本发明公开了一种耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸的制备方法,将纳米二氧化硅与磺化聚苯乙烯‑马来酸酐进行复合后,以聚碳酸酯二醇、异二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要合成原料,魔芋葡甘聚糖为天然交联剂,合成出水性聚氨酯预聚体,加入纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯‑马来酸酐复合材料,之后进行乳化分散,滴加氟碳树脂与聚苯硫醚树脂共混乳液制成涂料,以水性聚氨酯预聚体作为预涂,以水性聚氨酯涂料进行面涂,制成涂布纸。本发明制备的涂布纸表面强度优良,外观质量好、综合性能高、应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸的制备方法。
背景技术
涂布纸是在原纸上涂上一层涂料,使纸张具有良好的光学性质及印刷性能等,是柔性版印刷中常用的承印材料之一。现有的涂布纸通常由原纸和涂层构成,其中原纸的主要成分为各种纤维、填料,涂层的主要成分为各种颜料和胶粘剂,目前涂料行业已经逐渐从传统的溶剂型涂料转向为水性涂料,水性涂料成为未来涂料的发展趋势之一。水性聚氨酯涂层材料是以水作为溶剂或分散介质,具有环保无毒、不燃、节省能源等优点。
李亦琛在《水性聚氨酯涂层材料及其性能研究》一文中使用甲苯二异氰酸酯((TDI),聚醚二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要合成原料,采用预聚体法制备出了聚氨酯预聚体,再将预聚体放入去离子水中分散,制得水性聚氨酯乳液,引入憎水组分的物质(硅丙乳液、氟碳树脂乳液)和含有物理、化学组分的物质(硅烷偶联剂、氨基有机硅、氧化石墨烯)与制备的水性聚氨酯物理共混,得到的产物的附着力和耐水性有所提高,但粘性也比引入前更高。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,降低水性聚氨酯涂料的粘性,提高涂布纸的耐磨性与耐水性,提供一种耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1-5重量份磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物溶解在适量丙酮中,超声分散后,加入1-2重量份纳米二氧化硅,于60-65 ℃下反应3-4小时,最后离心30-40分钟,滤去上清液,滤饼在真空烘箱中烘干即得纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料,待用;
(2)将25-30重量份聚碳酸酯二元醇干燥脱水12-24小时后,缓慢加入20-25二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,与0.02-1重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,在氮气氛围中80-85℃反应15-20分钟后,加入适量丙酮稀释后反应3-4小时,加入5-10重量份环氧树脂继续反应1-2小时后降温至60-70℃,加入10-20重量份二羟甲基丙酸与N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的混合物、5-7重量份1,4丁二醇和4-5.5魔芋葡甘聚糖反应1-12小时,得水性聚氨酯预聚体,待用;
(3)取10-15重量份步骤(2)所得魔芋葡甘聚糖改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯预聚体与步骤(1)纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料混合加热至60-65℃反应6-8小时后,中和加入冰去离子水高速搅拌进行乳化分散,将3-6重量份氟碳树脂乳液,3-6重量份聚苯硫醚树脂乳液共混1-2小时,滴加在乳液中,搅拌使其充分反应后,得水性聚氨酯涂料,待用;
(4)取未涂布,先用步骤(2)的魔芋葡甘聚糖改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯预聚体进行预涂布,然后用步骤(3)的涂料在预涂层表面进行一次面涂,最后将进行压光整饰,得到耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸。
步骤(2)所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。.
步骤(2)所述的二羟甲基丙酸与N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的混合物为二羟甲基丙酸与N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(0.8-1):1混合。
步骤(3)所述的中和是使用适量三乙胺进行中和反应。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将纳米二氧化硅与磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐进行复合后,以聚碳酸酯二醇、异二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要合成原料,魔芋葡甘聚糖为天然交联剂,合成出水性聚氨酯预聚体,加入纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料,之后进行乳化分散,滴加氟碳树脂与聚苯硫醚树脂共混乳液制成涂料,以水性聚氨酯预聚体作为预涂,以水性聚氨酯涂料进行面涂,制成涂布纸。纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料作为小分子加入体系中,可以和聚氨酯颗粒间产生离子交换,在聚氨酯大分子中生成Ti-O键,消除大分子聚合物的提粘效应,引入氟链段提高水性聚氨酯的耐水性,同时加入的聚苯硫醚树脂乳液用以降低氟碳树脂乳液的粘性,提高与聚氨酯的结合力,本发明制备的涂布纸表面强度优良,外观质量好、综合性能高、应用范围广。
具体实施方式
一种耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将4重量份磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物溶解在适量丙酮中,超声分散后,加入1.5重量份纳米二氧化硅,于63℃下反应3.5小时,最后离心35分钟,滤去上清液,滤饼在真空烘箱中烘干即得纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料,待用;
(2)将27重量份聚碳酸酯二元醇干燥脱水18小时后,缓慢加入23二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,与0.08重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,在氮气氛围中83℃反应17分钟后,加入适量丙酮稀释后反应3.5小时,加入8重量份环氧树脂继续反应1.5小时后降温至65℃,加入12重量份二羟甲基丙酸与N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的混合物、6重量份1,4丁二醇和4.5魔芋葡甘聚糖反应8小时,得水性聚氨酯预聚体,待用;
(3)取12重量份步骤(2)所得魔芋葡甘聚糖改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯预聚体与步骤(1)纳米二氧化硅/磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐复合材料混合加热至63℃反应7小时后,中和加入冰去离子水高速搅拌进行乳化分散,将5重量份氟碳树脂乳液,4重量份聚苯硫醚树脂乳液共混1.5小时,滴加在乳液中,搅拌使其充分反应后,得水性聚氨酯涂料,待用;
(4)取未涂布,先用步骤(2)的魔芋葡甘聚糖改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯预聚体进行预涂布,然后用步骤(3)的涂料在预涂层表面进行一次面涂,最后将进行压光整饰,得到耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸。
步骤(2)所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。.

(4)取未涂布,先用步骤(2)的魔芋葡甘聚糖改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯预聚体进行预涂布,然后用步骤(3)的涂料在预涂层表面进行一次面涂,最后将进行压光整饰,得到耐磨耐水水性聚氨酯树脂涂料涂布纸。
