Claims (7)
1. 一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:包括水过滤除尘装置箱体(1)和干燥除尘装 置箱体(2),所述干燥除尘装置箱体位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的右侧,所述水过滤除尘 装置箱体与所述干燥除尘装置箱体之间设有引风机(3); 所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的外表面设有进水口(13)、出水口(14)、第一进烟口(11)和 第一排烟口(12),所述第一进烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置箱体的下端,所述进水口和所 述出水口分别位于所述第一进烟口的左右两侧,所述第一排烟口位于所述水过滤除尘装置 箱体的右上方且通过管路连接所述引风机; 所述水过滤除尘装置箱体内设有水位传感器(15)和第一过滤网(16),所述水位传感器 位于所述第一过滤网的下方,所述第一过滤网位于所述第一排烟口的下方; 所述干燥除尘装置箱体内设有烟气分散器(22)、干燥器(21)、温湿度传感器(25)和第 二过滤网(23),所述烟气分散器位于所述干燥除尘装置箱体的上端且与所述干燥除尘装置 箱体可拆卸连接,所述干燥器通过管路与所述引风机连通,所述干燥器的右侧设有所述温 湿度传感器,所述温湿度传感器的下方设有所述第二过滤网,所述干燥除尘装置箱体的下 端还设有第二排烟口(24)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第一进烟口连接 进烟管道,所述进烟管道设有流量调节阀。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第一滤网为活性 炭过滤网,所述第一滤网的目数为3〇〇〇_5〇〇〇,所述第二滤网为银离子除臭过滤网,所述第 二滤网的目数为4000-6000。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述干燥除尘装置箱 体的外表面还设有保温层,所述保温层的厚度为2-3cm,所述保温层为塑料海绵保温层或桂 胶保温层。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述水过滤除尘装置 箱体为不锈钢水过滤除尘装置箱体,所述干燥除尘装置箱体为不锈钢干燥除尘装置箱体。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述烟气分散器为叶 轮式无动力分散器。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿式烟气除尘装置,其特征在于:所述引风机为离心引 风机。
