Abstract
一种用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,它包括一带有保温层的箱体,在箱体上部有走台,所述箱体上部有联接接盘,在箱体下部有内外联通的注水管,还有与箱体内外联通的进排气管,所述的箱体内上方有搅拌桶,该搅拌桶通过接盘与联接接盘相联接,搅拌桶的中心有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端通过联轴器、键与液压马达相联接,搅拌轴的下端通过护套、轴承座上的轴承、用轴承压盖固定,液压马达的接盘与搅拌器的接盘相联接,搅拌轴下端通过搅拌叶片上的轴套和键用螺母固定,搅拌轴在搅拌轴护套内带动搅拌叶片自由旋转;它具有能够通过加热、搅拌将固态溶雪剂快速生产出液态溶雪剂,不再需要另外配等热溶釜及其它设备作为生产液态溶雪液的附加设备,既可以降低除雪成本,同时提高了作业效率等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,特别涉及到装备有预湿系统及溶雪液洒布除雪车(机)中的水箱装置,属于除雪车辆(机)技术领域。
技术背景
目前在冬季用于道路除雪所使用的除雪车(机),特别是装备有预湿撒布系统的除雪车(机)或溶雪液洒布车,所配置的水箱都不能够自身生产出用于预湿剂或直接喷洒的溶雪液,在使用时都要单独配备热溶釜或直接购买液态溶雪剂,在使用过程中要耗费大量的人力物力,增加了大量的使用成本与运输成本,给企业带来很大的使用成本和经济负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种能够通过加热、搅拌将固态溶雪剂快速生产出液态溶雪剂,不再需要另外配等热溶釜及其它设备作为生产液态溶雪液的附加设备,既可以降低除雪成本,同时提高了作业效率的用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,它包括一带有保温层的箱体,在箱体上部有走台,所述箱体上部有联接接盘,在箱体下部有内外联通的注水管,还有与箱体内外联通的进排气管,所述的箱体内上方有搅拌桶,该搅拌桶通过接盘与联接接盘相联接,搅拌桶的中心有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端通过联轴器、键与液压马达相联接,搅拌轴的下端通过护套、轴承座上的轴承、用轴承压盖固定,液压马达的接盘与搅拌器的接盘相联接,搅拌轴下端通过搅拌叶片上的轴套和键用螺母固定,搅拌轴在搅拌轴护套内带动搅拌叶片自由旋转。
作为优选:所述搅拌桶下设置有带有多个通孔的底板,在底板下部与滤网压圈有滤网,搅拌桶上部的边缘处有与搅拌桶内部相联通的填料口,在填料口处有填料口压盖;在搅拌桶的中部桶壁上有内外相通的孔,搅拌桶中部的孔处包裹有滤网;所述的箱体由外箱体与内箱体通过夹层内填充的保温材料构成。
作为优选:所述箱体的下部设置有燃烧室,在燃烧室内的中部有隔板,隔板将燃烧室分割成上下两个腔体并联通构成横U字形燃烧室;燃烧室的一端通过燃烧室联通管与箱体外燃烧器的喷火口相联通;燃烧室的另一端与排烟道相联通,燃烧室与排烟道在水箱内形成密闭通道并与水箱内的水完全隔绝,排烟道出口与大气联通。
本发明具有能够通过加热、搅拌将固态溶雪剂快速生产出液态溶雪剂,不再需要另外配等热溶釜及其它设备作为生产液态溶雪液的附加设备,既可以降低除雪成本,同时提高了作业效率等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1—5所示,本发明所述的 一种用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,它包括一带有保温层的箱体1,在箱体1上部有走台2,所述箱体1上部有联接接盘10,在箱体1下部有内外联通的注水管38,还有与箱体1内外联通的进排气管41,所述的箱体内上方有搅拌桶11,该搅拌桶11通过接盘与联接接盘10相联接,搅拌桶11的中心有搅拌轴22,搅拌轴22的上端通过联轴器20、键21与液压马达14相联接,搅拌轴的下端通过护套13、轴承座23上的轴承24、25用轴承压盖26固定,液压马达14的接盘与搅拌器的接盘12相联接,搅拌轴22下端通过搅拌叶片27上的轴套29和键用螺母30固定,搅拌轴22在搅拌轴护套12内带动搅拌叶片27自由旋转。
图中所示,所述搅拌桶11下设置有带有多个通孔的底板31,在底板31下部与滤网压圈33有滤网32,搅拌桶12上部的边缘处有与搅拌桶内部相联通的填料口18,在填料口处有填料口压盖17;在搅拌桶12的中部桶壁上有内外相通的孔36,搅拌桶12中部的孔36处包裹有滤网40;所述的箱体1由外箱体与内箱体8通过夹层内填充的保温材料7构成。
本发明所述箱体1的下部设置有燃烧室5,在燃烧室1内的中部有隔板6,隔板6将燃烧室分割成上下两个腔体并联通构成横U字形燃烧室;燃烧室5的一端通过燃烧室联通管4与箱体外燃烧器的喷火口相联通;燃烧室5的另一端与排烟道9相联通,燃烧室5与排烟道4在水箱内形成密闭通道并与水箱1内的水完全隔绝,排烟道9出口与大气联通,这样就构成了热量传导结构。这样就构成一套完整加热、搅拌、将固态融雪剂溶解为液体状态的装置,并可以同时作为容器使用的热熔搅拌水箱(罐),来实现该发明的目的。
工作原理: 由注水口38向水箱内注入清水,启动燃烧器火焰在燃烧室内燃烧,通过燃烧室5将热量传导与水中,烟气通过排烟道9排入大气中。使水箱内的水温加热温度保持在冰点以上。启动搅拌器液压马达14旋转并带动搅拌轴22与搅拌叶片27旋转。这时打开填料可17将固态(颗粒)溶雪剂26通过填料口18填入搅拌桶内,由搅拌桶12内的搅拌叶片27的高速旋转将固态颗粒16进行搅拌、破碎、相互摩擦使固态溶雪剂26溶解在水中。水通过搅拌桶12中部的孔36、滤网40进入搅拌桶12内,溶解融雪剂26后的液体由于密度增大在重力的作用下使其通过搅拌桶底板31的孔35与底部滤网32回流到水箱体内。如此循环加入固态溶雪剂使其溶解在水箱内的水中并达到饱和状态,这样就生产出用于溶雪作业所使用的溶雪液或预湿剂了,来实现该发明专利的目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,它包括一带有保温层的箱体(1),在箱体(1)上部有走台(2),所述箱体(1)上部有联接接盘(10),在箱体(1)下部有内外联通的注水管(38),还有与箱体(1)内外联通的进排气管(41),其特征在于所述的箱体内上方有搅拌桶(11),该搅拌桶(11)通过接盘与联接接盘(10)相联接,搅拌桶(11)的中心有搅拌轴(22),搅拌轴(22)的上端通过联轴器(20)、键(21)与液压马达(14)相联接,搅拌轴的下端通过护套(13)、轴承座(23)上的轴承(24、25)用轴承压盖(26)固定,液压马达(14)的接盘与搅拌器的接盘(12)相联接,搅拌轴(22)下端通过搅拌叶片(27)上的轴套(29)和键用螺母(30)固定,搅拌轴(22)在搅拌轴护套(12)内带动搅拌叶片(27)自由旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,其特征在于所述搅拌桶(11)下设置有带有多个通孔的底板(31),在底板(31)下部与滤网压圈(33)有滤网(32),搅拌桶(12)上部的边缘处有与搅拌桶内部相联通的填料口(18),在填料口处有填料口压盖(17);在搅拌桶(12)的中部桶壁上有内外相通的孔(36),搅拌桶(12)中部的孔(36)处包裹有滤网(40);所述的箱体(1)由外箱体与内箱体(8)通过夹层内填充的保温材料(7)构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于撒布溶雪剂除雪车辆上的水箱装置,其特征在于所述箱体(1)的下部设置有燃烧室(5),在燃烧室(1)内的中部有隔板(6),隔板(6)将燃烧室分割成上下两个腔体并联通构成横U字形燃烧室;燃烧室(5)的一端通过燃烧室联通管(4)与箱体外燃烧器的喷火口相联通;燃烧室(5)的另一端与排烟道(9)相联通,燃烧室(5)与排烟道(4)在水箱内形成密闭通道并与水箱(1)内的水完全隔绝,排烟道(9)出口与大气联通。
