背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展，汽车的生产能力和保有量都在快速增长，汽车生产能力的提高，带动了汽车内装饰物品的不断增长。汽车工业的迅猛发展，对于汽车内装饰物品的研发已进入一个高速发展的阶段，为达到较好的装饰效果，对汽车内装饰物品中每个产品的要求都很高，其中，汽车顶棚内饰板即是一个主要的装饰物品。
目前，汽车顶棚内饰板的结构是由基材、填充材料和表皮材料组成，可对汽车内部进行良好的装饰，增强人在车内的舒适感。但是，现有技术的汽车顶棚内饰板，抗断裂能力差、隔音降噪效果差且容易滋生细菌，已经严重影响车内乘客乘坐舒适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种消音效果优异的新型汽车内饰板，从而改善汽车内饰板的使用效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种消音效果优异的新型汽车内饰板，其特征是，包括表层的塑料板、中间的消音结构、底层的底板，所述消音结构与塑料板之间设有防水层；所述消音结构为双层结构，包括玻璃纤维层、消音板材，玻璃纤维层包裹于消音板材外表面；所述消音板材包括中间层的孔板以及置于孔板顶部、底部的条形块，所述条形块平行而置，并均匀布置于孔板顶部和底部，相邻条形块之间的距离为条形块宽度的一半；所述条形块中心设有矩形空腔，条形块外表面包裹有聚酯纤维层。
所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
所述活性炭纤维层表面设有抗菌层。
所述孔板上的孔为正五边形孔，均匀分布于孔板。
相邻条形块之间填充有弹性颗粒。
相较于现有技术，本发明汽车内饰板具有优良的力学性能，抗断裂能力好；本发明采用多种隔音手段，提高了对于噪声的隔绝与吸收能力，隔音降噪效果好；本发明采用活性碳纤维层进行吸附异味，净化室内空气，提高了空气的质量；本发明还采用了抗菌层，可以长期有效地抑制细菌生长。
本发明结构简单合理，生产制造容易，使用效果良好，具有绝对优势，改善和提升了乘客乘坐的舒适度，安全有保障，无毒、环保、成本低，能够适应市场的需求，具有广阔的市场空间。
