一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,包括表层的塑料板、中间的隔音降噪结构、底层的底板;所述隔音降噪结构为三层结构,包括玻璃纤维层、聚酯纤维层、隔音降噪板,所述隔音降噪板包括中间层的孔板以及置于孔板顶部、底部的条形块,所述条形块平行而置,并均匀布置于孔板顶部和底部,相邻条形块之间的距离为条形块宽度的一半。本发明结构简单合理,生产制造容易,使用效果良好,具有绝对优势,改善和提升了乘客乘坐的舒适度,安全有保障,无毒、环保、成本低,能够适应市场的需求,具有广阔的市场空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰板,具体是一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,属于汽车内饰件技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,汽车的生产能力和保有量都在快速增长,汽车生产能力的提高,带动了汽车内装饰物品的不断增长。汽车工业的迅猛发展,对于汽车内装饰物品的研发已进入一个高速发展的阶段,为达到较好的装饰效果,对汽车内装饰物品中每个产品的要求都很高,其中,汽车顶棚内饰板即是一个主要的装饰物品。
目前,汽车顶棚内饰板的结构是由基材、填充材料和表皮材料组成,可对汽车内部进行良好的装饰,增强人在车内的舒适感。但是,现有技术的汽车顶棚内饰板,抗断裂能力差、隔音降噪效果差且容易滋生细菌,已经严重影响车内乘客乘坐舒适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,从而改善汽车内饰板的使用效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,其特征是,包括表层的塑料板、中间的隔音降噪结构、底层的底板;所述隔音降噪结构为三层结构,包括玻璃纤维层、聚酯纤维层、隔音降噪板,所述隔音降噪板包括中间层的孔板以及置于孔板顶部、底部的条形块,所述条形块平行而置,并均匀布置于孔板顶部和底部,相邻条形块之间的距离为条形块宽度的一半;所述玻璃纤维层包裹于隔音降噪板外层,所述聚酯纤维层包裹于玻璃纤维层外层。
所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
所述活性炭纤维层表面设有抗菌层。
所述孔板上的孔为三角形孔,均匀分布于孔板。
相较于现有技术,本发明汽车内饰板具有优良的力学性能,抗断裂能力好;本发明采用多种隔音手段,提高了对于噪声的隔绝与吸收能力,隔音降噪效果好;本发明采用活性碳纤维层进行吸附异味,净化室内空气,提高了空气的质量;本发明还采用了抗菌层,可以长期有效地抑制细菌生长。
本发明结构简单合理,生产制造容易,使用效果良好,具有绝对优势,改善和提升了乘客乘坐的舒适度,安全有保障,无毒、环保、成本低,能够适应市场的需求,具有广阔的市场空间。

如图所示,一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,包括表层的塑料板1、中间的隔音降噪结构、底层的底板2;所述隔音降噪结构为三层结构,包括玻璃纤维层3、聚酯纤维层4、隔音降噪板,所述隔音降噪板包括中间层的孔板5以及置于孔板顶部、底部的条形块6,所述条形块平行而置,并均匀布置于孔板顶部和底部,相邻条形块之间的距离为条形块宽度的一半;所述玻璃纤维层包裹于隔音降噪板外层,所述聚酯纤维层包裹于玻璃纤维层外层。
所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
所述活性炭纤维层表面设有抗菌层。
所述孔板上的孔为三角形孔,均匀分布于孔板。

1.一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,其特征是,包括表层的塑料板(1)、中间的隔音降噪结构、底层的底板(2);所述隔音降噪结构为三层结构,包括玻璃纤维层(3)、聚酯纤维层(4)、隔音降噪板,所述隔音降噪板包括中间层的孔板(5)以及置于孔板顶部、底部的条形块(6),所述条形块平行而置,并均匀布置于孔板顶部和底部,相邻条形块之间的距离为条形块宽度的一半;所述玻璃纤维层包裹于隔音降噪板外层,所述聚酯纤维层包裹于玻璃纤维层外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,其特征是,所述塑料板表层设有活性炭纤维层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,其特征是,所述活性炭纤维层表面设有抗菌层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用隔音降噪型内饰板结构,其特征是,所述孔板上的孔为三角形孔,均匀分布于孔板。
