蜂蜜含有丰富的果糖,葡萄糖,维生素,有机矿物质及其它微量元素,具有极高的营养价值,是人们日常常用的保健品。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品的营养和口感需求也越来越高,为了进一步强化蜂蜜的功效,在蜂蜜中添加其他原料,制成特定功能和口感的蜂蜜是未来蜂蜜行业的一个重要发展方向。

本发明的目的在于:提供一种虾皮补钙蜂蜜冻干粉及其加工方法。

一种虾皮补钙蜂蜜冻干粉,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜200-250份、虾皮5-7份、槐花3-5份、酪蛋白磷酸多肽0.1-0.3份、乳酸钙0.2-0.4份、乳酸亚铁0.1-0.3份、葡萄籽0.3-0.5份、石榴籽0.3-0.5份、海苔1-3份、紫菜0.4-0.8份、陈皮0.5-1份、木耳0.5-1份、菠萝汁1-3份、橙汁0.5-1份、苹果汁0.5-1份。

(1)将虾皮、槐花投入浸提罐中,加入2-4倍重量的水,在70-80℃下提取,时间为15-25min,过滤,收集余渣,将余渣在30-40℃下烘干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)产物与酪蛋白磷酸多肽、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、充分研磨混合,过150-200目筛得混合粉末I,备用;
(3)将葡萄籽、石榴籽、海苔、紫菜、陈皮、木耳洗净后在10-20℃下减压干燥,然后充分研磨混合,过150-200目筛得混合粉末II,备用;
(4)将混合粉末I、混合粉末II一起拌入到蜂蜜内,再拌入菠萝汁、橙汁、苹果汁,搅拌后再进行加热浓缩,而后搅拌调匀再静置冷却,最后放入-20℃至-18℃环境中进行冷冻干燥,再粉碎成粉末密封冷藏。

(3)将葡萄籽、石榴籽、海苔、紫菜、陈皮、木耳洗净后在15℃下减压干燥,然后充分研磨混合,过150-200目筛得混合粉末II,备用;

(4)将混合粉末I、混合粉末II一起拌入到蜂蜜内,再拌入菠萝汁、橙汁、苹果汁,搅拌后再进行加热浓缩,而后搅拌调匀再静置冷却,最后放入-18℃环境中进行冷冻干燥,再粉碎成粉末密封冷藏。
