Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,属于汽车内饰技术领域。汽车内饰板,其特征是,设有第一饰板本体、第一隔音板、支撑层、第二隔音板、第二饰板本体,第一饰板本体、第一隔音板、支撑层、第二隔音板、第二饰板本体自下而上依次设置,所述第一隔音板包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座、以及第一基座上自左至右依次设置的若干行第一隔音条,第一隔音条为横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,相邻的第一隔音条之间设有V形槽;第二隔音板包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座、以及第一基座上设置的若干行第一隔音块组。本发明大大提高了产品的隔音效果,自重轻,环保安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明设计一种内饰板,具体涉及一种具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,属于汽车内饰技术领域。
背景技术
目前,汽车内饰板的生产工艺大致有如下几种:1、注塑成型;2、PP 材料、棉板、木
粉板以及麻纤维板模压成型;3、PU 发泡成型。这几种材料及所使用的工艺、技术都有各自的技术缺陷:首先,注塑成型;塑料粒子从石油当中提取,属重化工、重污染产业,其原材料本身能耗及成本很高,且是一种不可再生资源;塑料多次回用后的废弃物在自然环境中很难降解,人类对注塑的过量使用必然对环境产生破坏(俗称白色污染);其次,PP 材料、棉板、木粉板以及麻纤维板模压成型;这三种材料都是天然不可再生材料,受自然条件限制,棉、麻、木材生长周期较长。最后,PU 发泡成型;采用这种技术PU 用料大,废弃物不可回收,在自然环境中也很难降。此外,现有的汽车内饰板隔音效果不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车内饰板,结构简单、设计合理,设计了五层结构,在内饰板前后两侧分别设计了第一隔音板、第二隔音板,且创新地设计了隔音板的结构,将第一隔音板设计为第一基座上自左至右依次设置的若干行横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,第一隔音块组包括自左至右依次设置的若干个第一隔音块,大大提高了产品的隔音效果,自重轻,环保安全。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,设有第一饰板本体、第一隔音板、支撑层、第二隔音板、第二饰板本体,第一饰板本体、第一隔音板、支撑层、第二隔音板、第二饰板本体自下而上依次设置,所述第一隔音板包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座、以及第一基座上自左至右依次设置的若干行第一隔音条,第一隔音条为横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,相邻的第一隔音条之间设有V形槽;
第二隔音板包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座、以及第一基座上设置的若干行第一隔音块组,第一隔音块组包括自左至右依次设置的若干个第一隔音块,第一隔音块包括自下至上依次设置的第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构,第一四棱柱的横截面为横向设置的倒梯形,第二四棱柱结构的横截面为横向设置的梯形;相邻行的第一隔音块组之间留有间隙;第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构的对应面重合设置。
优选的,所述第一饰板本体由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。
优选的,所述第二饰板本体由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。
优选的,所述支撑层为铝箔。
优选的,所述隔音板为聚氨酯材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下益效果:
第一,本发明结构简单、设计合理,设计了五层结构,在内饰板前后两侧分别设计了第一隔音板、第二隔音板,且创新地设计了隔音板的结构,将第一隔音板设计为第一基座上自左至右依次设置的若干行横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,第一隔音块组包括自左至右依次设置的若干个第一隔音块,大大提高了产品的隔音效果,自重轻,环保安全。
第二,本发明四层结构中在前后两层各设计了由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成的第一内饰板、第二内饰板,在内饰板的玻纤毡上喷涂PU 材料,PU 定量、定点喷涂提高材料利用率,减少耗用PU 原料,有利于环境保护。
第三,本发明支撑层采用铝箔,使得汽车内饰板的自重降低,实现零件轻质化,有利于汽车节能减排。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,一种具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,设有第一饰板本体1、第一隔音板2、支撑层3、第二隔音板4、第二饰板本体5,第一饰板本体1、第一隔音板2、支撑层3、第二隔音板4、第二饰板本体5自下而上依次设置。
第一隔音板2包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座21、以及第一基座21上自左至右依次设置的若干行第一隔音条22,第一隔音条22为横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,相邻的第一隔音条22之间设有V形槽。
第二隔音板4包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座41、以及第一基座41上设置的若干行第一隔音块组42,第一隔音块组42包括自左至右依次设置的若干个第一隔音块,第一隔音块包括自下至上依次设置的第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构,第一四棱柱的横截面为横向设置的倒梯形,第二四棱柱结构的横截面为横向设置的梯形;相邻行的第一隔音块组22之间留有间隙;第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构的对应面重合设置。
优选的,所述第一饰板本体1由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。
优选的,所述第二饰板本体2 由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。

1.一种具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,设有第一饰板本体(1)、第一隔音板(2)、支撑层(3)、第二隔音板(4)、第二饰板本体(5),第一饰板本体(1)、第一隔音板(2)、支撑层(3)、第二隔音板(4)、第二饰板本体(5)自下而上依次设置,所述第一隔音板(2)包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座(21)、以及第一基座(21)上自左至右依次设置的若干行第一隔音条(22),第一隔音条(22)为横截面为梯形的横向设置的四棱柱结构,相邻的第一隔音条(22)之间设有V形槽;
第二隔音板(4)包括自下而上依次设置的第一基座(41)、以及第一基座(41)上设置的若干行第一隔音块组(42),第一隔音块组(42)包括自左至右依次设置的若干个第一隔音块,第一隔音块包括自下至上依次设置的第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构,第一四棱柱的横截面为横向设置的倒梯形,第二四棱柱结构的横截面为横向设置的梯形;相邻行的第一隔音块组(22)之间留有间隙;第一四棱柱结构和第二四棱柱结构的对应面重合设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,所述第一饰板本体(1)由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,所述第二饰板本体(2) 由玻纤毡和PU 材料构成,PU 材料喷涂在玻纤毡上发泡成型而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,所述支撑层(3)为铝箔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有优异降噪效果的汽车内饰板,其特征是,所述隔音板(2)为聚氨酯材料。
