本发明提出了一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品,包括以下重量份的各组分:荷叶粉3‑9份;荷叶的活性成分1‑3份;苦瓜的活性成分2‑4份;含淀粉的植物粉末100份;调味粉5‑10份;增稠剂0.3‑1份;适量水。为高血脂、减肥人士,降低患者血脂的一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品。

技术领域
本发明属功能性食品微末加工技术领域,具体涉及一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品,本发明还涉及一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品的制备方法。
背景技术
在卫生部公布的2002年“中国居民营养与健康现状”报告显示:中国的超重和肥胖人口已达2.6亿,高血压人口1.6亿,血脂异常人口1.6亿。我国已变成了全球“肥胖”国、“三高”国,“慢性病”大国。大量研究资料表明,高血脂症是脑卒中、冠心病、心肌梗死、猝死的危险因素。高血脂还会导致其他一些疾病。因此,在平时的饮食中需要养成良好的习惯,降低发病率和延缓或推迟病发的年龄。
发明内容
本发明提供了降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品及其制备方法,克服现有技术的上述缺点,提供了一种为高血脂、减肥人士,降低患者血脂的一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品。
具体技术方案是:一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品,包括以下重量份的各组分:
荷叶粉3-9份;
荷叶的活性成分1-3份;
苦瓜的活性成分2-4份;
植物淀粉100份;
调味粉5-10份;
增稠剂0.3-1份;
饮用水30-50份。
优选的,所述植物淀粉包括小麦粉,米粉,薯粉等。
所述的降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物粉末食品的制备方法,其中,所述荷叶的活性成分的制备工艺包括以下步骤:取干燥的荷叶粉在95%乙醇中浸泡,并回流2小时,再加入醋酸回流2h;滤过,合并滤液,回收溶剂至100mL,有机溶剂提取液拌入适当的树脂,挥去乙醇,再将拌有样品的树脂加到预先填好的大孔吸附树脂柱(药材与树脂的比例为1:2~1:3)上;酸水提取液经0.5%氢氧化钠溶液调pH9~11,直接上柱。先水洗去杂质,再用乙醇-水洗脱,减压回收乙醇,挥干得总生物碱。
进一步,为了获得更有效的组分效果,苦瓜皂苷的提取工艺是采用回流法。用70%的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,固液比1:15,100℃回流提取1.5h,重复提取3次,干燥提取液,粉碎。
本发明的所述降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品,利用了荷叶与苦瓜的降血脂效果,结合含植物淀粉粉末的包裹,达到了一种功能性的食品,同时,通过合理的配制组分的之间的配比以及采用的辅料组分,使产品的食用效果良好,且主要组分的制备工艺是改进,也保证了主要活性组分的活性。

实施例1
一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜面条,包括以下重量份的各组分:
荷叶粉3份;
荷叶的活性成分1份;
苦瓜的活性成分4份;
面粉100份;
食盐3份;
魔芋粉0.3份;
饮用水35份。
一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜面条,根据有效成分的提供方式不同,也可以用荷叶的水煎液10-30份代替上述的荷叶粉,且饮用水的比例调整为饮用水5-10份。
其中,将原料与水揉成的面条,其中,所述荷叶的活性成分的制备工艺包括以下步骤:取干燥的荷叶粉在95%乙醇中浸泡,并回流2小时,再加入醋酸回流2h;
滤过,合并滤液,回收溶剂至100mL,有机溶剂提取液拌入适当的树脂,挥去乙醇,再将拌有样品的树脂加到预先填好的大孔吸附树脂柱(药材与树脂的比例为1:2~1:3)上;
酸水提取液经0.5%氢氧化钠溶液调pH9~11,直接上柱。先水洗去杂质,再用乙醇-水洗脱,减压回收乙醇,挥干得总生物碱。
苦瓜皂苷的提取工艺是采用回流法。用70%的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,固液比1:15,100℃回流提取1.5h,重复提取3次,干燥提取液,粉碎。
实施例2
一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜米粉,包括以下重量份的各组分:
荷叶粉6份;
荷叶的活性成分3份;
苦瓜的活性成分2份;
米粉100份;
食盐5份;
适量水。
降血脂的荷叶苦瓜米粉是按照干米粉的制备方法来制作。
实施例3
一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜薯粉,包括以下重量份的各组分:
荷叶水煎液30份;
苦瓜的活性成分3份;
红薯粉100份;
适量的饮用水
降血脂的荷叶苦瓜薯粉是按照红薯粉条的制备方法来制作。

荷叶粉3-9份;
荷叶的活性成分1-3份;
苦瓜的活性成分2-4份;
植物淀粉100份;
调味粉5-10份;
增稠剂0.3-1份;
饮用水30-50份。
2.一种降血脂的荷叶苦瓜植物淀粉食品,其特征在于:所述植物淀粉包括小麦粉,米粉,薯粉。
