Abstract
本发明公开了一种高分子甲醛清除剂,包括高分子聚合物5~5%,二氧化硅1~5%,氯化铵1~10%,硫酸氢氨4~12%,尿素1~7%,氰胺类化合物3~8%,羟基乙叉二膦酸1~5%,植物提取液3~6%,余量为水,所述高分子聚合物中含有至少一种根据以下式(I)的碳二亚胺:R′‑(N=C=N‑R) n‑R″(I),其中,R 代表一种芳族的、脂肪族的、脂环族的或芳基亚烷基基团,该基团在一种芳族的或一种芳基亚烷基残基的情况下在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有 3 个 C 原子的脂肪族或脂环族取代基,不仅能够捕捉材料中游离出来的甲醛,还可以渗透到材料内部彻底清除未释放的甲醛,达到永久清除甲醛的目的,保护人体健康。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工技术领域,具体为一种高分子甲醛清除剂。
背景技术
甲醛的化学式 HCHO,式量为 30.03,又称蚁醛,无色气体,有特殊的刺激气味,对人眼、鼻等有刺激作用。气体相对密度 1.067(空气 =1),熔点 -92°C,沸点 -19.5°C。易溶于水和乙醇。甲醛是化学工业中最重要的起始材料之一。例如它用于尿素甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、苯酚甲醛树脂、聚甲醛塑料以及亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯的合成。甲醛也是多功能醇类如季戊四醇 ( 用于制造涂料和炸药 ) 的一种前体。其他甲醛衍生物包括亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯 ( 是聚氨酯涂料和泡沫中的一种重要组分 ) 以及六胺 ( 用于苯酚甲醛树脂中)。在纺织工业中,使用了基于甲醛的树脂作为整理剂来使织物抗褶痕。目前,在对居室、办公室以及其他人类活动的室内场所进行装修后,如果使用了没有达到环保要求的装饰材料,或有些不可避免的材料或原料。这些材料就会不断地释放出甲醛,其释放期长达315年,给室内环境造成污染。甲醛目前已成为室内空气污染的主要物质。甲醛是具有较高毒性的物质,在我国有毒化学品优先控制名单上甲醛高居第二位,甲醛已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸形物质,是公认的变态反应源,也是潜在的强致突变物之一。近几年来,甲醛造成的环境污染己引人们广泛的关注。过去,人们通常采用多孔材料(如活性碳等)来吸附空气中的甲醛,但这只是一种被动式的治理方式,而且时间较长,不能根本解决甲醛释放源的问题。室内空气污染中甲醛污染通常是最普遍也最难处理的,在装修房屋的过程中,由于许多人造板材、粘合剂、涂料、油漆、都含有甲醛,会长期挥发出以甲醛为主的污染气体,对人体造成伤害。甲醛已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸性物质,长期接触甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,妊娠综合症,白血病等疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高分子甲醛清除剂,以解决上述甲醛清除不彻底的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种高分子甲醛清除剂,包括高分子聚合物5~5%,二氧化硅1~5%,氯化铵1~10%,硫酸氢氨4~12%,尿素1~7%,氰胺类化合物3~8%,羟基乙叉二膦酸1~5%,植物提取液3~6%,余量为水,所述高分子聚合物中含有至少一种根据以下式(I)的碳二亚胺:R′-(N = C = N-R) n-R″(I),其中,R 代表一种芳族的、脂肪族的、脂环族的或芳基亚烷基基团,该基团在一种芳族的或一种芳基亚烷基残基的情况下在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有 3个 C 原子的脂肪族或脂环族取代基。
优选的,所述甲醛清除剂的 pH 值为 6 至 7。
优选的,所述甲醛清除剂的搅拌的速率为 1200 转 / 分钟~ 14000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 4 分钟~ 60 分钟。
优选的,所述甲醛清除剂中包含有增效剂,增效剂是指植物油、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇等,这些化合物可单独使用,也可混合使用。
优选的,所述的甲醛清除剂用于木材或木制材料、纺织品应用以使织物抗皱、在建筑物、厨房以及柜子和家具制造中的粘合剂,用于通过挤出、注塑模制或浇注而生产的塑料物品,在粘接剂、粘合剂、型砂粘合剂、用作绝缘体的局部泡沫、调谐器或所有其它应用,包括纺织品、地板垫、地毯、家具中。
优选的,所述-R ′代表烷基、环烷基、芳基、芳烷基残基,这些残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和 / 或脂环族取代基、或 R-NHCONHR1、R-NHCONR1R2、R-NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COO R1、-O R1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、NHR1 或环氧,-R″代表 -N = C = N- 芳基、-N = C = N-烷基、-N = C = N- 环烷基、-N = C = N- 芳烷基、-NHCONHR1、-NHCONR1R2 或 -NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COO R1、-OR1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、 NH R1,其中该芳基、芳烷基残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至少2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和 / 或脂环族取代基,其中在 R′并且在 R″ 中各自独立地、连同R1和R2 是相同或不同的并且代表一种烷基、环烷基或芳烷基基团、低聚乙二醇和 / 或低聚丙二醇和 / 或聚乙二醇和 / 或聚丙二醇,并且 R3 具有 R1 的含义中的一种或代表一种聚酯、聚醚或聚酰胺基团,并且-n 代表从 1 至 5,000 的一个整数。
优选的,所述甲醛清除剂含有至少一种根据式 (I) 的碳二亚胺,其中 R = 1,3,5- 三异丙基 -2,4- 二异氰酸基苯,-R′代表烷基、环烷基、芳基或芳烷基,它在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族取代基、或R-NHCONHR1、R-NHCONR1R2 以及R-NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1,-R″代表 H、N = C = N- 芳基、-N= C = N- 烷基、-N = C = N- 环烷基、-N = C = N- 芳烷基、-NHCONHR1、-NHCONR1R2或 -NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COO R1、-OR1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、 NH R1,其中该芳基、芳烷基残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和 / 或脂环族取代基,其中在 R′并且在 R″ 中各自独立地、连同R1 和R2 是相同或不同的并且代表一种烷基、环烷基或芳烷基基团、低聚乙二醇和 /或低聚丙二醇和 / 或聚乙二醇和 / 或聚丙二醇,并且 R3 具有 R1 的含义中的一种或者代表一种聚酯、聚醚或聚酰胺基团,并且-n 代表从 1 至 5,000 的一个整数。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在甲醛清除剂中添加增效剂,使其清除效果大大增加,另外高分子聚合物使甲醛清除剂不仅能够捕捉材料中游离出来的甲醛,还可以渗透到材料内部彻底清除未释放的甲醛,达到永久清除甲醛的目的,在其中加入的植物提取液也增加了清除剂的使用效果,使用时更能保证人体健康。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

实施例一:甲醛清除剂(实施例一)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚癸二酸癸二胺 5% ;二氧化硅 5% ;氯化铵 1% ;硫酸氢氨 12% ;尿素 7% ;双氰胺 3% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸 5% ;茶叶提取液 3% ;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 1200 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 60 分钟。
实施例二:甲醛清除剂(实施例二)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:甲醛清除剂(实施例二)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚癸二酸癸二胺 15% ;二氧化硅 1% ;氯化铵 10% ;硫酸氢氨 4% ;尿素 1% ;三聚氰胺 8% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸 1% ;金银花提取液 6%;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 14000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 4 分钟。
实施例三甲醛清除剂(实施例三)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:甲醛清除剂(实施例三)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚芳基醚酮 8% ;二氧化硅 3% ;氯化铵 2%;硫酸氢氨 7% ;尿素 3% ;三聚氰胺 7% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸 2% ;薄荷提取液 4% ;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 8000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 20 分钟。
实施例四:甲醛清除剂(实施例四)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚芳基醚酮7% ;二氧化硅 3% ;氯化铵 3% ;硫酸氢氨 8% ;尿素 4% ;三聚氰胺 6% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸2% ;薄荷提取液 4% ;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 7000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 30 分钟。
实施例五:甲醛清除剂(实施例五)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚丙烯酰胺9% ;二氧化硅 4% ;氯化铵 4% ;硫酸氢氨 9% ;尿素 5% ;三聚氰胺 5% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸4% ;银杏提取液 5% ;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 6000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 40 分钟。
实施例六:甲醛清除剂(实施例六)是由以下重量百分比的组份组成:聚丙烯酰胺10% ;二氧化硅 2% ;氯化铵 5% ;硫酸氢氨 20% ;尿素 6% ;三聚氰胺 4% ;羟基乙叉二膦酸 3% ;桂花提取液 3% ;余量为水。将上述组份高速搅拌,搅拌的速率为 8000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 50 分钟。

Claims (7)
1.一种高分子甲醛清除剂,包括高分子聚合物5~5%,二氧化硅1~5%,氯化铵1~10%,硫酸氢氨4~12%,尿素1~7%,氰胺类化合物3~8%,羟基乙叉二膦酸1~5%,植物提取液3~6%,余量为水,其特征在于:所述高分子聚合物中含有至少一种根据以下式(I)的碳二亚胺:R′-(N = C = N-R) n-R″(I),其中,R 代表一种芳族的、脂肪族的、脂环族的或芳基亚烷基基团,该基团在一种芳族的或一种芳基亚烷基残基的情况下在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至3 个 C 原子的脂肪族或脂环族取代基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述甲醛清除剂的 pH值为 6 至 7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述甲醛清除剂的搅拌的速率为 1200 转 / 分钟~ 14000 转 / 分钟,搅拌的时间为 4 分钟~ 60 分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述甲醛清除剂中包含有增效剂,增效剂是指植物油、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇等,这些化合物可单独使用,也可混合使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述的甲醛清除剂用于木材或木制材料、纺织品应用以使织物抗皱、在建筑物、厨房以及柜子和家具制造中的粘合剂,用于通过挤出、注塑模制或浇注而生产的塑料物品,在粘接剂、粘合剂、型砂粘合剂、用作绝缘体的局部泡沫、调谐器或所有其它应用,包括纺织品、地板垫、地毯、家具中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述甲醛清除剂含有至少一种根据以下式 (I) 的碳二亚胺R′ -(N = C = N-R)n-R″ (I),其中-R ′代表烷基、环烷基、芳基、芳烷基残基,这些残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和 / 或脂环族取代基、或 R-NHCONHR1、R-NHCONR1R2、R-NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COO R1、-O R1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、NHR1或环氧,-R″代表 -N = C = N- 芳基、-N = C = N- 烷基、-N = C = N- 环烷基、-N= C = N- 芳烷基、-NHCONHR1、-NHCONR1R2 或 -NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COO R1、-OR1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、 NH R1,其中该芳基、芳烷基残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和 / 或脂环族取代基,其中在 R′并且在 R″ 中各自独立地、连同R1 和R2 是相同或不同的并且代表一种烷基、环烷基或芳烷基基团、低聚乙二醇和 / 或低聚丙二醇和 / 或聚乙二醇和 / 或聚丙二醇,并且 R3 具有 R1 的含义中的一种或代表一种聚酯、聚醚或聚酰胺基团,并且-n 代表从 1至 5,000 的一个整数。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述甲醛清除剂含有至少一种根据式 (I) 的碳二亚胺,其中 R = 1,3,5- 三异丙基 -2,4- 二异氰酸基苯,-R′代表烷基、环烷基、芳基或芳烷基,它在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族取代基、或 R-NHCONHR1、R-NHCONR1R2 以及R-NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1,-R″代表 H、N = C = N- 芳基、-N = C = N- 烷基、-N = C = N-环烷基、-N = C = N- 芳烷基、-NHCONHR1、-NHCONR1R2 或 -NHCOOR3、-NHCOS-R1、-COOR1、-OR1、-N(R1)2、-SR1、-OH、-NH2、 NH R1,其中该芳基、芳烷基残基在携带该碳二亚胺基团的芳族碳原子的两个邻位以及任选地在对位上携带了具有至少 2 个 C 原子的脂肪族和/ 或脂环族取代基,其中在 R′并且在 R″ 中各自独立地、连同R1 和R2 是相同或不同的并且代表一种烷基、环烷基或芳烷基基团、低聚乙二醇和 / 或低聚丙二醇和 / 或聚乙二醇和 / 或聚丙二醇,并且 R3 具有 R1 的含义中的一种或者代表一种聚酯、聚醚或聚酰胺基团,并且-n 代表从 1 至 5,000 的一个整数。
