本发明属于辅助食品技术领域,具体涉及一种可降血脂的组合物。
背景技术
血脂是血浆中的中性脂肪(甘油三酯)和类脂(磷脂、糖脂、固醇、类固醇)的总称,广泛存在于人体中。它们是生命细胞的基础代谢必需物质。一般说来,血脂中的主要成分是甘油三酯和胆固醇,其中甘油三酯参与人体内能量代谢,而胆固醇则主要用于合成细胞浆膜、类固醇激素和胆汁酸。
正常情况下,外源性血脂和内源性血脂相互制约,二者此消彼长,共同维持着人体的血脂代谢平衡。当人体从食物中摄取了脂类物质后,肠道对于脂肪的吸收量便会随之增加,此时血脂水平就会有所升高;但由于外源性血脂水平的升高,肝脏内的脂肪合成便会受到一定的抑制,从而使内源性血脂分泌量减少。相反,如若在进食中减少对外源性脂肪的摄取,那么人体的内源性血脂的合成速度便会加快,从而可以避免血脂水平偏低,这样能使人体的血脂水平始终维持在相对平衡、稳定的状态。而正是由于这种制约关系的存在,人体的血脂水平才能够良好地维持在稳定状态。若是长期受到不良因素的影响,如高脂肪、高热量饮食等,则会造成血脂升高,诱发疾病。人们为了健康养生,会食用一些降血脂的食物或饮品,目前就此类饮品的降血脂效果有待进一步提高。
