固定元件
本发明涉及将塑料部件、特别是衬里连接到板件、特别是机动车车身部件上的固定元件，该固定元件由一个塑料体组成，该塑料体具有一个用于插入塑料部件的弓形固定件的脚件和一个头件，该头件在装配状态下通过板件上的一个开口伸出。
GB2262564提出一种由塑料一体压铸的固定元件，其中，在其圆周上凸起的定位元件为了定位被安置在一个圆孔内。在一次装配后，由于该固定元件的结构，只有破坏它才能拆卸下来，因此，它不能被多次使用。
在US5058356中描述了一种固定元件，它用于固定装饰件。在该固定元件中，一个可卡入待固定的部件的金属弹簧插在一个T一支架形的柄件上。该固定元件在制造上是相当费事的。
这种固定元件应该使部件里的一个孔和待固定部件里的一个基本上对准的孔相互卡住连接，这样，在装配时通过对部件施加压力可以产生连接。此外通过取下来，而不损坏板件、部件或者固定元件就能拆卸。为了在部件外侧不能看到固定元件，经常在与板件相连接的一侧上在部件上压铸平钩形式的固定件，它具有用于容纳固定元件的孔。
本发明的任务是，提供一种能够满足上述要求、并且确保长时间固定连接的固定元件。
按照本发明，这个任务是通过此解决的，在头件上插置一个与该头件相靠的金属夹子，其两个腿分别构成一个固定弹簧，两个腿与塑料体的纵轴线构成一个锐角，其中，固定弹簧在装配状态下向后抓住板件开口的边缘，并且，头件具有突出部，它们在头件的与脚件相对的侧面向后抓住金属夹子腿的向内弯曲的部分。
按照本发明的固定元件，除了可靠地连接外，还能简单地将固定元件安装在部件里以及将带有被固定的固定元件的部件安装到板件上。特别是采用按照本发明的固定元件可以确保，通过把固定元件相对那些在安装时与板件直接接触的部件表面定位能可靠地使其进入板件中。同时，按照本发明的固定元件可以支撑部件里面的固定元件，这样，在安装时对固定元件施加压力不会导致部件变形。
本发明的有利构造在于，头件在构造了突出部的情况下安置在一个窄的中间件上。
这种结构特别地通过以下措施被进一步构造，头件基本上是半圆柱形的，在这里，头件的外套面封住塑料体并且构成了金属夹子的支承面，通过此将固定力从板件通过固定弹簧传递给头件。
为了可以更好地补偿公差，在这里最好设定，夹子腿的弯曲和头件被这样构成，使金属夹子可摆动地安置在头件上。然而这只是在还没有安装状态下适用。在安装状态下金属夹子腿被压紧，这样金属夹子的上部分固定地绕着头件放置。然后，特别是金属夹子的弯曲部分压到头件的边缘上并且即使在塑料体由于材料塑变有点变形时也能产生持久应力。在车辆内装衬情况下，通过此排除了在较长使用时间后产生噪音。
另一个有利的构造在于，头件被构造成至少部分地呈辊形，并且被金属夹子以大于180°、最好是270°的角包围。同样通过此确保了固定力有利地导入到头件里。
在本发明另一个构造中设定，固定弹簧在其端部向内弯曲一个可保证足够固定力的角度，然而也可以通过把固定元件从板件拉出来进行拆卸。
采用本发明的另一个构造，与脚件间隔一定距离，塑料体具有一个盘形的密封垫，它在安装状态中以其边缘放置在板件上，通过此可以达到板件上孔的密封。
按照本发明的固定元件也可以这样造型，塑料体在中间件上具有一个带有一个连接件和两个颚壁板的双T型(工字形)横截面，在这里，壁板高出头件并且这样构成了金属夹子的侧导向。在这里最好设定，凸出件在固定弹簧端部由连接件凸出，它们限制金属夹子摆动角度。
柄件在脚件范围内，最好具有一个梯形的截面，这样，它在插入护座(Retainer)的侧面敞开的孔里之后在那里啮合。脚件最好是不对称构成，这样，不可能以错误的角度位置插入护座里。

中间件51和头件53由两个壁板65，66限制，它们防止夹子57由头件53滑出。
由夹子57腿构成的固定弹簧(Rastfedern)62，63是这样成型的，板件在固定弹簧62，63和密封垫圈54之间被夹紧。在这里，固定弹簧62，63在下部分以一定的角度向内弯曲，它一方面保证足够的固定力，然而另一方面通过将固定元件从板件59里取下使得能够进行拆卸。
固定弹簧62，63，特别是在终端部位的弯曲部分与在安装状态下紧压在头件接触面55，56上的部分之间的间距是这样设计的，甚至在塑料体逐渐塑变时板件59保持固定夹紧并且避免出现啪嗒的噪音。
柄件在密封垫片54和脚件52之间被构造得大约呈梯形，它使得例如向在塑料衬里上成型的护座65的进入孔64的插入容易。在装配位置中，塑料体用在图中看不见的凸出件定位，确切地说，在护座65中被固定住。脚件52是不对称的，这样它只有在为可靠固定设置的旋转位置才能够插入护座65中。斜面66使进入容易。

Claims (11)
