背景技术
遮阳板是指遮挡射入驾驶员眼睛的炫目光线而设置的板状部件，它安装在汽车风窗框的上横梁。
大巴车的遮阳板，其相对于普通汽车遮阳板面积较大，现有技术中大巴车遮阳板基材主要为注塑成型件，其基材主要为聚氨酯硬质泡沫，表面用胶水复合面料。此工艺生产的大巴车遮阳板基材其硬度高、韧性不好，抗冲击效果差，且视觉上较生硬，美观效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种大巴车遮阳板基材，它视觉上较柔和，手感柔软，韧性好。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种大巴车遮阳板基材，它是以麻纤维板为基材，在其上表面复合PET无纺布层，再在所述PET无纺布层表面依次复合PVC皮革层。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
