本发明涉及一种汽车内饰板，具体是一种防断裂型汽车内饰板结构，属于汽车内饰件技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展，汽车的生产能力和保有量都在快速增长，汽车生产能力的提高，带动了汽车内装饰物品的不断增长。汽车工业的迅猛发展，对于汽车内装饰物品的研发已进入一个高速发展的阶段，为达到较好的装饰效果，对汽车内装饰物品中每个产品的要求都很高，其中，汽车顶棚内饰板即是一个主要的装饰物品。
目前，汽车顶棚内饰板的结构是由基材、填充材料和表皮材料组成，可对汽车内部进行良好的装饰，增强人在车内的舒适感。但是，现有技术的汽车顶棚内饰板，抗断裂能力差、隔音降噪效果差且容易滋生细菌，已经严重影响车内乘客乘坐舒适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种防断裂型汽车内饰板结构，从而改善汽车内饰板的使用效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种防断裂型汽车内饰板结构，其特征是，包括表层的塑料板、中间的防断裂结构层、底层的底板，所述防断裂结构层与塑料板之间设有防水层，所述防断裂结构层与底板之间设有防火层；所述防断裂结构层为天然橡胶制成，该天然橡胶内嵌有防断裂钢丝网，所述防断裂钢丝网由若干竖钢丝、横钢丝经纬交错焊接而成，且竖钢丝、横钢丝之间焊接有波浪形钢丝，竖钢丝置于波浪形钢丝上方，横钢丝置于波浪形钢丝下方。
所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
所述活性炭纤维层表面设有抗菌层。
所述防断裂钢丝网的上、下两侧分别设有连接柱。
相较于现有技术，本发明汽车内饰板具有优良的力学性能，抗断裂能力好；本发明采用活性碳纤维层进行吸附异味，净化室内空气，提高了空气的质量；本发明还采用了抗菌层，可以长期有效地抑制细菌生长。
本发明结构简单合理，生产制造容易，使用效果良好，具有绝对优势，改善和提升了乘客乘坐的舒适度，安全有保障，无毒、环保、成本低，能够适应市场的需求，具有广阔的市场空间。

如图所示，一种防断裂型汽车内饰板结构，其特征是，包括表层的塑料板1、中间的防断裂结构层、底层的底板2，所述防断裂结构层与塑料板之间设有防水层3，所述防断裂结构层与底板之间设有防火层4；所述防断裂结构层为天然橡胶制成，该天然橡胶内嵌有防断裂钢丝网5，所述防断裂钢丝网由若干竖钢丝、横钢丝经纬交错焊接而成，且竖钢丝、横钢丝之间焊接有波浪形钢丝6，竖钢丝置于波浪形钢丝上方，横钢丝置于波浪形钢丝下方。
所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
