背景技术
苦丁茶是冬青科冬青属苦丁茶种常绿乔木,具有清热消暑、明目益智、生津止渴、利尿强心、润喉止咳、降压减肥、抑癌防癌、抗衰老、活血脉等多种功效。近年来,对苦丁茶的研究多集中在加工成品茶和茶饮料等营养保健方面,现已成功研制出了袋泡苦丁茶、苦丁茶冲剂、苦丁茶含片、复合型苦丁茶等多种保健食品。目前有关苦丁茶的栽培、加工、生理生化及应用等方面的研究十分活跃,但对其精加工、深加工、贸易和生理生化机理尤其是对苦丁茶的功能成分的研究还有待进一步深入探讨,以促进苦丁茶饮料资源利用的发展。
燕麦可以有效地降低人体中的胆固醇,经常食用,即可对中老年人的主要威胁——心脑血管病起到一定的预防作用,经常食用燕麦对糖尿病患者也有非常好的降糖、减肥的功效,燕麦中丰富的β葡聚糖能改善免疫系统,有效抗击病毒、细菌和寄生虫,从而提高人体免疫力。燕麦片中膳食纤维丰富,可长时间保持饱腹感,防止摄入过多的油腻和咸味食物,达到减肥瘦身的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗衰老保健苦丁茶多糖颗粒的制备方法,本发明制备的颗粒具有苦丁茶多糖、燕麦成分,具有提高免疫功能、抗衰老、保健等作用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗衰老保健苦丁茶多糖颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)苦丁茶加工
将30-45重量份苦丁茶新鲜老叶在含2-5重量份蔗糖粉的清水中进行清洗后送入滚筒杀青机中,进行杀青得到毛坯后,喷洒2-5重量份柠檬酸溶液,放入灭菌烘干设备中,先115-125℃高温灭菌30-120s,然后迅速降温至80℃以下,低温干燥,待用;
(2)茶叶脱脂
将步骤(1)所得的苦丁茶叶粉碎后过50-60目筛后加入2-5倍无水乙醇进行溶解后,抽滤,滤饼烘干,之后取出茶叶粉低温干燥,待用;
(3)茶叶多糖的提取
将步骤(2)所得脱脂茶叶粉加10-30倍水,在20-60℃置于超声波处理器中,30-50KHz超声波提取20-50分钟,重复提取次数为1-3次,过滤在提取液中加入45-90%的乙醇水溶液,得到上清液和沉淀物,收集上液,溶解沉淀后,重复此操作1-3次,并将上清液合并减压浓缩至1/5体积,加入1-2倍体积的乙醇静置过夜,离心抽滤,沉淀物经洗涤至食品级,即得苦丁茶脱脂粗多糖,待用;
(4)混合与喷雾干燥
将步骤(3)所得物和10-20重量份燕麦研磨粉碎,过60-100目的标准筛,加入3-5重量份脱脂甜牛奶粉40-70℃进行翻炒10-20分钟后,喷雾干燥,整粒,过筛输送进入干燥无菌室冷却后进行无菌包装,既得抗衰老保健苦丁茶多糖颗粒。
所述的杀青为两段式杀青,第一次温度为90-120℃,杀青时间为5-10分钟,摊凉后,进行第二次杀青,杀青温度60-80℃,使混合叶含水率少于3%。

一种抗衰老保健苦丁茶多糖颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)苦丁茶加工
将40重量份苦丁茶新鲜老叶在含3重量份蔗糖粉的清水中进行清洗后送入滚筒杀青机中,进行杀青得到毛坯后,喷洒3重量份柠檬酸溶液,放入灭菌烘干设备中,先120℃高温灭菌60s,然后迅速降温至80℃以下,低温干燥,待用;
(2)茶叶脱脂
将步骤(1)所得的苦丁茶叶粉碎后过50-60目筛后加入3倍无水乙醇进行溶解后,抽滤,滤饼烘干,之后取出茶叶粉低温干燥,待用;
(3)茶叶多糖的提取
将步骤(2)所得脱脂茶叶粉加20倍水,在40℃置于超声波处理器中,40KHz超声波提取30分钟,重复提取次数为2次,过滤在提取液中加入45-90%的乙醇水溶液,得到上清液和沉淀物,收集上液,溶解沉淀后,重复此操作2次,并将上清液合并减压浓缩至1/5体积,加入1-2倍体积的乙醇静置过夜,离心抽滤,沉淀物经洗涤至食品级,即得苦丁茶脱脂粗多糖,待用;
(4)混合与喷雾干燥
将步骤(3)所得物和15重量份燕麦研磨粉碎,过60-100目的标准筛,加入3-5重量份脱脂甜牛奶粉50℃进行翻炒15分钟后,喷雾干燥,整粒,过筛输送进入干燥无菌室冷却后进行无菌包装,既得抗衰老保健苦丁茶多糖颗粒。
