背景技术
尿路感染属于泌尿系统感染,是细菌侵犯尿路任何部位所引起的炎症总称,分为上尿路感染和下尿路感染,隶属于中医淋病范畴,乃湿热毒邪蕴结下焦,导致膀胱气化失司,水道不利,是临床上的常见病之一。其主要症状为尿急、尿频、尿痛、排尿困难、尿等待、尿难受,尿道口红肿、有稀薄或脓性分泌物和尿道灼烧样疼痛感等症状。尿道炎常因尿道口或尿道内梗阻所引起,或因临近器官炎症蔓延所引起,严重时可引起男性前列腺炎、阴囊和肛门肿胀疼痛等和女性的生殖器官及其附件等炎症,给人们的正常生活带来了极大的痛楚和不便,特别是夏季高温天气和北方冬季取暖后,尿路感染易发生和复发。目前临床上治疗尿道炎主要以西药的抗生素为主,也有中西医结合治疗,如所用的左克胶囊、左氧氟沙星胶囊、三金片和诺红霉素等药物,其治疗疗效尚满意,但费用较高,并且易复发,耐药性强和长期服药携带不方便等特点。

本发明克服现有技术的不足,目的是提供一种清热利湿通淋,食用安全,性味温和,效果显著的可以预防及缓解尿路感染的中药茶。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:提供一种预防及缓解尿路感染的中药茶,包括以下重量份的原料:蒲公英花7-10份,金银花3-5份,菊花3-5份,红枣5-10份。
优选的包括以下重量份的原料:蒲公英花9份,金银花3份,菊花5份,红枣8份。

蒲公英花:在蒲公英盛花期间,选择在早晨8-10点晴天,无露水后采摘刚开放1-2天的花。采收后进行清洗,去掉烂花、杂质放到阴凉处待花表面的浮水除去进行蒸花。将鲜花置于蒸锅上蒸制1-2min。将蒸好的花晾晒,待全干后备用。
蒲公英全草入药,其花药性与蒲公英相同,蒲公英花相比较叶和茎,性甘,寒性较弱,更适合通过日常饮用的方式,发挥其作用。归肝、胃经,可治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛和尿路感染等。
金银花,选择在早晨8-10点晴天,无露水后采摘未开放的金银花花苞。选择花蕾呈捧状,上粗下细,略弯曲,表面绿白色,花冠厚稍硬,握之有顶手感,去掉破裂、有黑条、黑头的花蕾和枝叶、杂质等杂物,然后置于通风良好的地方阴干。冲泡后达到黄绿色,气清香,味甘微苦。
金银花:金银花药性甘,寒。归肺、胃经。具有清热解毒的功效。可治疗外感风热或温病发热,中暑,热毒血痢,痈肿疗疮,喉痹,多种感染性疾病等。
菊花:味甘、苦、性微寒,归肺、肝经。现代药理学研究表明,菊花具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、舒血管和降血脂等多种药理作用。
红枣选择干净,饱满,优质的大红枣去核后晾干或切片。
红枣:红枣味甘性温、脾胃经,具有健脾益胃,补气养血,保护正气。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:以蒲公英花为君药,金银花和菊花为臣药,红枣为佐使药。蒲公英能消各经之火,金银花清热解毒,蒲公英止入阳明、太阴二经,金银花则无经不入,金银花得蒲公英而其功更大。菊花益肝补阴,摄纳下降,能平肝火,益金、水二脏,滋肾阴清湿热。红枣健脾益胃,补气养血,缓和药性,保护脾胃正气不受伤害,四药相合具有清热解毒,利尿通淋,消炎止痛之功效,对尿路感染疗效明确。
先通过酒精浸提,蒲公英花中的蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖,金银花中的抗菌成分以及菊花中的酟类、酚类、醇类被充分提取,在后续的发酵中,原料中的大分子物质被降解,部分酒精溶剂被发酵成酸性物质,使整个发酵环境呈酸性,更利于原料中活性成分的稳定,提高了有效成分的单位含量,在发酵后期加入红枣,缓解了发酵体系中寒凉的主性,同时红枣中有益成分经过短暂的发酵,使多糖类物质降解为小链低聚糖物质,在治疗尿路感染的同时提高机体免疫力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1
称取蒲公英花7kg,金银花3kg,菊花3kg,红枣5kg。
a)将蒲公英花、金银花、菊花分别干燥后粉碎至80目混合得混合花料。
b)按照重量比1:2将混合花料与75%的乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后,静置7天得到乙醇浸泡液。
c)将乙醇浸泡液稀释至酒精度为6°,加入醋酸菌,接种量为5%,37℃通氧发酵3天后,加入红枣,红枣为粉碎成80目的粉状,继续发酵1天,浓缩,制粒。
实施例2
称取蒲公英花10kg,金银花5kg,菊花5kg,红枣10kg。
a)将蒲公英花、金银花、菊花分别干燥后粉碎至100目混合得混合花料。
b)按照重量比1:4将混合花料与75%的乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后,静置20天得到乙醇浸泡液。
c)将乙醇浸泡液稀释至酒精度为10°,加入醋酸菌,接种量为10%,40℃通氧发酵5天后,加入红枣,红枣为粉碎成100目的粉状,继续发酵2天,浓缩,制粒。
实施例3
称取蒲公英花9kg,金银花3kg,菊花5kg,红枣8kg。
a)将蒲公英花、金银花、菊花分别干燥后粉碎至100目混合得混合花料。
b)按照重量比1:3将混合花料与75%的乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后,静置13天得到乙醇浸泡液。
c)将乙醇浸泡液稀释至酒精度为8°,加入醋酸菌,接种量为7%,38℃通氧发酵4天后,加入红枣,红枣为粉碎成100目的粉状,继续发酵2天,浓缩,制粒。
实施例4
称取蒲公英花8kg,金银花4kg,菊花4kg,红枣7kg。
a)将蒲公英花、金银花、菊花分别干燥后粉碎至100目混合得混合花料。
b)按照重量比1:3将混合花料与75%的乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后,静置15天得到乙醇浸泡液。
c)将乙醇浸泡液稀释至酒精度为10°,加入醋酸菌,接种量为9%,39℃通氧发酵4天后,加入红枣,红枣为粉碎成80目的粉状,继续发酵2天,浓缩,制粒。
典型案例:
近三年来,通过对45例具有尿路感染的患者进行试验,其中具有尿路感染史患者26例,初次尿路感染的有19例,其中女性患者30例,男性患者15例。每包5-10g,对于有感染史的患者1次2包并水煮后服用,初次患者症状不严重时1次1包开水泡。一日二至三次,三天后观察疗效,症状完全消失的为32例占71.1%,症状缓解的为8例占17.8%,感觉效果不大的为5例占11.1%,总有效率为88.9%。病人无任何不良反应。
案例1 王xx,男,27岁,喝了数杯啤酒,小便时感觉尿痛、排尿困难、尿等待、尿难受、尿不尽,尿道口红肿和有白色脓性分泌物。经医院尿检和医生检查诊断为为尿道炎,医生开处方为高锰酸钾粉清洗,并服用三金片,头孢克肟片等药,服药三天后症状减轻,继续服用后症状消失。两周后复发,经人介绍中药复方茶,由于症状严重,一次两包并用水煮后服用,一次症状明显减轻,连用三天症状消失。
案例2案例1 李xx,女,65岁,2016年夏天,在田间收获小麦,小便时感觉尿痛、排尿困难、尿等待、尿难受和尿不尽等症状。服用本发明药茶,一次一包泡水喝,服用两次后,症状明显减轻,连服三天症状消失。
案例3 刘xx,女,10岁,2016年11月份,天气寒冷以供暖,晚上写完作业小便时感觉尿痛、尿不尽和尿难受,小便颜色较黄等症状。服用本药茶泡水喝,第二天早上症状明显减轻,连服三天症状消失。
案例4 张xx,男,40岁,有泌尿感染病史,2015年12月上旬,白天一直修剪果树,某天晚上休息时,小便时感觉不舒服,尿液黄而少,自己从经验可知,他的泌尿系统感染了,因此取本发明的复方茶1包,用水煮开后服用,第二天早上症状消失。

Claims (1)
1.一种预防及缓解尿路感染的中药茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:称取蒲公英花9份,金银花3份,菊花5份,红枣8份;
a)将蒲公英花、金银花、菊花分别干燥后粉碎至80-100目混合得混合花料;
b)按照重量比1:2-4将混合花料与75%的乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后,静置7-20天得到乙醇浸泡液;
c)将乙醇浸泡液稀释至酒精度为6-10°,加入醋酸菌,接种量为5-10%,37-40℃通氧发酵3-5天后,加入红枣,继续发酵1-2天,浓缩,制粒;
所述的红枣为粉碎成80-100目的粉状。
