the cutterhead rotor, and the other end of the rotor swing arm extends to the periphery of the stator screen disc to be close to the inner side wall of the cutterhead stator;
the kitchen garbage in the accommodating space can be well pulpified when the cutterhead rotor which is arranged in the accommodating space and rotatably arranged on the stator screen disc rotates; the pulpified slurry is discharged from the stator screen disc to a preset place to wait for further treatment, so that the pulpified kitchen waste can be rapidly pulpified, the kitchen waste can be more conveniently treated, and the process of sorting and desanding for several times is not needed; meanwhile, the rotor swing arm on the cutter rotor can adjust the granularity and the pulping efficiency of pulping through adopting different working rotating speeds by the cutter rotor;
the cutterhead rotor comprises a disc body and a plurality of blades; the blades are circumferentially and uniformly arranged on the disc body;
the disc body of the cutterhead rotor is conical; the cutterhead rotor is provided with a top part and a round bottom part of a center; the circular bottom of the cutterhead rotor is rotatably arranged on the stator screen disc;
the spiral cutterhead rotor can enable kitchen waste contacting the cutterhead rotor to have a movement trend of moving to the bottom, and further the kitchen waste can be fully contacted with the blades, so that kitchen waste is fully crushed and pulped.
2. The execution device according to claim 1, wherein:
the blades and the rotor swing arms are obliquely arranged on the cutterhead rotor;
and the inclination directions of the blades and the rotor swing arms are the same.

the rotor swing arm is detachably arranged on the cutterhead rotor.

the flushing device is arranged on the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity.
6. The integrated repulping machine of claim 5, wherein:
the crushing and pulping integrated machine further comprises a speed reducing device and a sealing device;
one end of the speed reducing device is connected with the power device, and the other end of the speed reducing device is connected with the stator screen disc through the sealing device.
7. The integrated repulping machine of claim 6, wherein:
the integrated crushing and pulping machine further comprises a control device;
the control device is electrically connected with the power device, the flushing device and the conveying device respectively.
8. A kitchen garbage treatment system is characterized in that:
the kitchen waste treatment system comprises a storage tank, a conveying device and a decomposition treatment facility, and the integrated crushing and pulping machine of any one of claims 4 to 7;
an outlet of a conveying device of the integrated crushing and slurrying machine is connected with an inlet of the storage tank; the outlet of the storage tank is connected with the decomposition treatment facility through the transportation equipment.
